- Pınar (9/5): Easy access - The location is very good, only 10 mins. walking distance from Europa-Park entrance. You can enjoy the Elz river side. We had dinner at the hotel, it was so delicious and portions were huge. Room was big enough for three. They should change mattresses of the beds.

Anreise mit dem Auto war einfach uns gibt genügend Parkplätze. Restaurant zu teuer. Pommes versalzen. Gordon Bleu verkohlt. Beim Frühstück fehlten einmal Teller ,dann wieder Messer. Besteck für kleine Kinder. Frühstück gut aber oft nicht reichlich. Hotel sanierungsbedürftig. Die Lüftung der Küche hörten alle Gäste im 2.Stock brummen.

- Nathalie (7/5): Hotel/restaurant familial, emplacement idéal, parking gratuit - Hotel familial sympathique et très propre Situation géographique parfaite pour visiter Europapark, 5' à pied Parking gratuit à disposition devant l'hotel Petit-déjeuner standard, de tout malheureusement pas de pain frais, produits précuits Restaurant délicieux, jolie terrasse le long de la rivière Ce n'est pas notre première visite dans cet hotel mais là, nous avons été déçu par la literie de notre chambre triple : les matelas sont complètement mou et en cuvette, surtout plus bas que le cadre, très inconfortable Les oreillers sont plus qu'usés et forment des "bouloches" à changer

Posizione in centro paese, con molti ristoranti e servizi. Parcheggio della struttura sempre disponibile. Ristorante e pub adiacenti alla struttura (non li abbiamo provati). Orario Check-in

- gerrit (6/5): nooit meer - Ontbijt was voldoende, diner keuze niet reuze bijv. keuze uit 1 saus bij de schnitzel maar smaak was eenvoudig maar prima. Personeel vriendelijk. Hotel sterk verouderd. Na afspraak met bol.com door gemaakte fout tijdens bookingproces hebben zowel bol.com als het hotel beloofd de dubbel betaalde kamer terug te betalen. Dit heb ik 'zwart op wit' maar na meer dan 30 mails icm het proces van de rechtbijstandverzekering heb ik besloten het erbij te laten. Het hotel reageert niet meer na de 1e keer het neergelegd te hebben bij bol.com en bol.com heeft diverse malen gereageerd dat het hotel het teveel betaalde geld eenvoudig zou kunnen overmaken en zal overmaken. Diverse reacties van hotel naar bol.com ontvangen dat de eigenaar na zijn vakantie het dubbel betaalde geld zou overmaken etc. etc. maar geld nooit gezien. Ondanks dit sterk verouderde hotel zijn wij hier vriendelijk behandeld en is de locatie erg prettig zo dicht bij Europark. Daar en tegen zijn het 'geldwolven' die wanneer ze de kans krijgen je simpelweg 'beduvelen'. Pas dus op met dit hotel!

- Grit (7/5): Für Kurzaufenthalt absolut okay - Die Nähe zum Europapark. Das Frühstück war super. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Zimmer sind recht klein. Nervige Kinder aus den Nachbarzimmern, die den Flur zum Toben benutzt haben. Speisen und Getränke müssen direkt bezahlt werden, es wird keine Gesamtrechnung ausgestellt.

Man hört von unten jedes Gespräch aus dem Flur, es war dann zusätzlich in den Nächten noch eine Veranstaltung und auf meine Beschwerde hin wurde erst überhaupt gar nicht reagiert und dann mit einem …ups hätte man sie vorwarnen können… Kommentar, das ist schon sehr schade und zeugt von keinem Einsatz hier etwas beizutragen. Das Mobiliar ist alt, dunkel braun, Park Situation sehr eng, aktuell war zusätzlich noch eine Baustelle. Preis Leistung daher nicht zu rechtfertigen.

Tive dificuldade para encontrar o hotel devido a uma obra em frente! Muito confuso! Café da manhã muito simples e com poucas orações! Pode melhorar muito!

- Silvana (6/5): Das Personal ist absolut super und Aufmerksam und versucht alles um den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. - Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut gelegen. Die Matratzen waren recht durch gelegen. Fenster nicht wirklich gedämpft. Dadurch hat man leider den Baustellenlärm sehr stark wahrgenommen von gegenüber und die Nacht um 7 Uhr vorbei. Die Kissen waren für uns absolut nicht geeignet. Zu hoch zu voll und trotzdem nicht stabil. Das Bad war absolut sauber und das Duschgel war wirklich sehr angenehm und hat sehr gut gerochen. Das Frühstück wird liebevoll hergerichtet und Extra Wünsche waren kein Problem.

Personnellement , j'ai eu peur de ne pas aimé mais j'ai été agréablement surprise , -La possibilité de manger sur place , dans leur restaurant . Les prix sont abordables et la cuisine est bonne . *Impossible de fermer le volet. Le matin , on a eu le soleil en pleine face. *La sonorisation d'une chambre à une autre . On entendait une dame parler dans une chambre en face de notre chambre , comme si elle était avec nous . Heureusement il n'y a pas eu d'abus.
