• Elena (5/5): - Posizione a due passi dalla fermata Re di Roma in un quartiere ottimo di Roma. Check-in comodo e staff disponibile e premuroso. Ho trovato diversi agglomerati non so se di polvere o peli anche nel letto e nel corridoio. Il sapone e il bagnoschiuma in un dispenser dove c’era più acqua che sapone infatti ho fatto la doccia ma mi sembrava di non averla fatta. Odore strano in stanza.

La stanza non è come appare in foto, un po’ vecchia e non curata; il bagno privato si trova all’esterno della stanza, infondo al corridoio, non è per niente comodo. Le lenzuola erano stropicciate e sembravano sporche e la stanza aveva uno strano odore. Letto passabile, cuscini molto scomodi. Le stanza non sono insonorizzate sentivamo il caos dei vicini già dalle 5:30 del mattino. La porta della stanza non si chiudeva bene e restava uno spiraglio di luce proveniente dal corridoio; mentre le luci della stanza sono di bassa qualità, quasi inutili.

• Polistena (3/5): Considerazioni - Posizione. Apertura porte con smartphone. Locale ben riscaldato. Gradevole il fabbricato d'epoca. Igiene e arredamento. Presenza di oggetto dismesso e polveroso posto nell'armadio. Ante armadio che non si chiudono, tende annodate e inutilizzabili. Bagno troppo piccolo e privo di porta asciugamani. Mancanza di frigo bar e di una sedia in più.
• Daniela (6/5): - It is at a great location, near the metro. The bed was quite uncomfortable, quite bulging. When we lay down on both sides, we would come together in the middle without even wanting to. Another minus is that we found earwigs around the bed in the room, which we had to kill. Otherwise it was clean and tidy, but the things I described above were not particularly pleasant for our stay.

• Mausumi (4/5): - The Roma termini stay pathetic. The bed was broken even the bedsheets was dirty, tored and we compelled to sleep in the floor. Toilet commode is broken which is very very uncomfortable to even sit. The kitchen facilities were very poor. The sink is getting blocked. We even can't use it for utensils. No hot water in kitchen which makes it difficult to use in winter. Bathroom shower place has no door which makes all the water coming out and while toilet getting full of water. Bathroom door lock was not working and affecting the privacy of a person. The basin tap is in such position that when you open it the water throwing out if the basin. There is no minimum supplies in the kitchen to use. Utensils are all burnt and very heavy, not comfortable to hold and cook.

Можно заселиться в люьое время суток Перед заездом вас просят заплатить еще где то 26 евро за 2 дня, по мимо этого нужно ввести на левый сторонний сайт все свои пасспортные данные, свою фотографию с пасспортом и все данные своего счёта, об этом всём заранее не предупреждают, это супер странно и выглядет как скам, просто ужас короче. Это не та та комната которая показанна на фотографии, это комната меньше и без растений.

• Мария (1/5): Не рекомендую, общение с владельцем ужасное, обманули и деньги не вернули - Мы заранее уточнили у владельца, можно ли приехать раньше 13:00, так как прилетали в Рим в 2 часа ночи. Нам подтвердили, что можно будет хотя бы оставить вещи. Апартаменты были полностью оплачены заранее, включая все налоги, указанные на Booking. Мы приехали по адресу в 10 утра, и нас заставили заполнять длинную форму с личными данными: паспортные номера, национальность, фото паспорта, фото с паспортом, а также полные данные банковской карты. После этого нам сообщили, что мы должны дополнительно заплатить ещё какие-то налоги, о которых нигде не было упоминания. Далее нам предложили оставить вещи в общем коридоре, где находятся двери в разные комнаты с другими незнакомыми людьми. Это абсолютно небезопасно — чемоданы могут забрать кто угодно, и персонал даже не несёт ответственность. Мы написали владельцу, что такой вариант нам не подходит, так как мы рассчитывали на обещанное раннее размещение или хотя бы нормальное безопасное хранение багажа. В итоге получили крайне неприятный опыт: непрозрачные дополнительные платежи, странные требования и полное отсутствие безопасных условий. Деньги (даже часть) не вернули.

• Dario (7/5): - L'appartamento si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione della metro Re di Roma. La zona è servita da bar, un supermercato e c'è un forno dall'altra parte della strada. La camera è spaziosa, con armadio e scrivania, è possibile utilizzare un forno a microonde oppure un kettle per riscaldare l'acqua. Ottimo l'utilizzo delle chiavi elettroniche sul cellulare per aprire i vari ingressi, del palazzo, appartamento e camera. La mia camera non aveva il bagno interno ma esterno alla fine del corridoio ad esclusivo uso personale poiché fornita di chiave.
• Carolina (7/5): Consigliato se non si hanno troppe aspettative - La posizione è ottima, a 7 minuti a piedi da Re di Roma (prima metro vicina). La struttura si presenta al quinto piano di un condominio. Tutto sommato, ho trovato la struttura pulita e la camera era dotata di microonde e phon. Prezzo vantaggioso rispetto ai competitor. Personale disponibile al momento del check in via Whatsapp. Doccia con quantità di acqua calda limitata (nel mio caso, non è durata più di 5 minuti). Lavandino tappato, per cui l’acqua non scorreva. Insomma, per 1 notte accettabile, di più, no.

• Giovanni (1/5): SCONSIGLIATISSIMO, NEGATIVISSIMO - NULLA SCONSIGLIATISSIMO. Ho avuto la spiacevole sorpresa che il bagno era fuori la camera e sulla descrizione questo non era specificato. Biancheria da bagno con sgradevole odore. Porte delle camere fatiscenti Il bagno è stato praticamente quasi impraticabile, lavandino e doccia otturati... l'acqua non scorreva se non molto ma molto lentamente. Contatto l'host (che parla solo tramite whatsapp) e non si degna neanche di fare una telefonata quanto meno per scusarsi del disagio. In pratica, è il classico affittacamere che pensa solo a fare soldi fittando una topaia. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.

But be aware, the bathroom is outside the room, so it is not comfortable. Host was nice and available at every opportunity on WhatsApp. Plus Netflix - additional benefit. Very good internet. The only one thin that was unacceptable- stuck/jammed bathroom. I asked the host to manage this, but he didn’t do anything. This was very disappointing.

• SALMA (10/5): - The room was big, very accessible, and on a main street. It was a vintage style, cosy, clean, and comfortable. Also, a few minutes away from the bus station and the metro station. The host was very responsive, and helpful. I recommend this place to stay in rome.

• Adam (7/5): Pro nenáročné rodiny až na drobné nedostatky ideál - dobrá lokalita - Lokace ubytování, širší centrum města hned u autobusu ke Koloseu a na metro do Vatikánu necelých 10 minut. Velikost pokojů. Klimatizace. Jednoduchá komunikace s majitelem. Bidet. Piano bylo příjemné zpestření pro děti. Spousta obchodů se základními potravinami v dochozí vzdálenosti. Design. Velká televize s Netflixem Rozkládací gauč - po rozložení je značně proleželý. Při změny polohy ležení se sklápěl. Koupelna, ač zmiňuji bidet jako plus, tak dost zmenšuje její prostor pro pohyb v ní. Sprše chyběla jedna dvířka, majitel vyřešil zatahovacím závěsem. Ve sprše polička je trochu uvolněná. Chyběla mikrovlnka ač je na fotografiích uváděna. Online checkin při větším počtu osob zdlouhavý - navíc to chce fotku všech ubytovaných společně s dokladem totožnosti - asi státní nařízení. Mám smíšené pocity z digitálního klíče. Pro někoho asi spíše plus, za sebe ale nakonec hodnotím jako mínus - klíče se dostávají po online chekinu pomocí whatsapp, pokud se ale vybije telefon, jste v koncích (naštěstí se nám nestalo).

Я була дуже вражена ліфтом він прекрасний і також не забуду зазначити про ключі це дуже зручно коли ти маєш їх в телефоні всім рекомендую за таку ціну це дуже хороший номер 🤗😊 Сподобалося все тільки хотіла б зауважити що було б дуже приємно якби у номері була кава або якийсь чай щоб можна було випити для тих хто ночує лише на одну або дві ночі

• Kamila (8/5): Miły pobyt w Rzymie - Bardzo fajnie wyposażony pokój. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Po przyjeździe okazało się że jest awaria wody, dowiedziałam się o tym dopiero jak byłam pod prysznicem, a właściciel mimo że wiedział o problemie nie poinformował nas wcześniej.

• Tural (1/5): The host is very incorrect person and he has no responsibility and respect to others!!! - We arrived in Rome at 17:00. After less than hour we were at this place, which we did reservation before. But our host did not confirmed our reservation. I write him, call him million times but he didn’t answer. After all at 23:30 he answered to my messages and confirmed our reservation and after that we can get in!!! It was terrible !!! We wait almost 6 hours outside with our luggages in 37 degrees weather!!!! He just tell me he had problem with his phone or something! We were very very angry and tired ! Please give him punishment! I wrote to the booking also!

• Hannah (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment in a great location. Close to shops, cafés and public transport and the local attractions. The host was friendly and very helpful.
• Cristina (7/5): Good short stay - The room was quiet, with an internal view. In the room there is a tea maker. The location is close to metro and good restaurants nearby. Check in at 12.00. The towels are old, there are not personal toiletries, a bottle of hand soap and one for body wash, there is a microwave but no dishes, the cups for tea had spots, not well cleaned. The check in is by vkey, convenient but not safety.
• Tamira (8/5): Spacious and well located apartment needing some more love. (some improvements would make it great!) - The apartment was really spacious, equipped with all basics and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave prompt instructions to open the doors and answered all our questions. And the very kind cleaning lady helped us when we faced an annoying problem with the washing machine. Also good location! Several things in the apartment need repair. The rain shower and it's digital display are our of order, the shower door was absent (replaced by a curtain, that worked well but was not so comfortable) and there was no toilet lid, which made flushing quite splashy. In the bedroom the shade didn't close completely, which didn't bother us much but could be a problem for people that need complete darkness to sleep. What was really annoying was the washing machine that didn't work properly. When we tried to wash clothes it got stuck in a program for the whole night and in the end it didn't drain the water. We were lucky to meet the cleaning lady by chance the following morning. After we explained the situation, she kindly offered to put our clothes to dry for us in the very modern drier she was using at other rooms. But this was only after a sleepless night, and after we had tried rinsing and wringing the clothes by hand. Lastly (just a note): even if there is a lift in the accommodation, it's quite narrow, and so is the bathroom door, which alongside the step to enter the shower might be considerable obstacles for someone with mobility issues.

• Igor (2/5): High price for low quality. Very dissapointed - Location is very good. Nearby is garage, gas station, grocery store bus station and metro. Also building by itself is very nice with old elevator. Many things should improve. Pillows are old and need to be replaceed. Toilet seat is broken. Kitchen is not eqiuped at all. There are missing knife for cutting, glasses, cuting board… The extra bed was not prepared even though we booked apartman for 4 person. Finally, we did not have warm water for shower.

• Amelia (9/5): Nice - A really nice bedroom with free Netflix and good air conditioner- after a whole day of hotness it was a blessing. Also we could surely leave our luggages. This small terraces has a special place in my heart. We heard a 24/7 something from our toilet?? Like the water was curculing in the toilet.

• Daniel (10/5): Everything was great, will come back next trip! - Great location, few steps and you’re in Saint Giovani metro station. Room was clean and check in process was simple. Also we didn’t manage to meet personally since our morning till night walk routine and forgot about tourists tax! Owner was really calm about this situation and us we can send it later! Small room, but that was expected. You shouldn’t waste time in Rome lying down in the bed.

• Мерекина (9/5): Soft and cool solo italian vacation - The room is clean and very convenient. The view from the window is lovely. Like the vintage furniture and the vibe. I had problems with unlocking the room in the beginning, but in the end everything was solved.
• Mario (4/5): Disappointing - Location is OK. Door unlocks via mobile app. Based on the description there is a "Private bathroom". But there is shared bathroom instead which is not private from my perspective. I can imagine a small table with chairs in the room.

Convenient public transport and easy to reach. Quiet location is facing the room. There is no breakfast included in the price. The elevator was not working, but this could be a temporary problem. No fridge in the room. No glasses or plates.

• Natasa (7/5): Good - The owner is very kind and always available. The apartment was spacious and we had everything we needed. The price is great considering that we stayed for New Year's Eve. It was very noisy, you can hear everything inside, even though the window is closed, it feels like you are on the street. The bed was not so comfortable and there is no place to sit for 4 people because there is only one two-seater in the living room.
• Michael (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment was nice - piano was great. It was clean. The check-in process was annoying - outsourced to Vikey and I received far too many emails. Also, the access to the apartment was digital - it malfunctioned on our arrival (Christmas day) and then there was a whole snafu about the main lock to the door. The owner was responsive and helpful - but the check in process could be improved. The shower also leaked and made a mess in the bathroom.

• José (6/5): Convenient apartment located in a cozy area - Since the accomodations in the center are getting very expensive (and Termini area is getting less and less safe during the night) we decided to stay in this place in Appio Latino. The area is still very well connected with the center (a walk of 5 minutes is needed to the metro station) and there's some nice places around for having a nice Italian breakfast. The smell of the apartment itself is odd, like a cheap cleaning product. Our room had the bathroom in a different room, not connected with our bedroom, this was a bit inconvenient (not sure if it was commented in the booking)

Checking in and getting inside the building, apartment and room works completely with an online platform, so he constantly made sure we could manage to have a smooth stay. The room and bathroom were very clean, perfect size. The room had A/C, which for Rome is a must. Good WiFi. If you run out of battery or have issues with internet, you can't get inside. You had to take your phone to the bathroom (which was outside our room), to be able to enter your room afterwards.
