• Jude Unegbu (1/5): Fraud, Fraud and Corruption with fake management - Never checked in at all and I do want my refund asap pls They left me outside the door for over 3 hrs in the cold after I arrived from Heathrow while the girl I spoke with already told me it’s ok to pay the extra $300 they were requesting after I arrived. I had credit card issue after the made me scan my ID and address with bank info, .Ten mins later when I left Heathrow and my bank called me whether I authorized $10,500 dollars , I said no ! And the back blocked my account. I told the apartment manager that I will sort it out when I check in and charge my phone . So, was it a co-incident that after I surrendered my bank information and scanned my ID 🆔 and few mins later, a fraud of $10,500 was submitted to my account 🤷‍♂️? It was a fake property marked on the outside “FOR SALE” in the worst neighborhood of Battersea London

The studio was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed — including access to washing and drying facilities, which made it perfect for a longer visit. Check-in was easy, and the host was quick to respond to any questions. The location is great for exploring London, with shops, cafés, and transport links nearby. It’s a lively area, but I appreciated being so central, and earplugs made it easy to sleep. The space is exactly as shown in the photos — compact but very well designed. Overall, an excellent stay and great value for money.

Location terrible....noisy, mucky, racket of hooligans outside yelling, swearing, being sick etc until after 4 in the morning. Dogs howling, motor bikes roaring, I could go on........ I did not like the fact that the only form of air con was a BROKEN fan!!!!!! It was opressive, stifling and impossibke to sleep. If the outside had not sounded so potentially dangerous, thugs wanting to fight, I would rather have walked the streets.

Located on very busy intersection and restaurants below that produce noise early and late.

• Elaine (5/5): Very, very noisy all night shop opposite and street market that starts at 4:30am. No lift. - It was clean and reasonably comfortable. No lift and a damage deposit was required, which was not stated in a transparent way. The property is opposite a bar and shop where people are sitting outside making a lot of noise until midnight. On Saturday morning a street market starts setting up at 4:30 am which made it impossible to sleep. Ineffective, cheap blinds.
• Khushboo (5/5): A small apartment. Ideal for one person only. Photos are a bit deceptive. - Battersea Park is 10-15 mins walk away. The fact that it has not been stated anywhere in the description that the underground connectivity is not very convenient. One has to either walk for 30 mins to Battersea Power Station or walk 10 mins to Clapham junction and switch from overground to underground at waterloo. So anyone who's looking for logistics convenience shall be wary. Also, during the booking, it was not stated clearly regarding any mandate for the security deposit. Either 35 GBP non-refundable, or, 500 GBP refundable deposit has to be made before check-in.
• Julieta (7/5): Nice place to stay for a couple of days - Modern feel, easy check-in, very clean upon arrival, quick host response. Very small room. The fact that there was no cleaning service nor toiletries or towel replacement during my 2-week stay. I asked for toilet paper, since there was just one when I checked in, but they didn’t provide more.
• Dautorio (3/5): Would NOT recommend this place - I’m grateful for Joy who was very responsive to me We were off to a bad start when not only is check in at 4pm rude on a good day but after having to scout my key from a different location to the apartment the code I had for the shopkeeper didn’t work so I don’t walk into that room until after 4:30pm. After getting a different code for a different room this is where it all went wrong. The room was ALOT smaller to the one in the picture I booked and then when I went to have a shower the next money, the hot water box would trip out the whole room. After a lot of backwards and forwards and un tripping the meter box - I was left with an ice cold shower and rage. I was only in London for 3 nights and jam packed with trying to see all my friends (the reason for visiting, not playing handyman). Luckily they put me in another room with hot water- which looked like the original room I booked. Anyways I spent way more time trying to sort the hot water out and moving rooms add extra late check in. It left a bad taste in my mouth
