• Lola (1/5): We didn’t stay. - We didn’t stay. Couldn’t find it. Owner wasn’t helpful at all. Wouldn’t let us in unless we paid. Was more worried about money than helping us find the damn hotel. Wouldn’t tell us where it was. Avoid here at all costs unless you want to be left lugging your bags around for 2 hours whilst waiting for the owner to answer phone calls or messages.
• Giordano (3/5): - L’appartement en lui même est correct en plus d’être bien situé dans mais la salle de bain est une pièce de 4 m2 ou l’on est supposé se doucher sur les toilettes. Note après avoir vue cela je n’ai pas séjourné dans l’etablissement.

• Mustapha (10/5): Bon séjour ! - Conforme à 100% aux photos. La propreté et le confort étaient au rendez-vous. Studio très agréable. Il y a encore des travaux dans l’immeuble d’en face mais ça n’a pas gêné mon sommeil
• Ripley (6/5): Nice hotel, wrong timing with construction - The property is located next to train street which is good, it is a 15 minute walk towards the lake for shopping etc. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, projector also worked well. We were put in the wrong room at first, but that was changed immediately. We didn’t get told or know this and it’s not the property’s fault but they are doing work (guessing building another hotel next door) starting at 7am and they’re drilling into your wall and it’s extremely loud. Other than that it was a nice stay
• Ilona (9/5): I recommend - Central location, spacious, clean room, equipped with everything necessary. The room actually looked no different from the photos. There was a slight smell of damp in the bathroom, which was probably the result of insufficient ventilation.

• Langmayr (9/5): - Schnelle Abwicklung bzgl Check in und gute Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters Zur Zeit ist im Nachbargebäude eine Baustelle. Lärm ab 06:30 der es unmöglich machte zu schlafen Wofür aber der Vermieter nichts kann.

• Vo (1/5): - Tôi thấy cả Booking và khách sạn làm việc thiếu trách nhiệm và không chuyên nghiệp. Tôi đặt phòng trên Booking và được xác nhận đã đặt phòng thành công với số xác nhận phòng. Tuy nhiên tôi bị họ tự hủy phòng của tôi. Đây là lần đầu tiên sau hơn 30 năm sử dụng dịch vụ này và gặp vấn đề này, họ chẳng giải thích lý do vì sao có chuyện vô lý như vậy. Sau đó tôi đặt 1 phòng khác tại khách sạn khác để có chỗ ngủ qua đêm cho chuyến công tác nhưng vẫ tiếp tục xãy ra tình trạng như vậy nhưng không được giải thích gì. Do thường xuyên công tác và sau chuyến bay đêm khá mệt tôi chưa thể khiếu nại ngay và phải tìm nơi ở tạm khu nhà khách của chính phủ. Hôm nay tôi góp ý này lưu ý các bạn hay công tác dùng dịch vụ đặt phòng nên liên hệ trực tiếp khách sạn tin cậy, uy tín để đặt phòng nhằm tránh vỡ kế hoạch và bực bội như tôi đã gặp. Tôi gởi kèm thông tin để các bạn xem cụ thể.
• Gary (10/5): The 6th floor room overlooking Hang Vai is wonderful. - I arrived in the middle of a typhoon and the place I originally booked was flooded. Thanh Ha and Ngọc Diêp both worked to find me suitable place on short notice. I can’t thank them enough. I liked it all

• Sandra (10/5): Modern apartment, great location - The apartment is beautiful, big, with good lighting and a projector with Netflix in it. The building is new and modern and it was very clean. It is equipped with stuff to cook at home in case you feel like it. The staff was really friendly and resourceful. The building is part of a complex, there are families living right next to it, so I could hear children playing and shouting very loudly throgught the afternoon and into the night.
