- Biancabugeja (5/5): Passable - Size of the property. Parking was horrible. Ended up having to park a 12 minute walk away. Received 3 parking tickets. False advertising.
The dozens of messages about having to take the bins out.
Lack of heating.
Trip/safety risk of the floor mats in lounge room and hall way.
Unable to use stove/oven. Would not turn on.

Bathroom was very average
- David (1/5): Bad - Good location From being booking the property for 6 guests only to be informed that property is only ment for 4 people (if management had not contacted us for another reason this would not have been dealt with until arrival). Stating that there is free parking only to find out after booking that its only suitable for small vehicles and that it then makes courtyard un-usable. Rubbish left in cutlery draw, not enough forks for 6 guests, no chopping boards, stove did not light unless you used a lighter (not provided), dishwasher did not work, broken chair in court yard and hair dryer did not work. Had a very poor stay and only thay everything else was booked and did not have the ability to change property's we had to stay till check out. Very disappointing 😞 1.5 stars.........
- Anubhav (6/5): Pleasant - Great property, amazing location, close to all amenities. Old heritage style building with central air conditioning, tall ceilings and wooden flooring. Really lovely. Booked for 6 people and only provided 4 towels when staying with kids for multiple nights.
No provision to use gas stove.
No coffee provided.
Bare minimum supplies.
Dishwasher not working and they expected to clean and dry and stack all used dishes in cupboards.
Felt excessive cumbersome check in process to provide ID and details for all check in guests and an additional 250 dollars. This is not stated before booking the place. As such I will never use Swainson property myself.

- Downes (9/5): Great place for a few days in Adelaide - Very nice place for a few nights, we were travelling for work so wasn't expecting to stay somewhere so cosy. Great location near plenty of shops and amenities

- Neil (9/5): Superb - Great location restaurants bars pubs on O'Connell Street and 5 mins to city regular public transport if U have no car just convenient if your here to visit Adelaide.
- Neil (8/5): Home away from home - Good location easy access to shopping eating out close to town. the house itself is fully optioned for all your required needs has been renovated with all modern touches like all older places it has a bit of salt damp which doesn't affect your stay. I actually extended my stay from 7 nights to 14 nights so that in itself explains how I rateed my stay. There is nothing for me to say here.
- Kathryn (4/5): A decent location but way pricy for the quality of the facility. - The property was close to shops and Adelaide city No key provided for back door.
Could not park in back yard, received rude letter from neighbour for parking out front. Had to park a block away. Broken beading near back door.
Nespresso machine provided but 0 pods, even 4 would have been appreciated for breakfast.
Some of the dishes were not clean.
The back courtyard was a mess, weeds everywhere.
Booking process was horrendous too much red tape.
- Twigg (6/5): Pleasant - Location, furniture was lovely and comfortable. Wi-Fi was not available, we were there 12 days and staff could not sort it out. Ant problem. Bathroom drain was blocked and overflowed into back courtyard. Bath was rusted.
