• Cameron (10/5): Perfect hacienda for access to the park. - Beautiful site! Close to the park. Great staff. The view of the many colourful birds was distracting.
• Irene (9/5): - Die Lage ist spektakulär, wenn auch die sehr nahe „Autobahn“ zeitweise deutlich zu hören ist Die Ausstattung beschränkt sich auf das notwendige Minimum und ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist freundlich, aber etwas unbeholfen
• Joan (9/5): A tranquil spot, easy to reach from the Medellin-Bogota highway, with a very nice staff. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was home-cooked and served in my room. The great location of my cabin, in the trees above the river. Irma rescued my suitcase when it went away with the bus that I came on. I had it back in just two hours! Quite a few steps down to the river/beach.

• Martine (6/5): Niet voor herhaling vatbaar - Het personeel is heel lief en behulpzaam De ligging was niet goed, pal aan de weg met veel verkeer en herrie. Geen faciliteiten verder, ook niet voor activiteiten in de buurt. Zouden ze moeten aanbieden.

Unforgettable ✨ - Steven el chico que hace el recorrido de hiking por el río es una persona espectacular, muy orgulloso de sus tierras nos habló de ellas y nos mostró lugares hermosos llenos de magia. Su atención y cuidado a los detalles es excelente y su forma de atendernos fue muy bonita. Las dos señoras que también se encontraban en el hotel muy amables con nosotras. Fue una experiencia maravillosa 🤩😱🥳🤗💕 suuuuuper recomendado!!!!!! Las instalaciones muy limpias y muy organizadas. La comodidad de las camas usando el toldillo y las áreas que tiene el hotel son muy exclusivas empezando por la piscina natural y la combinación del río

• Pardo (9/5): Aventura en un lugar maravilloso por descubrir - Una vez llegas al sitio, es espectacular, las instalaciones son muy lindas y confortables; la vista de las habitaciones maravillosa así como el rio y la piscina. Claudia, Irma y demás personal muy amables y atentos. La señalización del Glamping no es adecuada para llegar fácilmente y falta algo mas de información en el lugar sobre planes para estadías de mas de tres días.

• Simitu (9/5): great experience, unique, would do it again. - we loved the location in nature, very friendly staff. beautifull room. the jacuzzi was a wonderful touch. We arrived late in the afternoon, nexxt time we will defiitely plan to come in the morning to really enjoy the unique location. the bed was a bit small for my hubby, my baby girl and me.

• Daniel (9/5): - Locatie is echt top: heerlijk zwemmen in de rivier, leven in de buitenlucht. Prima eten en heerlijke vruchtensappen. Wij waren zonder auto en dan zit je daar best afgelegen. Als je naar Rio Claro wilt kan je de bus nemen maar naar b.v. Hacendia Napoles heb je eigenlijk wel een huur auto nodig daar. Personeel spreekt geen Engels, dus iemand die Spaans kan is wel een must.

• Anders (10/5): Exceptional - Very beautiful location, either new or very well maintained. Close to nature experience (use earbuds if you don't like the noise from the forest). Practical with half board as we arrived in the evening and were hungry. Took a short run towards Bogotá along the road and encountered a nice forest path that led to a place where two rivers meet, also a great place to bathe. We were offered a 2 hour hiking with the host as guide at no cost, but unfortunately we did not have the time.
• Martha (5/5): Passable - The landscape, the topography in the middle of nature, is wonderful. It is the strong point of the place. The attention of the employees is very good and friendly. The high cost of the hotel does not match the facilities, the linen could be of better quality. The lush nature is so special that decorating the place with plastic - flowers, carpets, grass - takes away its ecological charm.

• Julian (10/5): Overdelighted with nature - This place is AWESOME ! The breakfast was very good. The staff was very kind and the river passes by where we could watch monkeys "titi spice". It is few minutes away from places where we could practice rafting and cavern trekking. Wrong initial communication: The check-in was related to asking us more money when we arrived even though Booking would request the rest of the payment using my credit card. They should just ask for the code and PIN number OR you as client, beware instead of giving money when you arrive, just give them the code and PIN number. The staff wont stop watching you until you solve this with the owners.
