• Lee Kon (1/5): Don’t ever go in - Nothing. It’s horrible Extremely dirty. Rusted equipments. Dirty kitchen. Host not responding. Booked 5 nights stay. I burned 4 nights. Moved out after the first night there. Feel horrible haunted.

• Danielle (1/5): I will never return to this place and I absolutely DO NOT recommend it to anyone. - I travel to London a few times a year, and this was by far the worst place Ive stayed in, ever. The entrance to the building was dirty , the stair case leading up to the second floor smelled of old carpet. The actual room was not clean enough and the extra single folding bed was absolutely impossible to sleep on. I ended up sleeping 1 night on the floor and then booking a different hotel!!! Ridiculous The customer service did not help me at all. I requested an extra matress that they did not provide. I also was not told that there is a construction sight opposite my window.

El apartamento de 2 hab era grande, camas cómodas y el aseo también para lo que he visto en Londres. Muy bien equipado. Al apartamento le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento básico, pero funcionaba todo perfectamente. Muy mejorable la primera impresión de la fachada del apartamento.
• Carlos (6/5): Pleasant - Location The apartment was clean. Stairway are very tight. Poor acoustic isolation. Its possible to hear the upper neighbour walking, almost as hes inside the accomodation.

• Blockonome (5/5): Everything was good, but host was not helping me fix dripping water from the ceiling. - I liked that I had my own place to stay, this is really all I wanted. There was a leak in the middle of my stay and the host did NOTHING to fix it. He said he was sorry and was going to give me 1 night for free, but that never happened. The leak stopped, as the rain stopped. So I was lucky.

• Birgit (5/5): Zentrale Lage aber KEINE empfehlenswerte Gegend für Frauen - Die Lage war gut, da es sehr zentral war (12 min zu Picadilly Circus) und es war sauber. The area where the apartment is located is definitely NOT recommended for women!!! The apartment is ok for the price, it is clean but has a bit of a funny smell and is very central (only 12 min from Picadilly Circus by bus/train) but the very street is a total ghetto (don't know what else to call it.) We were 3 young women and were followed several times (!) by groups of several foreign men (seemed to me mostly Arab) Every evening as soon as it got dark, we no longer felt safe there as women. One evening we were even followed to the front door by men wearing balaclavas. They were dealing directly from our apartment every evening. We then had to order a cab on the remaining evenings and ask the driver to wait until we were at the door. The area where the apartment is located is definitely NOT recommended for women. The apartment door itself in 2nd floor couldn't even be closed properly. In theory, it would have been easy to open it.

• Simms_wells (7/5): Excellent location / good flat - Excellent location, nice big room with a kitchen with plenty of kitchenware. Nice big bathroom. internet was great too but you need to ask the owner for the password. The shower tap kept dripping and it took a long time for it to stop dripping (wasting water and we could hear it overnight after a late shower). The bathroom door can be closed but the room then becomes quite stuffy. It was hard to adjust the shower temperature (the shower is nice and plentful which is great) and the floor gets wet and there isn't anything to hold on when you come out of the shower (not a problem for us but I would be careful if you are an older person). The kitchenware was a bit mocky so I would recommend to wash the utensils prior to using them. I feel like it was a bit too expensive for the flat but London is an expensive city.
