• Vincent (5/5): Fine for a night to get you head down before a flight but I wouldn’t stay there again. - The property was modern and spacious. The property was described as a penthouse… it was a 3rd floor apartment the a roof terrace. The roof terrace was bare, no furniture, no bbq as described and dirty with rubble left lying around. The complex was still in construction and fire system did not look finished. It was described as having its own private beach… yes a 20min walk away. It included breakfast, but they don’t have a restaurant and the person who let us into the property said he’d bring breakfast to the room at our chosen time of 9am, after messaging him the breakfast arrived at 10:30am. What arrived was a disgusting, he had popped next door to the supermarket and brought 1 loaf of bread (no butter) small pot of jam, 2 packs of some sort of cold meat, 1 pack of sliced cheddar, 1 pack of Feta cheese, and 3 wraps (for 4 people?) and 4 boiled eggs. We popped into the supermarket to buy something and seen all the breakfast stuff and worked out that about 10€ was spent, so 2.50€ per head. The booking was supposed to be £191.19 but they charged £200.23. Finally I thought the gentleman I dealt with on reception was also quite rude.
• Aurora (4/5): - Le piscine sono molto grandi nonostante la pulizia dei lettini risulti veramente scarsa. Gruppo di 4 amici: La struttura si presenta bene dall’esterno ma poi all’interno ci sono diversi problemi: l’acqua dei servizi viene a mancare svariate volte durante il giorno (3 volte in 4 giorni) e in uno dei due bagni dell’appartamento mancava completamene l’acqua calda della doccia. La quantità di asciugamani era veramente scarsa e manca la presenza di un phon. La pulizia è decisamente scarsa, le docce molto incrostate e girano parecchi scarafaggi durante il giorno. I letti sono comodi ma i cuscini decisamente duri e poco funzionali. L’appartamento che ci è stato dato non corrispondeva a quello selezionato su Booking ed anche a seguito della nostra richiesta di cambiarlo ci è stata consegnata un’altra camera che non corrispondeva lo stesso a quella della prenotazione. Lo staff direi molto disorganizzato: il personale accettava le nostre richieste per poi non portarle a termine e la comunicazione fra loro poco funzionale. Colazione inclusa da Booking non è mai stata garantita. L’ultimo giorno, a seguito della nostra richiesta di prenotazione di un taxi siamo stati accompagnati in aeroporto da un ragazzo dello staff perché non è stata effettuata alcuna prenotazione per il taxi e all’arrivo in aeroporto ci sono stati chiesti 15€ in contanti! Non lo raccomanderei per più di qualche giorno!
• Manuel (8/5): Rapporto qualità prezzo altissimo - La struttura in se non è assolutamente male, tenuta bene nonostante sia molto molto grande, piscine pulita e spazi comuni ben rifiniti, sicuramente il suo punto di forza è il rapporto qualità prezzo altissimo La colazione era inclusa ma non sempre ci è stata portata secondo gli accordi e secondo gli orari, vi suggerisco di dirgli una mezz'oretta prima se avete degli impegni. The facilities are good and Ahmed is really helpful and will iron out anything that may need correction. Not much but I think it is generally Egyptian places, the number of people suggested in accomodation doesn't really match the room/apartment facilities.

La spiaggia di riferimento ha una barriera coralina stupenda con gran varietà di pesci. Questi sono i punti forti della struttura. La gestione della struttura è pessima!! Abbiamo aspettato 2 ore la consegna dell'appartamento, che poi abbiamo dovuto cambiare giacche non corrispondeva a quanto prenotato su booking (addirittura mancava un posto letto). Pulizia pessima. La colazione (inclusa nella prenotazione) consiste in una scelta di prodotti confezionati (comprati al market adiacente alla struttura) consegnati in busta ogni mattina in appartamento. Abbiamo aspettato 2-3 'ore la navetta che ci doveva portare al mare per problemi meccanici dell' auto....ci hanno fatto perdere mezza giornata di mare!
• Abdulrahman (1/5): محتال . مخادع . بيانات مضللة. - الجزء الاول من المراجعة سيكون بالعربي The second part of the review will be in English تم التواصل من قبل مالك الفيلا قبل يوم من الوصول وأنهم مستعدون للاستقبال وطلبوا بيانات الرحلة. عند الوصول تم استقبالنا مساء الساعة 9. عند الوصول إلى مكان الإقامة المكان تبين أن البيانات مكذوبة حيث أن مكان الإقامة ضيق جدا ويحتوي فقط صالة صغيرة غير مهيئة لا إنترنت ولا ميكرويف ممتلئة بالباعوض والحشرات. غرفة نوم صغيرة جدا بأثاث قديم ومهترئ وسرير صغير جدا تم إرفاق الصور (( عكس الإعلان والبيانات الموضوع عدة غرف وعدة اسرة . غير صحيح و كذب وتدليس في الإعلان )) كنت مرهق جدا أنا وصديقاي طلبنا التحدث مع خدمة العملاء وتبين لاحقا أن الفيلا لا تتبع للشركة المشغلة وإنما لمالك فردي وضع اثنين يشرفون عليها وأفادوا بانه هذه هي المساحة المخصصة لنا . تم التواصل مع المالك مباشرة وافدنا بالاستياء الحاصل وانه غدا سيحل الموضوع. بعد مضي الليلة الاولى لم نستطع النوم أبدا المكان متسخ والباعوض يملاء الغرفة قبل الفجر اتجهنا للسوبر ماركت لأخذ بخاخات الباعوض وكريمات. في نهار اليوم الاول اتجهت لاستقبال وتم التواصل مع الشرطة السياحية ووزارة السياحة وتوثيق شكوى. اتى المالك مباشرة الينا ليحل الموضوع ويعتذر عما حصل وقمنا بتسجيل خروج بعد ليلة واحدة فقط وتم الاتفاق على اعادة مبلغ 3 ليالي + 30٪؜ من مبلغ الليلة الاولى. قمنا بالتوجه لمكان إقامة آخر . تم اشعار مكتب العملاء في booking. بعد السفر تم التواصل مع المالك عدة مرات على الجوال والإيميل ( قام بإعطائي ايميل خاطئ ) يدعي انه مهندس عميد بالجيش اسمه احمد. بدون اي رد وتم تصعيد الموضوع ل booking. خلاصة التجربة : مخادع . غير واضح . محتال . الواقع مختلف تماما عن الإعلان بشكل كامل . 3 ليالي كلفت فوق 400 دولار بينما لا يستحق 30 دولار لليلة الواحدة. لا أنصح أبدا بالزيارة الرجاء التاكد من الحجز في فنادق وشاليهات معروفة وليس افراد. تجربة سيئة جدا. The villa owner contacted us one day prior to our arrival, stating that they were ready to receive us and asked for our flight details. Upon arrival, we were received at 9 PM. When we reached the accommodation, it turned out that the listing details were false. The place was extremely small, with only a tiny living room that was not properly equipped — no internet, no microwave — and full of mosquitoes and insects. There was a very small bedroom with old, worn-out furniture and an extremely small bed. Photos were attached to show that the actual place was completely different from the listing, which had advertised multiple rooms and multiple beds. This was false and misleading advertising. I was very exhausted along with my friends. We requested to speak with customer service, and later found out that the villa was not operated by a company but rather owned by a private individual who had two people supervising it. They told us that this was the space allocated for us. We contacted the owner directly to express our dissatisfaction, and he promised to resolve the issue the next day. After spending the first night, we were unable to sleep at all — the place was dirty and full of mosquitoes. Before dawn, we had to go to the supermarket to buy mosquito sprays and creams. During the first day, I went to the reception and contacted the tourist police and the Ministry of Tourism to document a complaint. The owner came to us directly to resolve the issue and apologize. We checked out after spending only one night and agreed on a refund of three nights + 30% of the first night’s cost. We then moved to another accommodation. Booking.com customer service was notified. After traveling, I tried to contact the owner multiple times via phone and email (he even gave me a fake email address). He claims to be an engineer and a retired army colonel named Ahmed. There has been no response, and the case was escalated to Booking.com.

• Hawa (1/5): Très mauvaise expérience dans cet appart’ hôtel… - Arrivé sur place, rien aller… Rien n’a été vérifié avant notre arrivée. L’eau chaude qui ne fonctionne pas, la couleur est noir voir jaune. J’ai du laver les enfants avec de l’eau froide🥲🥲 C’est vraiment pas correct de leur part… Le technicien est venu réparer les toilettes 🚽 quand il a terminé le sol était sale, ça sentait le pipi, personne a nettoyé 🧹 🧼. J’ai trouvé une bouteille d’eau de javel leur placards je me suis permise de le prendre. j’ai dû tout nettoyer et désinfecter. Est-ce que c’était à moi de faire le nettoyage ?? Non je ne pense pas. J’ai payé 💶une prestation pour que le ménage soit fait ✔️ Ma fille qui s’est rendue aux toilettes à l’accueil, elle a simplement demandé du papier toilette 🧻 car il y avait pas d’eau pour se nettoyer, le monsieur a refusé de lui donner. Nous sommes des Musulman, la Sunna nous ordonne d’avoir une hygiène fortement recommandée. Nous sommes pas des animaux… Je suis choqué du mauvais traitement que nous avons reçu de leur part. Nous méritons pas un tel traitement. Est-ce que c’est notre couleur de peau qui dérange ? Où est le problème ?????

• מאי (1/5): גועל נפש - לא אהבנו שם דבר המקום היה מגעיל והשירות גרועה ואין מענה, נטקעה החזמל מהיום הראשון.. ולא היו שואלים אם צריכים משהו.. ביקשנו שינדו את המקום 7 ימים לא ראינו אף אחד ולא נקו כלום.. מתקשרים להם ולא עונים.. המקום היה מעפן מגעיל, לא שמחנו שם ולא נחזור אפילו אם היה בלי כסף. לא אהבנו שם דבר המקום היה מגעיל והשירות גרועה ואין מענה, נטקעה החשמל מהיום הראשון.. ולא היו שואלים אם צריכים משהו.. ביקשנו שינקו את המקום 7 ימים לא ראינו אף אחד ולא נקו כלום.. מתקשרים להם ולא עונים.. המקום היה מעפן מגעיל, לא שמחנו שם ולא נחזור אפילו אם היה בלי כסף. השירות של הצוות גרועה, המקום שהיה מעפן, כל המצעים מלאים דם, בקשנו מגבות בקושה שהביאו.. והביאו אותם רטובים!! מלא זבובים שם וג'וקים וזחלים, נכנסו לשם אפילו הפף זבל לא נקו השאירו לנו את הזבל שהיה מהנאשים שהיו לפנינו!! בקיצור לא ממליצה על המקום מעפן מעפן, המזגן היה מטפטף מים שמנו סיר מתחת לטפטוף, הסברנו להם ולא היה מעניין אותם..
• Gemma (1/5): - Res, recomanem que treguin de booking aquest allotjament, perquè no prenguin el pèl a ningú més. Mala atenció, ens van donar un allotjament que no era el que havíem triat, ens van dir que tenien tots els apartaments plens, cosa que no és veritat. Les fotos no es corresponen a la realitat, no hi ha cap restaurant en el complex, el més proper està a 30' a peu o has d'agafar un taxi per anar al centre de Sharm el Sheik i et cobren 500 pounds egipcis. Ens van dir que ens posaríen un taxi per anar a sopar, eren més de les 10 pm I encara no havia aparegut ningú, finalment vem haver de pagar nosaltres un taxi. Teníem l'esmorzar gratuït que ens van dir que ens portarien a l'apartament a les 10 am....eren quasi les 12 i encara no havia vingut ningú. Finalment quan vem reclamar per WhatsApp a la suposada persona que teníem de referència, es presenta amb una bossa de supermercat amb quatre coses.....érem 7 persones. Res per beure. Vem reclamar tovalloles per la dutxa o piscina i encara estem esperant. El taxista ens va donar dues targetes per anar a una platja propera que suposadament amb això pots entrar sense pagar, però resulta que amb cada targeta només podia entrar 2 persones, érem 7, de manera que vem haver de pagar moviment. No hi ha ningú a qui puguis reclamar, la persona de referència que ens va rebre el primer dia, el vem estar trucant i enviant WhatsApp i no ens va contestar. Ens hem sentit estafats i mal atesos. Aquest complex.sembla una ciutat fantasma. Vem reclamar per mail a booking I encara estem esperant la seva resposta. Tot plegat nefast!!!

• GP (1/5): Жаль потраченное время. - Господин Мустафа хороший человек. ОН старался. Рядом супермаркет. Стиральная машинка. Обычно мне все нравится. У меня все десятки. Ну, почти. Это Невозможно! Туалет забился на следующий день после заселения. Никаких действий никто не предпринял. Выключилось электричество утром. На улице +45. 3.5часа не было электричества. Кондиционер не работал 3.5 часа. Вам пообещают бесплатный трансфер на пляж. Но это не в ваше время, когда вам будет удобно, а когда освободится водитель. Иногда через 15 минут, иногда через час. Иногда он скажет, что едет, а потом есть более срочные дела. На третий день к часу дня мы получили карточку на вход на пляж. Машина была занята и мы поехали на такси. На пляже оказалось, что карты на 4 человека, а нас 8 всего с детьми. Пришлось доплатить. Ресторан на пляже никакой и жутко дорогой. Египет. Цены Швейцария. На такси и вернулись, так как машина была занята. На пляж мы больше не попали. В описании в дву комнатах по две двуспальные кровати. Ну не двуспальные ниразу. Получили 4 полотенца на 8 человек. И для бассейна и для пляжа и для душа. Ладно. Не буду придираться к мелочам, таким как завтрак нам принесли только один раз из трех дней. А зачем? В доме идёт ремонт в квартирах. Мусор в коридорах и запах краски. Но это мелочи. Не портите себе отпуск.

• Waleed (3/5): لا انصح الاقامه فيه - الإطلالة والمسابح فقط المباني قديمه والأثاث قديم غير جيد والمفارش غير نظيفه والمناشف كذالك عدم توفير احتياجات السائح مثل الشامبو والصابون والمناديل انقطاع الماء والكهرباء بشكل يومي والأكل غير جيد التلفاز عطلان والإنتر نت سيئ جدا المماطله في طلب إصلاح أو توفير شيء للترفيه داخل السكن ولم ينجز من العاملين في مكان السكن حتى المغادره والعوده للبلاد

• Anna (5/5): - Бассейн, горки Номер нам не подошёл по размеру. Тот, кто сдает его, предложил другой, доплатили практически столько же. Там оказалось чудовищно грязно, всё-всё там воняло мочой. Постели, подушки, одеяла, диваны. Что-то сломано, туалет грязный. Что-то прибрали после нашего возмущения, но много где запах остался. Очень неприятное впечатление.

(Indrive 1 dolar tutuyor) Sahilide hem dalmak hemde yüzmek için çok iyi. Plajda yeme içme fiyatları çok uygun. Tesis içerisinde uygun fiyatlı market ve eczane de var.Bu ayarda TR de konaklamaya kalkarsan ocağını batırırlar. Tesis sahibi Ahmet bey çok ilgili ve her türlü ihtiyacınıza hemen cevap veriyor, biz mutfak ekipmanlarının artık çok eskidiğini söylemiştik adam hemen yeni çeyiz seti getirdi sağolsun. • Raimondi (9/5): Ottimo qualità prezzo - Molto bello il complesso, ma si vede che è ancora in ristrutturazione. Presenti un “bar ristorante” che di ristorante ha poco, una farmacia e un ottimo market aperto 24h. La pecca della struttura è il personale che non parla inglese, il ché ha reso tutte le procedure molto più complicate e lunghe. Peccato anche per la pulizia.

• JAVIER (1/5): ESTAFA TOTAL - TOTAL SCAM - Nos cambiaron nuestra reserva para el 31/12/24 (hecha desde el 24/09/24) de 2 habitaciones, 2 baños y un ático con terraza y vistas por una habitación sucia, de 1 dormitorio y un aseo. Una auténtica estafa. Como era Nochevieja y teníamos reservada una sola noche,con toda la mala intención, vendieron nuestra reserva a un precio mucho más elevado, y nos dieron una estancia asquerosa. El manager Ahmed intentó comprarnos con un cesto de fruta llena de moscas y un taxi al aeropuerto que cuesta 3 Euros al cambio. Una experiencia vergonzosa y denunciable que arruinó nuestras vacaciones el último día. Mi mujer tuvo una reacción alérgica por la suciedad y el mal estado del apartamento, si se puede llamar así. Esto es actuar con mala fé y el management de Sharm Hills merece lo peor. Una auténtica vergüenza. Hemos denunciado a Booking para que Sharm Hills nos devuelva el dinero y al Ministerio de Turismo de Egipto. Pueden denunciar a través de su hotline en el email tourism@mota.gov.eg Adjunto fotos para ver lo impresentables que son esta gente que supuestamente vive del turismo.

Supermarket that works 24/7 next to the apartment and small shops in area of the beach. Beach club food and drinks great. But what make us feel at home the most was our host, apartment owner who treated us like family members....he was there for us 24/7 , organising trips, tours, even going for food for us...what ever we asked he was there...and never, never asked anything in return. If you are searching for a fascinating and peaceful place, this is the role model for everything. There are six swimming pools, a waterpark, and a charming private beach. There are also many services within the resort, such as a supermarket, gym, pharmacy, and trip itinerary planning. All the staff are excellent and well-qualified in dealing with guests. • DjCaTa (10/5): The best in Sharm El Sheikh 🖤🖤 - one of the most beautiful stays so far, quiet, clean place, 24/24 security, the owner is a 1000 person, very kind, friendly, helps you with anything you need, helped us with the trips, advised what is good and what is not, I consider this man "Ahmed" to be part of my family, thank you very much for everything, I highly recommend🖤🖤🖤 I want to mention that the apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a terrace by the pool, choose this place you won't regret it I have nothing to complain about, the only thing that would be a bit disturbing would be that the private beach is quite far away somewhere 20-25 minutes walk🤷🏾‍♂️
• Iryna (6/5): Хорошее уютное место но с обслуживанием в кафе надо очень поработать! - Все было чисто и в хорошем состоянии.Необходимая посуда предоставлена. Персонал быстро реагировал на возникающие вопросы и потребности. Приветливо встретили . Хорошая ,тихая обстановка. Чистый бассейн и территория. Было всего 4 полотенца на 6 персон. Пляж находится далеко . Неприветливый персонал в кафе. Никто не предупредил что завтрак который был включен в стоимость надо заказывать заранее. Даже когда мы заказали завтрак ,нам его НЕ принесли. Всего за все время нам удалось позавтракать 1 раз. Но еще за 2 завтрака нам вернули деньги. остальное заплатили дополнительно сами.

• Pahwani (10/5): If you are looking for “Home” then this is the place to Stay! - I stayed at this resort for 2 nights and following are the key highlights which made this as one of the recommended place in Sharm: 1. The apartment was clean and spacious 2. The staff was also very helpful and responsible 3. The stay provides access to beach and has grocery shop, markets, restaurants at close proximity. 4. The view from the hotel is mesmerising with a perfect blend of mountains and beaches 5. What was the best part? The owner was very helpful and supportive. Not just he ensured that all things in the apartment are in place but also helped extensively in giving recommendations for food, places to visit in Sharm, etc - Thanking him a little more for the sea trip which was completely organised by him i.e from transport to beautiful views to scuba diving and all the key amenities like food, comfort, trained divers, etc - he did it all and made it indeed the most comfortable, beautiful and memorable 10 hours of my life Overall, this was the first time I visited Sharm and Indeed it turned around to be the most memorable one!
