Salle d'eau commune (douche, lavabo) également non chauffée.

Sonja (7/5): - Das Zimmer war einfach, aber sauber. Die Küche hatte alles was man brauchte und das Bad auch. Die Lage ist nur ein kurzer Fußweg vom Bahnhoft Stadtmitte. Man teilt sich das Bad mit drei andern Zimmern, aber es gibt keine separate Toilette, könnte eng werden. Für mich war das Bett zu weich. Die Gemeinschaftsräume wurden während meines Aufenthalts (3 Nächte) nicht gereinigt, nur an meinem letzten Tag traf ich jemanden, der das machte.

Vicks (5/5): Noisy building conducts fellow guests' sounds real well, but otherwise comfy - It's near the station which connects to the rest of the most beautiful part of the Rhine valley. Despite it being real cold when I came in, with all the windows open on a chilly March day, the heating was able to soon make it comfy. The curtains are adequate againsy the lights. The shared kitchen is properly equipped. This building conducts sound really well. There was a fellow guest staying and I could hear not only their music (they only played it during reasonable hours but still), but especially also their footsteps, them opening and closing doors, and them using the bathroom. This was despite them being reasonably quiet with it; the doors in particular just thunder through the building. It led to a restless night of frequently interrupted sleep.

Geen woord over de onrustige omgeving, elke 5 minuten een trein op 15 meter van het huis ook 's nachts, ook transporttreinen met veel kabaal. In de verre omtrek geen mogelijkheid een kop koffie te drinken of een broodje te eten (ontbijt) of kopen. Moeilijk te vinden adres . geen Host gezien. ik zal deze kamer niet aanbevelen. slecht licht om te lezen, geen stoel om te zitten, stekkerdoos op de grond tussen bed en wankel schrijftafeltje (15cm)

Dauer von warmen Wasser bis gar kein warmen Wasser und sehr alt modisch nicht so wie auf den Bildern. Ein unangenehmer Geruch im Haus. Für eine Nacht bzw paar Stunden okay.

Ziegler (7/5): - WLAN funktioniert gut Schlüsselsystem gut Sehr kalte Ferienwohnung alles veraltet nur sehr einfache und billige Renovierung. Armaturen wackelig. Im Bad und Toilette riecht es sehr muffig. Staubkugeln im Zimmer. Die Küchengeräte z.b. Kaffeemaschine schmuddelig. In den Uhren im Zimmer und Hausgang sind die Batterien leer. Die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher mussten wir erstmal selbst in Ordnung bringen. Alles in allem nur das nötigste einigermaßen in Stand gehalten.

Knapp 50 € für ein Einzelzimmer und geteiltem Bad ist vielleicht etwas teuer. Aber Booking COM verdient bekannter Maßen ganz gut mit.

Mareike (7/5): - In dem Haus sind mehrere Wohnungen mit Zimmern zur Vermietung. Es ist ein Altbau und sehr hellhörig, ansonsten aber gepflegt und ausreichend komfortabel. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Der Garten darf genutzt werden und ist sehr gemütlich. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, so dass ich die nächtlichen Telefongespräche aus einem der anderen Zimmer fast mithören konnte. Tipp: Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen!

Shared bathroom does not have a separate toilet and just one sink so a single person will occupy it, which could be inconvenient with 3 double rooms sharing it. The bedding had a few hairs on it.

Sonja (7/5): Komme gerne wieder - Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Dusche ebenerdig. Trotz Schienennetz und Springbrunnen in der Nähe , waren die Fenster gut isoliert und man konnte erholsam schlafen. Es war sauber und mein Zimmer gemütlich. Die Fliesen in der Dusche sind sehr glatt, besonders wenn schon jemand vorher geduscht hat..
Nicole (7/5): Da ist noch Luft nach oben - Der Einlass mit der Schlüsselbox war alles recht einfach. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit einem wirklich bequemen Bett. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, statt eines Höckerchen, ein kleines Nachttischchen zu haben. Wir hatten Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, und die Stadt war gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Schöne, geräumige Wohnung. Leider gab es nur zwei Kaffee zum Frühstück trotz großer, komfortabler Küche. Die angekündigten Pflegeprodukte (Duschgel, Shampoo) fehlten gänzlich. Wir hatten für zwei Personen gebucht und Bettwäsche für eine Person bekommen und ebenso die Handtücher. Bei Kontaktaufnahme reagierte der Vermieter. Bedauerlicherweise gar nicht! Dass der Zug direkt hinter dem Haus fährt, hätte man uns vorher auch in der Beschreibung mitteilen können. Somit fand ich den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben leider etwas zu hoch.

Karolina (7/5): - Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Bad war etwas zu klein und der Wasserkocher und die Kaffeemaschine waren dreckig die könnte man nicht benutzen. Zudem hat der Holzboden geknirscht würde das beheben. Ansonsten war alles super

Doaa (7/5): It was Okay. - There wasn’t any soap in the toilet, so I had to buy some myself. I think someone should really check these things. Also, the coffee machine wasn’t working—I tried it many times but it didn’t work. And last night, someone in the next room was talking very loudly on the phone until 3:00 a.m., even though I had early morning travel booked.
