Jennifer (9/5): It was just what we love and again this year we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - We just love how private it is. The view is amazing Well there are steps up so it’s not for everyone but we didn’t mind. The cooking rings don’t really work and there were a few things like no shower gel,extra toilet roll, cleaning fluid but we knew from last year what to expect and we just love the place.

Jennifer (8/5): We loved it despite lacking a few basics. We loved the balcony privacy and views. Nice area. - Balcony.View.Privacy.Location There were some basics missing. Cleaning resources. Not enough towels for 2 weeks. We were ok with steps but not for anyone with physical disabilities

Anastasia (9/5): Superb - We found the place adorable, and the patio furniture was new! So it's perfect that the host upgraded as per previous reviews. Maybe a few tiny things like the absence of better pans and shower gel. Also, insect repellent would be great.
Stephen (7/5): Lovely, small, old fashioned hide away. - Lovely view, convenient location although very residential and need a car. Only 2 or 3 average restaurants in walking distance. Very friendly and helpful host. It's very small - much smaller than we expected. Kitchen is too small to really cook - a bit like a caravan kitchen. No real dining area except outside, which is tricky to carry things out to. Utensils and furnishings very dated and simple. To get to the veranda you need to stoop low through a very small ( or low) window. Need a car to get anywhere, and parking is not always available. It's like a converted attic up on the third floor in the roof of a house, but with private Stairway and door at the side of the house.
Martin (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely fantastic. A unique place and Tom is probably the most interesting and helpful person you'll meet on Mallorca. Lovely little apartment and great sea view across the bay.
