• Christian (7/5): Echt schönes Aufenthalt in Gmunden, danke! - Location war super, kurze Spaziergang bis ins Gmunden zentrum. Gastgeber war sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit! Bett war bequem. Sehr ruhig! Blick aus dem Fenster war toll...Trauenfluss & viel grun! 'Quirky' vibe in der Wohnung! Treppen bis in der Wohnung waren ziemlich steil &, vor allem für unsere Hundin, schwierig zu steigen. Die viele kleine Bilder waren gut, aber Riesen Bild auf der Wand hat mir gar nicht gefallen...sorry! Mini Kuhlschrank war leider zu mini!
• Mayerhofer (1/5): - Nichts Modriger Rauchiger Gestank einfach ekelhaft. Wir sind nicht eingecheckt sondern heimgefahren . Betreiber war nicht erreichbar selbst booking mitarbeiter konnte ihn nicht erreichen.
• Eric (7/5): solide, aber zu teuer - Die ruhige Lage an der Traun ist sehr schön. Man hat einen schönen Blick aufs Wasser. Der Check-In war unkompliziert (Haus ist nicht abgesperrt, man kann einfach rein gehen) Fahrräder wären im Preis inbegriffen, wenn man welche nutzen möchte. Für die Haustür gibt es leider keinen Schlüssel, diese ist quasi die ganze Zeit offen, das einzige absperrbare ist die Apartment-Tür, aber leider auch mehr schlecht als recht (klappert und knallt bei jedem Windstoß im Haus) Das Bett war sehr weich, das ist natürlich Ansichtssache. An und für sich eine solide Unterkunft, aber für das gebotene, meiner Meinung nach viel zu teuer. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis passt hier leider nicht.
• Kazuo (5/5): 給湯器が..... - キッチンが有り、スパゲッティ、コーヒー、トマト缶、数種類のフープ、調味料🫙、皿やコーヒーカップを置いていてくれていたので夕食はスパゲッティを作りました。 ホストが給湯器をつけ忘れていた為、夜はシャワーを浴びる事が出来ませんでした。ちゃんとシャワーが浴びれてたらもう少し満足感が増したかも知れません。

• Hansraj (10/5): Perfect place to relax at Gmunden on Budget - The room was very comfortable, especially the sofa. The room had a window facing east, so it always had good natural light. The apartment is just along the lake, so the window opens up to the lake. You can sit on the window and enjoy the morning sun. The host also owns a bike shop, and he suggested places to visit on a bike and hikes to go. His recommendations really helped me enjoy the town. Since the location was different from the address on Booking.com due to a technical mapping issue, the host was willing to pick me up from the station. It's such a nice gesture. Overall, I really had a good time here, and I'll be willing to book this place again if I travel to Gmunden. Nothing

The room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. What we appreciated the most was how peaceful and quiet it was, which made our отдых especially relaxing. The location by the river added a beautiful and calming atmosphere. We are extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and tranquility.

• Ilona (10/5): Byli jsme spokojeni. Rádi se vrátíme. - Skvěle umístěné ubytování. Ticho, teplo. Jednoduchá, ale funkční kuchyně. Pohodlné postele. Do centra k radnici po cyklostezce pár minut chůze. Parkování hned vedle. Výhodná základna na výlety po okolí. Pozor na příkré schody.

• Nengning (10/5): wir konnten uns gut erhollen nach der Reise, frisches Luft, ruhige Lage - Es ist eine rustikale umgebaute Mühle in wunderschöner Lage auf dem Ufer vom Fluss, sehr beruhigend aus dem Fenster das Wasser zu betrachten. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Schöne Spaziergänge beim Fluss. Parken direkt beim Haus. Nur paar Stufen zum Apartment zu steigen.

• Heidemarie (10/5): - Ein kleines ,aber sehr feines Studio .Liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet in einem historischen Bau - einer ehemaligen Mühle! Umgeben von Natur und doch nur 10 Gehminuten entlang der Traun ins Zentrum der Keramikstadt Gmunden. Menschen die das Aussergewöhnliche zu schätzen wissen,sind hier am richtigen Platz. Da finde ich gar nix....

• Baranellopolska (9/5): - Bardzo pomocny gospodarz, w mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzeba do samodzielnego spędzania czasu (kuchnia, ekspres do kawy itd). Wyposażenie kompletne, chociaż trochę z poprzedniej epoki. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum! Pamiętająca lepsze czasy wykładzina.
• Eric (9/5): Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! - Der Vermieter war selbst spät abends erreichbar, um uns sicher zur Unterkunft zu führen, da uns das Navi mit dem Auto falsch navigiert hat. (Aufrgrund dessen, dass Google nicht auf Privatgelände navigiert - also nichts was er beeinflussen könnte) Er hat uns dann zum privaten Parkplatz gebracht - das war sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Er hat uns in das Appartment geführt und uns alles gezeigt was wir wissen müssen + noch einige Tipps wie man am besten ein gutes Frühstück in der Nähe bekommt und das ganz ohne Autostress :) Daher kam ich nur sagen, danke für die Herberge und die tolle Hilfe. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Fön & Handtücher waren ebenfalls bereitgestellt.

• Elena (9/5): Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und wünschen Ihnen das Gleiche. - Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Der Besitzer hat uns personlich getroffen, uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Wohnung ist sauber, das Bett ist sehr bequem. es war warm, wir haben bei offenem Fenster geschlafen. Das Angebot desBesitzer haben wir gerne genutzt, wir haben eine Radtour um den See gemacht.

• Ivan (10/5): - Vrlo mirno mjesto uz rijeku, odmor za dušu i tijelo. Domaćin vrlo susretljiv i ljubazan. Dobili smo gratis bicikle tijekom cijelog boravka. Smještaj u zgradi starog mlina ima svoje čari. :)

• Marcel (7/5): Prima plek, een paar aandachtspunten - De kamergrootte, de relaxte eigenaar, de tuin, de korte afstand naar het centrum. Ik had graag m'n eigen afwas ook afgedroogd. Ik denk dat de eigenaar een keukenhanddoek en -theedoek was vergeten. Koken op één kookplaat is een uitdaging, lukte me wel. Maar als je hier langer verblijft... De ramen zijn klein. OK, maar dan zou een lamp in de keuken en boven de eettafel wel prettig zijn. Nu is er alleen een plafonnière.
• Vítězslav (5/5): Je mi líto, ale nedoporučil bych. Sem už nikdy. - Příjemnou 10 minutovou procházkou po cyklostezce do centra města. Kuchyně v apartmánu v přízemí dobře vybavena. Na Bookingu avizované bezplatné zapůjčení kol k pobytu pro nekomunikaci ze strany majitele neproběhlo, tím nám náš pobyt a plánovaný sobotní výlet opravdu dokonale pokazil - zvláště, když je i majitelem půjčovny kol v centru města. Apartmán v přízemí a v něm opravdu retro koupelna. Vchod do koupelny se shrnovacími a nijak těsnícími dveřmi přes ložnici ??? Manželská postel a povlečení bylo cítit "zatuchlinou". Rozkládací gauč jako třetí lůžko je nepohodlný a nevhodný. V lokalitě velké množství komárů, pokud budete větrat, tak se na to připravte.

• Lea (4/5): The apartment on the ground floor looks invested and equipped. The studio really isn't! - The host was waiting for us outside to show us where to park. He explained to us how to get to the city center on a beautiful path along the river and in a short time. The studio did not meet our expectations at all: a set of narrow and steep wooden stairs to the second floor. The refrigerator worked only partially. The TV did not work properly, the towels provided were poor. A small stove and a cupboard in which a used towel was found thrown.

It is accommodation in an old mill, spacious room, river view, ten minutes walk to town, close by bike. The room is comfortable with an equipped kitchen, good bed. Large terrace for sitting over the river Parking right at the entrance. The accommodation is definitely not three-star with 8.0. The room is comfortable with an equipped kitchen, but the access is shabby. The bathroom is separate, but outside the room on a cold staircase. It was very cold in the bathroom, my wife could not use it, there was no heating at all. The room was heated on the first night, but not on the second night, it was cold in the room without the possibility of additional heating. Perhaps only a technical error made our stay unpleasant, but the electricity went out at ten o'clock on the second night and did not start until the next morning. It was unpleasant, although perhaps the host was not to blame.

The location is hard to find, GPS sended us to a walking path... Best to call the host to get the right instructions on time.

• Vitaliybe (9/5): Exceeded expectations - Great location in the calm, next to the river and with a nice view, just 5min walk to city centre. Perfect for a relaxing stay and if you want to stay active - jog, cycle. Well-equipped kitchen and spacious room. Free e-bike rental is a great add-on to discover the area. The bathroom is outside your room, like 2 meters away and there's no other guests/rooms so you still have all the privacy. Wasn't a problem for me, but maybe some people may find it odd (clean shower and good water pressure though). The room is on a first floor, a few steep wooden stairs to reach it.

There is a small cichinetteThe and a table in the room if yo want to prepare coffe or something to eat. The property offers bycicle for free and will in the future have also SUP for their guests. The house is actually an old mill reconditioned. It's very close to the river and forest. You need to walk around 10 min through the forest (on a paved and very nice alley) to go to the City Center if you don't want to ride the bycicle.
