Guest Reviews
- David (10/5): Cozy, convinient and delightful. We wish we lived here. - Perfectly located in town, a short stroll to shops and food options. 7 minutes drive to be parked at the base of the bluffs at Mt Arapiles.
Beautifully styled and cozy, great little design accents, comfy bed and pillows. The kitchen is really well set up with quality appliances, cookware and utensils.
There were outdoor magazines for us to read through in the lounge and a bouldering mat under the bed. Climbers will be excited to learn about the legendary locals who were involved in the renovation of the club house. Staying at Arapiles Club House adds +2 to your trad leading grades and gives you the best chance of beating the crowds to your favorite multipitch. That we had to leave.
- Chris (8/5): A cosy, comfortable and individual historical accommodation. - A quaint historical building, updated for modern tastes. All requisite facilities were present. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was very good, and sitting room was also good. The solid stone walls kept the building a comfortable temperature, requiring minimal additional heating for cool night. The air conditioner worked well. The sitting room was well equipped with crockery and cutlery. The bedroom being old is very tight, with minimal space for bags and no hanging space. Not a major problem for most stays, so long as you are prepared. It appeared there was no TV, until I experimented with device and found it projected onto the wall. Then quite good, though somewhat difficult to navigate. A little guiding information would be useful.
- Rob (9/5): Small compact and everything you need - Cute and clean ..had everything needed to be comfortable...Full kitchen was handy .Close to all facilities in Natimuk and close to Mount Arapiles especially if you enjoy climbing
Contact from owners was excellent.. would stay here again Definitely only for a couple as it was small...but in someway it had a charm...Just had an issue where to put suitcases....in such a space
- Mark (10/5): Great place to stay while climbing at Araps. - We stayed three nights at this excellent property. It was clean, well equipped, and tastefully decorated.
- Gail (10/5): Fantastic Location, Beautiful Decor - Fantastic location, stayed for the Arapiles Cycling Event and to see local sites.
