• MErne (10/5): - Eine wunderbare kleine aber sehr ruhige Wohnung im Herzen der Sehenswürdigkeiten. Alles ist zu Fuss in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist wirklich gemütlich, sehr gut eingerichtet um auch länger zu bleiben, sicher und dabei so ruhig als wäre man auf dem Land.
• Giacomo (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno con culla - Proprietaria veramente disponibile ci ha aiutato con le valigie e ci ha lasciato anche dei doni per il giorno di Pasqua. ci ha consigliato anche dei posti tipici dopo poter mangiare. l'appartamento è ben rifinito con tutti gli accessori per essere vissuto, compresa una lavatrice, pentole, piatti, macchina del caffe (con capsule fornite), stoviglie e quant'altro. Ottimo anche il bagno e la doccia. Posizione invidiabile a 150 metri da piazza della repubblica Bello il parquet ovviamente, ma unica nota critica di tutto l'appartamento è che in alcuni punti si era leggermente alzato quindi di notte si dava un po' fastidio a chi già dormiva in camera vista anche la completa apertura degli spazi giorno/notte. L'assenza dell'ascensore potrebbe limitare l'accesso a chi ha difficoltà, ma nell'annuncio era indicato tutto.

• Mark (8/5): A good choice with some issues - Apartment was stylishly laid out and for the most part practical. The bed was good and I liked the way the decoration segregated the space. The bathroom was good - excellent walk in shower. The light on the stairs outside the door did not come on automatically when the door opened - as the lights to the apartment only work when a key is inserted if you switch off the lights as you open the door the hall and the apartment as in complete darkness at night and you cannot see the light switch on the wall 2 metres away. This is a safety hazard as there is a chance of falling down the stairs which are adjacent to the door. Also, the washing machine volume is too small - even a solo traveller can fill a standard size washing machine but the one provided was non standard. The drier was way too loud - a washer drier would have been a better choice.

• Arabela (8/5): Minunat! - A fost o locatie ideala pentru zilele petrecute in Florenta, aproape de toate punctele principale pe care ne-am dorit sa le vizitam. Am vizitat Florenta iarna, chiar in primele zile ale anului. Gazda a fost foarte prietenoasa si primitoare. Am avut o conexiune tare frumoasa. Locatia dispune de parcarea aproape de apartament, ceea ce este un avantaj oarecum daca ajungi cu masine, dar pe care o platesti separat. Singura problema a fost sursa de curent care ne-a dat batai de cap si se tot intrerupea curentul, sarea siguranta de la tablou. Gazda a fost foarte ok pentru ca a incercat sa rezolve problema si a fost prezenta de fiecare data cand am solicitat-o.

• ELIZABETH (10/5): Excelente experiencia - Buena ubicación, limpio, moderno, amplio, buena atención y disposición de la arrendataria, buenas instalaciones, contaba con todo lo necesario para alojar cómodamente, era fantástico como se acomodó el espacio para que te sintieras en ambientes distintos, decorado con muy buen gusto La verdad el único problema que tuvimos fue que el agua caliente no alcanzaba para dos duchas continuas, pero el resto, extraordinario

• REMI (9/5): appartement idéal pour visiter Florence ! - l'emplacement était top, en plein centre historique ,on a pu visiter tout à pied . logement très fonctionnel et très calme ! avec une superbe salle de bains et douche à l'italienne. On a vraiment aimé!! et l'hote était à nos petits soins et très sympa. En plus le parking était à 100 m , ce qui n'est pas négligeable et à un prix très correct ( 30 € la journée) et l'hote s'est occupé de la réservation. le manque de vue mais on ne peut pas tout avoir !!
• BRIGITTE (10/5): - . Appartement très bien placé, à 200m du parking, en plein centre ville, près des places les plus importantes a visiter et a 5mn du Duomo, du pont Vecchio.. Appartement très cosi, spacieux, clean, très bien équipé , Chic, décoré avec goût, climatisé, serviettes à disposition. Les hôtes sont très bienveillants. 1 jour avant notre arrivée nous avons reçus une liste de lieux à visiter et de restaurants bien notés et incontournables. Nous avons testés 4 restaurants avec un très bon qualité/prix avec une ambiance très sympa. En Italie il est très difficile de se garer, les parking sont chers et payant à la journée, pas de possibilité de se garer dans la rue.Les propriétaires des parkings parlent très peu l'anglais et pas du tout français. Le propriétaire de l'appartement avait tout organisé et nous y attendait pour nous aider. Il nous a aussi donné un coup de main avec les valises. Les propriétaires sont disponibles à tout moment. Vous pouvez échanger sur whatsapp pour toutes questions. Notre séjour a été fantastique. Tout était parfait.

• Burns (9/5): The best location you'll get - I loved almost everything about the stay. The place was located perfectly and everything was great distance walking wise! The host was wonderful and very nice upon arrival. The only thing that needs help is the bed... it was like sleeping on a rock.

• Carmen (9/5): Great location and worth the money! - Superb nice host and spacious suite with fully equipped utensils, and free nice coffee pods. Host contacted me few days prior to check my transportation, remind me to prepare city tax in cash and also handed the keys to me with an introduction to the suite. Good living experience and the suite location is perfect! It would be nice to have proper chairs instead of kitchen stools. Clothes dryer is running noisy however host did warn us during introduction :)

Andreia was waiting for us in the apartment and explained everything, for checkout we could just leave the keys on the table.
• Angela (10/5): Honeymoon - The apartment was located close to everything and host was very responsive and provided much useful information about Firenze. After having one shower had to wait 15-20mins for water to heat up again. The sail for room divider was a little unusual.

• Urairack (10/5): Exceptional - Highly recommend! Andriea and her sister were exceptional hosts—very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect: clean, comfortable, and charming. The location is excellent, right in the city center and just a 10-minute walk from the main station. Many attractions are within walking distance, and the neighborhood feels safe and quiet at night. none.

• Shun (7/5): The place is as shown on the picture. Maybe some wear and tear. - The location was great. In the middle of city center. There were many shops and restaurants. It is also close to the train station, walking within 15 min. There was a washer that I can use. The host was communicative and gave good recommendations for restaurants. The room was dusty and not cleaned thoroughly. The dryer was loud and does not work properly. The dishwasher was broken even though I did not have to use it.

• Vaske (9/5): Location is magnificent. Host is super friendly, a couple more touch ups and the place is a solid 10 for your stay in F - Location was terrific. The host was super nice and helpful. You can hear every little sound from the folks upstairs and the bed was super uncomfortable. A little bit more cleanliness needed as there was a lot of dust, but I guess you can expect that from old buildings.

• Deseree (10/5): Andreia was a great host and very accommodating! - The property was great for value, cleanliness, and had everything you would need in terms of amenities. We really like the security feature at the main doors and the entry way. Check in was efficient and smooth. The property was aesthetically pleasing. If you are travelling in the colder months two heaters were a great addition. Check out was also easy. Perfect location. Everything was great. Just the bed could have been more comfortable.

Flat was really clean and in a fab location - really central. Bed comfortable. Everything was fab. Upstairs was a loud walking around (sounded like heels on a wooden floor) So take earplugs Would deffo stay again!

• Ido (9/5): Everything we needed to stay in Florence with a baby - Great location. Helpful host, answered quickly by text to any question. The place has everything we needed for a family with a baby. Overall the place was quiet, especially at night. The bed was a little uncomfortable, and there's a limited amount of hot water (but it's okay for regular showers).

• Cassidy (10/5): Fantastic base for Florence - The property was amazing! The apartment is lovely and spacious, clean and with everything you need to cook, do laundry and have a comfortable stay. I’m sure it’s the best located place in the whole of Florence. Nothing is more than 20 minutes walk away, but really most things are within 10. Andreia was a lovely host with a warm welcome and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. I couldn’t recommend this place more.
• Bianca (9/5): Absolute gem! - We had a wonderful stay here. Incredible location, close to all the major sites of Florence, luxury stores and a short bridge crossing to the bars in Piazza Santi Spirito, all whilst being extremely close to the main train station too. Very clean and spacious for a couple. Great having the washing machine too. We loved our stay! We were there over a very hot period. There are two air conditioning units but unfortunately it remains quite warm in the bedroom area even with them turned on at night. I think as a result of the room dividers trapping the warm air. Other than that, we had a perfect stay!
