- Mariska25 (10/5): Heerlijke strandvakantie - Het appartement was ruim en schoon. De bedden zijn comfortabel. Kel Rooms ligt op loopafstand van de stranden en horeca. De host Keli is erg aardig en behulpzaam. We zouden nog een paar dagen naar een andere plaats gaan maar hebben besloten nog wat dagen bij te boeken hier in Ksamil. Alles was oke

- Goran (10/5): - Lep, čist i uredan objekat vlasnici su stvarno dobri ljudi svaki dogovor je moguć, doručak je dobar i ima ga dosta, sve u svemu mi smo zadovoljni bili i lepo se proveli. Svaka preporuka za ovaj objekat. Sve je bilo extra.
- Ozyigit (10/5): - Kel is an amazing host! Even though it wasn’t our check-in time, he warmly welcomed us and even offered us breakfast and coffee. The breakfasts were really delicious. He helped us with everything, the rooms were super clean, and we truly felt at home. Kel’s sister was also so sweet. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

- Alicja (1/5): - Breakfast was really nice and the lady working there was lovely and always making sure we were feeling good. We didn’t get the room we had booked. It was completely different from the pictures. There was no sofa, no table with chairs. In the picture of the room, the balcony had a sea view, but in reality, we had a view of the parking lot and street. What’s more, there was no shower cabin, so every time we took a shower, the whole bathroom got wet and dirty. We contacted the manager to ask if he was sure they had given us the right room. We spoke on the phone, and he wasn’t very nice. He even tried to tell me that he was doing us a favor by giving us a room with a balcony.

Les murs sont mal insonorisés, on entend tout : le bruit des chambres à proximité mais également le bruit de la rue. Le matin, on s'est retrouvées à se doucher à l'eau froide alors que le soir il n'y avait pas de problème.

- Antonello (10/5): - Abbiamo trascorso 8 giorni meravigliosi in uno degli appartamenti: posto strategico, a pochi passi a piedi dalle principali spiagge e locali di Ksamil e a pochi chilometri in auto da Butrint. Camere pulite e profumate, molto luminose e fresche anche se c’é comunque l’aria condizionata in caso di alte temperature. Parcheggio per auto e moto molto grande. Ci hanno deliziato ogni giorno con delle colazioni gustose e sempre diverse. Gentilezza, professionalità, accoglienza e pulizia. Grazie a tutto lo staff! Consigliatissimi!

- Michele (10/5): Dispiace lasciare KelRoom e i suoi gestori - Struttura gestita benissimo. Michele, la sorella e la loro organizzazione sono perfetti. Colazione buonissima. Posizione ottima perché 300 metri fuori dal caos, ma vicino alle spiagge di KSAMIL raggiungibili in 10 minuti a piedi. Tutto positivo

Der Kuchen von Keli seiner Schwester war voll lecker. 😋Unsere Tochter war happy. Wir bedanken uns beim Kelrooms Team Wir waren das erste Mal in Albanien bzw. Ksamil. Leider gibt es keine richtige Promenade am Meer wie z.B in Kroatien. Die Promenade besteht aus Sonnenschirmen und man hat keinen freien Zugang zum Meer. Über die Sauberkeit in der Stadt gibt es Hochs und Tiefs. Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber.

Big and comfortable room. Nice beaches are nearby... I recommend Kel rooms. Good ratio price and quality. We had a fridge, we only missed the freezer, but it wasn't a big deal.

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Ein Fernseher sowie Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. An der Bar bekommt man viele Getränke bis spät in die Nacht. Eine sehr ruhige Lage trotz ca. 10 min zu Fuß in die Innenstadt oder zum Strand. Nichts auszusetzen.
- otto (9/5): Tolle Aufenthalt.Danke Kel Rooms - Ruhige Lage nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß bis Paradise Beach Frühstück war nicht mein Geschmack.Vieleicht von Gewohnheit nur All Inklusive Urlaub auf ein Mall ohne.Getranke sind nicht inklusive auch Kaffee Muss extra zahlen.Und der nette Junge Mann sagte ich gebe euch kostenlos weil ich großzügig bin.Nein danke habe irgendwo alles gekauft und warte von niemand etwas.Also verlassen sie nicht auf Frühstück..Viel zu wenig.. Können sie von Markt käse . Tomaten gurken.alles was sie möchten.So wie so in Restaurant alles ist günstig ist voller Geschmack..
- Sanne (10/5): Fantastisch appartementen complex waar wij een top tijd hebben mogen beleven! - Wat een fantastisch appartementem complex! Het ligt niet in de drukke straten van Ksamil, maar met maximaal 10 minuten lopen sta je in de drukte met vele winkeltjes en restaurants. Wij vonden deze rust erg prettig! In de omgeving zijn verschillende stranden te vinden, let daarbij wel goed op waar je naar toe gaat qua prijs van de bedjes. Ksamil is een leuke plek waarbij er in de omgeving genoeg te doen is en genoeg eetgelegenheden zijn. Vanaf het balkon heb je een prachtig uitzicht over de stad en een groot deel van de bergen/zee, een heus pluspunt als je op het balkon zit. Het appartement had alles wat je nodig had. Een fijn bed, een keuken, een koelkast, een goede badkamer en dus een fijn balkon. Bovendien was alles erg schoon. Het ontbijt wat in de ochtend voor je geserveerd wordt is iedere ochtend anders en erg smaakvol. Je krijgt lokale specialiteiten en het is meer dan genoeg. Alle lof naar de eigenaar! Hij liet ons een echte gast voelen, waar je welkom bent en gezien wordt. Oprechte persoonlijke belangstelling en heeft duidelijk affiniteit met het werk! Wij verbleven hier 5 nachten maar besloten om nog een extra nacht bij te boeken. 2 verschillende mensen in onze naaste omgeving gaan deze zomer ook naar Ksamil, wij hebben Kel Rooms zeker bij hun aanbevolen!

- Marta (7/5): Correcto para un par de noches - La habitación era muy amplia, con nevera y cama grande. También tenía un balcón pequeño con un mini tendedero que podíamos usar para secar la ropa. El desayuno casero y muy bueno; en los dos días no se repitió el tipo de desayuno. Importante mencionar que tiene un párquing enorme para poder estacionar el coche y bajar andando hasta el centro, porque allí es imposible conducir. El baño no tiene separación para la ducha y se moja todo. Pero se seca bastante rápido. En la habitación había televisión, pero esta no funcionaba, puesto que no tenía cable de antena y tampoco era smart tv.

We will return to Kelis to explore the beautiful Albania more.☺️ - All staff at Kel’s room was very hospitable and attentive to all needs with taxi, trips and all questions about the surroundings. We arrived at the hotel 2 at the morning but Mikelo was helpful even in these hours. The breakfast was lovely containing Albanian cuisine, organic and seasonable fruit from the nearby organic farm and home baked goodies. Our room was comfy and the bed was good! We loved our stay in Kel’s and definitely will return. The best experience in our Balkan tour. Property was nearby the Ksamil shore, but far enough to have peaceful sleep. We travelled as a family and all loved the surroundings.

- Julien (9/5): - L’accueil est chaleureuse, super petit déjeuner différent des deux matinées où nous sommes restés. Nous avons même pu faire une machine à laver. Très accueillant et à l’écoute. L’endroit est bien situé et loin du bruit festif, à 500 mètres de la plupart de toutes les plages.

Très bien situé, près de tous les services, il est cependant au calme. Une vue imprenable de la mer et la montagne depuis le lit, un beau balcon et surtout les propriétaires incroyablement gentils et à l'écoute des voyageurs, sans parler du petit déjeuner gargantuesque et délicieux, servi avec une grande gentillesse. - holger (6/5): für Gäste, die den ganzen Tag unterwegs sind und keinen Luxus erwarten,ist die Unterkunft in Ordnung - Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab einen kleinen Garten mit Bananenstauden und Bar. Ideal um beim Frühstück draußen zu sitzen. Das Zimmer war groß, aber einfach eingerichtet, teilweise (Tisch, Stühle) sehr abgewohnt. Da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, hat es nur zum Schlafen völlig ausgereicht. Wir wussten, dass wir kein Sternehotel gebucht haben. Von daher war es O.K. Witzig war auch der Fernseher, der in einer Ecke hing. Sah aus wie ein alter Computer-Monitor. War bei der Größe und Entfernung sicherlich nicht viel darauf zu erkennen. Wir haben ihn aber nicht benutzt. Das fettgebackene Frühstück war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Ωστόσο το δυνατό του σημείο δεν είναι άλλο από τον οικοδεσπότη. Φιλικός, πρόσχαρος, ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός και επιπλέον μιλάει πολύ καλά Ελληνικά. Αν τύχει και ξαναβρεθούμε στο Ksamil, σίγουρα εδώ θα κλείσουμε δωμάτιο. Τίποτα, ήταν όλα άψογα.

The view from the apartment was so nice as well

- PHILIPPE (8/5): - Au niveau prix Kel Roms est parmi les imbattables dans la région de Ksamil -Butrint Mais ne vous attendez pas à un 5 étoiles….!! Le propriétaire est très aimable Il nous a donné une chambre au rez plutôt qu’au 3 eme étage vu mon handicap Il a aussi gentiment aidé pour les bagages Grande chambre aux murs nus 1 lit double et un lit simple tous deux de type standard , matelas assez mou et oreillers trop volumineux . Environs assez calme Parking privé contre l’immeuble Petite salle de bains avec une douche typique albanaise c’est à dire que si vous l’employez, vous inondez toute la salle de bains. Dommage pour le suivant !! Petit déjeuner assez complet Literie et équipement chambre « cheap » Douche « albanaise » qui inonde la salle de bains Kel Roms surtout pour des jeunes , pas réellement pour des personnes d’un certain âge qui recherchent plus de confort

Quarto confortável, café fa manhã gostoso, 15 minutos a pé da praia, ótimo para ir para butrint.
