• Jennifer (9/5): Good place to stay in Orlando - I love the location! Close to all the parks but away from the congestion on the roads. The place was cute and decorated nicely. The beds were oh so comfy. It didn't have a regular coffee maker, only a Keurig. I brought my coffee and filters to use but I had to go buy pods for my morning coffee. Maybe I didn't read the description throughly enough.

• eliyahu (1/5): לא להתקרב לשם... - היחס היה מתחת לכל ביקורת. הקוד שקיבלנו לכניסה ליחידה לא היה נכון ונאלצנו להמתין בחום (כמו כלבים) למעלה משעתיים מחוץ ליחידה עד שאיפשרו לנו להיכנס ליחידה . הבעיה חזרה על עצמה עד למחרת היום אז הואילו לשלוח איש טכני שעדכן את הקוד...לא להתקרב לשם !!!!
• Hailey (1/5): Place is gross and false advertised the bed count, the property owner is rude. Do not book here. - This property was in an amazing location. We stayed here for Universal Studios and Epic and the location was convenient. I also appreciated the water left in the fridge for us and though we did not use it, the dishes/coffee pods available for use were a nice touch. We have an active complaint with this property and we’re just given a partial refund due to the state of the property. There was active mildew/mold all over the bathroom (specifically the back of the bathroom door and the baseboards). Additionally, there was a stain on the bedding, needles outside around the property, and overall dirt and grime that are not from normal use. The mold made my husband and I sick towards the end of our trip (respiratory issues like coughing, sneezing. Etc.) We did not feel comfortable leaving our items in the home due to the condition so we packed our belongings every night and in doing so the owner thought that we brought an animal into the property. (I am assuming it was one of our pillows or blankets that they saw and mistook as an animal). The property owner sent a rude message saying that we owed $100 in a pet cleaning fee even though we did not have a pet with us and told us that they had seen it on their exterior ring camera. When I asked for the proof, they told us that we would have to request it from Booking.com and Booking.com has informed us that they still have not received any proof either and the owner is refusing to answer booking.com now. Additionally, it is listed as a three bed, and it only has two beds and a normal couch. Overall my experience was awful and the property was dirty/looked nothing like the advertisement.

• Edwardo (8/5): Overall if you need a quick place to stay for a couple of days it’s a ok stay. Anything longer than 2 days would not rec - The location to all the parks. Bathroom shower was dirty and floor really needed a wash was very dirty.

• Devon (10/5): Super comfortable, relaxing, great getaway - This property was awesome! Such a good location, many and plenty of options for food within 5 minutes, right by the water, great space, full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, 2 balconies, and was just super comfortable. I just had an amazing 2 night stay here for my birthday and it was perfect. Also only 13-15 mins from Epic Universe! The shower was great and super clean and the whole place was as well. Sitting on the back balcony enjoying the view while smoking a nice cigar for my birthday, then randomly getting to watch a 30 minute firework show across the water was just amazing! Both TVs had Apple air play so we got to cast stuff from our phones. The place has a half bathroom downstairs and a full bathroom upstairs. The whole place feels upscale and much more comfortable compared to any hotels and other places we’ve stayed at. The price was just right! Then there’s the host who was just great. They stayed in contact and was a very kind person. We were very pleased with this stay and when we come back, we really hope it is available again!!!🙌🏽 Nothing at all.

• Kevin (10/5): A great place in Orlando - The location is excellent and very convenient if you want to go shopping or visit the main attractions in Orlando. It was easier for me to get to the accommodation by using the car’s GPS and entering Crystal Blue Dr. as the destination Getting there on the first day was easy, but I got confused with the entrance, although they gave me good directions

• Leigh (8/5): Very good - Good size, easy to get to, was good for our needs Kitchen was basic, didn’t have a lot of towels (but more were brought when we asked!). We ended up not having the time, but was disappointing there is a picture with a pool, but there is NOT a pool!

No amenities for food nearby except 7-11. Poor security on front door. Multiple locks on door but none to lock from outside when I left

• Markeya (10/5): A Perfect Find!! - The location was perfect for our stay. It took us minutes to get to any main road going in any directions regardless of the time of day. The place looks exactly as pictured, including the lake right outside the back door. It was an end unit, clean, safe, very quiet, and the host is very informative and available if needed. All these things for an amazing price without all the extra fees. I will definitely book again!!

• Melanie (10/5): Great location and value with privacy, and peace and quiet. Everything you'll need. - The location, free parking, the new and comfy beds, the shower and bath area upstairs was new, full kitchen and fridge, and it was QUIET. If you have a larger party (I was traveling alone for business) there are two TV's for entertainment both upstairs and downstairs. Nice little sitting area for dining and plenty of room to stretch out on the couch. You can also watch the fireworks (usually around 9-9:30pm) from the back patio looking over the lake (wear bug spray). :-) The kitchen could be better stocked with more silverware, cooking utensils, etc. But if you don't plan on cooking that doesn't matter.
