- Anyer (7/5): Brand new, Good for bussines but not very friendly and for sure not a local experience. - The hotel is new, the odor in every floor makes you feel in a Spa. Good location. The breakfast was ok, I was expecting a more local option. definitely is a good option for bussines and solo travellers. The pool have a fantastic view. The staff looks at you, not as a guest but as an intruder. Like you are paying a very high price for it including the General Manager that is not welcoming nobody. the hotel is not alive and you do not feel welcome. However 3 of the Staff were very nice 2 of them from F&B and 1 of them from reception makes the different. Also, I did not like that the hotel is together to a corporate building and you have to change elevators every time you go to your room.

Das Frühstück und der Frühstücksservice muss besser werden. Das entspricht in keinerleiweise dem sonst weltweiten guten Standard. Vertrocknete tagealte Backwaren. Service unorganisiert - jeder wuselt überall rum. In der Karibik läuft sicherlich vieles anders. Die Entscheidung für Hyatt war aber bewusst und mit einer Erwartungshaltung gewählt.

Las habitaciones no aíslan bien el sonido, se escucha mucho el ruido de otros huéspedes conversando y abriendo y cerrando puertas de otras habitaciones. La habitación que me todo tenía una columna enorme en el centro que hacía incómodo el tránsito en la misma habitación.

- fernando (7/5): Estadía correcta con detalles negativos - En general casi todo correcto, cama cómoda, Solicite una nota de animos para mi hija ( para que se la encontrara en la habitacion ya que tenia una prueba muy importante para nosotros al dia siguiente), y, despues de que me confirmaran que si la tendrian puesta por mensaje de correo, al entrar a la habitacion no encontre nada y me desilusione muchisimo, no pude sorprender a mi hija ya que entrabamos a la misma vez y no podia hacerle yo mismo una nota (ya no seria sorpresa) y por el precio por noche pense que ese detalle lo tenia asegurado al ser simple. No me gusto el te de manzanilla, me querían cobrar 5 dolares por una bolsita de te twinings que sale a centavo( básicamente no sabía ni olía a manzanilla), en la mañana pedí que fuera de sobre doble y tampoco tenía olor ni sabor, por suerte haciendo check out nos lo eliminaron de la cuenta( buen detalle), la ducha difícil de usar... se ponía muy caliente o muy fría sin intermedios, tambien nos pusieron una alfombrilla para no resvalar de las que encontramos en el chino de ventosas(no lo vimos muy elegante en ese sentido), se fue la luz en 3 ocasiones ( pensábamos que estarían mejor preparados para los apagones de santodomingo) el personal muy amable y atento, el hotel bien ubicado aunque nos huniera gustado más plantas en la zona de la piscina, se notaba un ambiente muy frío y serio. En general precio caro para algo tan standar.

- David (2/5): INDIGNE d'un hôtel de ce niveau - le personnel extraordinaire, attentionné, souriant mention spéciale pour Sausa aux repas ! On vient dans un hôtel pour dormir cependant l'insonorisation est telle qu'il en était impossible même après avoir demandé un changement de chambre et ce la nuit bruit de la rue et le matin à partir de 06h30 bruit je pense de la salle de sport. RIEN n'est clair ni dans booking ni auprès de l'hôtel opacité totale pour le montant et les moyens de paiement il a fallu à un ami de se porter caution en aucun moment il en est précisé clairement sur booking et dans l'hôtel de plus les taxes sont fixées en pourcentage du prix de la chambre donc fluctuantes en fonction de ce que vous avez négocié. L'accueil plus que froid au niveau de l'enregistrement ainsi que l'intransigeance au comptoir ont été insupportable ! Ce n'est pas normal de demander une telle somme pour la caution y compris quand on paye sa chambre à son arrivée ce que j'ai en plus du faire ! D'ailleurs ils n'ont pas pu restituer la caution au moment du départ à cause d'un problème de terminal de paiement... on imagine les problèmes que cela peu occasionner en matière de sécurité des données bancaires et personnelles sans aucune garantie du coup !
