- Nicolas (7/5): Aceptable, bien, salvo el tema de la ducha. - En general, mas o menos, cumplió con las expectativas. Que avisamos el primer día de desperfectos en la ducha y no lo atendieron, toda la estancia tuvimos que estar recogiendo agua cada vez que nos duchábamos o se usaba el lavabo.
- Guest (1/5): Appartamento Ottimo . Cucina ed utensili un disastro. Comunicazione con i gestori pessima - Tantissime difficoltà a comunicare con la struttura. Ai numeri che mi avevano dato non rispondevevano MAI !!! Inoltr ho dimenticato una cosa , ho scritto , chiamato , fatto chiamare da amici li in zona. NESSUNA RISPOSTA

- Jason (7/5): OK - Value for money. Good location. Pillows were very hard. Bed configuration was incorrect. Linen should have been provided for the two single beds (not queen) as what was in the booking. Manager did not reply to messages. This was frustrating. The problem was not fixed until further messaging the next day. Had to use towels as bed covers . Showers leak on the floor. No bathmats provided. Toilet seat was not attached properly. No tea towels provided. ( Lots of negative comments but overall the property was good to stay at)

- Yuen Ngor (7/5): Conveniently located and well equipped - About 7-8 mins walk from nearest metro station. There were 3 double-bed rooms and 2 toilets, with a spacious sitting room and dining area. Kitchen and laundry facilities were well equipped. Ceiling fans were provided which make the rooms well ventilated. The apartment was on the ground floor facing the street. Windows shouldn't be opened for security, hence we must switch on the air-conditioner and full lights whenever we stay inside. There was once a short electricity failure of unknown reason.
- Sloan (8/5): - Easy entry on ground floor, clean, safe, looks as advertised. Wish there had been extra blanket and pillow to use when in the living area. Stove took a little getting used to, primary bathroom was very small but had everything we needed.
- Ahmed (8/5): Good place for short stays in Madrid - Very modern and well renovated apartment. Good size with 3 bedrooms. Comfortable in general. The discribithion should have been clarified that the entrance of the apartment is through an independent glass door on the street.
