Apt simples sao otimo para minha familia , a cozinha nao tem fogao porem uma geladeira grande , microondas e cafeteira Nas piscina tivemos churrasqueira e podemos curtir muito piscina e uma churrasquinho Infelizmente tivemos um tempo de chuva e a maioria das atrações do resort ficaram fechadas mesmo com o tempo nublado Ainda sim podemos passear e aproveitar o local

- Christina (10/5): Absolutely awesome! - Everything like there is literally nothing that I could say that wasn't great! And I thought it was really cool that I had to bring my service animal and they gave me a dog bag for her that included of flashlight doggy bag thing that I could just clip on to her leash and a ball a couple of chewable things like just some random stuff in there for her and I absolutely adored the fact that they also took care of making sure I could also take care of having fun with my dog too. But we were there as a family for mother's day and I absolutely had a comfortable peaceful and relaxing time.

- Anitra (10/5): We loved it and will return. We actually reserved 4 rooms for Aug for a family vacation - We loved the amenities on property and the room was great! Loved the bathtub and balcony. It was out of your control, but it rained so the water park was closed.

- Maria (9/5): El lugar es cómodo, ideal para una familia de 3 y con muchos comercios cercanos a las villas. - La cama muy cómoda Estaba lleno de polvo porque los filtros del AC estaban sucios cosa que me explicó el gerente Danny. Debí de haber pedido el cambio, pero como no vi la habitación de día y llegué muy cansada del evento de mi hijo hasta en la mañana que ya habíamos descansado. Entendí porque mi hijo estornudaba tanto de su alergia al polvo de los ductos del aire, el techo y los cuadros estaban llenos de polvo.

- Shannon (9/5): Awesome and will be back !! - A lot to do with the family like mini golf swan boat rides when weather permits. 13 pools in total loved the banana cabana had a tipsy parrot drink “amazing”!! The place is all around a good time. I had a short day so the only thing I didn’t like is not having enough time.

- Susan (6/5): The Price was right for one night. The one bedroom suite was spacious, but dated. - The check in was easy and the guy that checked us in was very nice and accommodating. The lobby had a lot going on with restaurants, cafe', valet, ticket desk, information desk, etc. Plenty of people to assist. Check out was easy. Our room doorway was shared with another room next door with very noisy neighbors. It was not great for leaving our dogs in the room to go eat and come back to a rambunctious family. The other thing that was not so great after a long all day drive was the bed. It was hard basically, but I was so tired, I just fell asleep anyway. The restaurant was short on help, although my dinner was very good, they were not able to make a drink that I wanted to order. We won't be staying there again.

I even injured my foot with something in the floor I guess from another guess. 2 of the staff didn't know the answer of what I was asking . They should have more knowledge. I paid for the water park wich it should be included in the stayed

They deducted 50$ from my credit card as insurance when I checked in, but it was never credited back to my card and there was a hidden fee called resort fee after you check out, all this in addition to the money paid for your stay.

I didn’t like that we had to pay extra to use the waterpark. I wish the rooms were a little more updated. They look like their from the early 2000’s. Restaurants should stay open longer.
- Gaughan (8/5): Overall pleasant - The atmosphere and location There wasn't any coffee filters in my room. I called twice the night before and once the morning of to have some delivered and they never arrived. I checked out without having my morning coffee which didn't help for a day at the parks.

- Marlica (4/5): Won’t be back. - I liked that the property wasn’t too far from Disney The hotel charges you $29 per day for a resort fee on top of what you already paid to stay at the hotel on top of that the waterpark on the property is $25 to get in per person. Why wouldn’t that be included in the daily resort fee? Total BS and will NOT be back. I don’t see where it even states that there is a daily resort fee when booking. Paid $70 in resort fees for two days .
