• Matteo (1/5): Mica bene - La posizione abbastanza comoda la struttura era sporca, appena arrivati uno dei due cuscini era bagnato, la stanza era piena di profumo qualche giorno dopo abbiamo capito che era per mascherare il pessimo odore, nella doccia c'erano capelli degli ospiti precedenti, mezzo rotolo di carta igienica, la doccia non scaricava bene e quindi il bagno si è allagato, la tavoletta del wc ho dovuto aggiustarla io in quanto era smontata, nessun tipo di aspirazione nel bagno solo una finestra che dava in uno spazio esterno chiuso.Scarafaggi, muffa e soprattutto abbiamo scelto questa struttura e pagato in più per la cucina attrezzata la quale aveva il piano ad induzione non funzionante, il bollitore incrostato dentro e la macchinetta del caffè anch'essa sporca. Ci siamo trovati veramente male, speriamo di avere un riscontro a breve, poiché un appartamento per vacanze dovrebbe farti sentire come a casa ma questo proprio no,
• Adry Cadei (8/5): - La posizione era buona con i mezzi vicino ci si sposta facilmente in tutte le parti della città. Purtroppo è stata in parte rovinata dai rumori dei lavori fuori porta che poi sono tetminati

• Guest (8/5): Bello bello - La struttura è una piccola stanza con tutti i comfort, letto matrimoniale qualche gruccia per appendere gli abiti ma tanti cassettini in cui riporli, davanti al letto si trova un divano e una televisione con la quale è possibile connettersi a vari siti per vedere film, serie e youtube. Poi si trova una cucina con fornello, tostapane e anche il bollitore per l’acqua. Ci sono tutte le posate, vari bicchieri e tazze. Nel bagno oltre ai sanitari c’è un mobile in cui riporre tutte le cose, ma non c’è il lavandino che invece si trova appena fuori dal bagno. Vengono messi a disposizione inoltre, tutti gli asciugamani necessari. La posizione della casa è ottima perché in mezzo tra la città è il mare ma molto vicina alla zona in cui si trova l’ocenogràfic. Come in tutta valencia l’unico problema, ogni tanto qualche cucaracha ospite ma facile da mandare fuori
• Nilshan (1/5): Avoid at all costs - Location was convenient The sofa bed was completely unusable — stained and debris all over.. The property was in such poor condition that we had to leave early. It felt neglected, dirty, and nothing like the photos. Number of cockroaches found inside the property. This place should not be listed on Booking.com. I raised a complaint and was only offered €55.36 of a €276.80 booking, which is insulting given how uninhabitable the place was. Avoid this property at all costs.
• Nikolas (7/5): Great location but the property itself very nice. The host was very friendly and responsive though so that was definitel - Location was great and the host was very responsive when we had an issue with the wifi. The property is very dark and dingy. Its basically one room with a very small window that lets in little natural light. The ammenities also left a lot to be desired. For example the A/C takes about 4 tries to change any of the settings, the couch is unbearably uncomfortable and a few of the pots and pans don’t work with the induction cooktop.
• Aleksandra (5/5): Passable - Location and privacy. We tried not to spend too much time in the apartment because of the mold on the wall. It was bad for our health. Also laud neighbors were waking us up at night (the paper-thin walls).

• Antonia (5/5): Although our stay wasn't too bad, I wouldn't stay there again. - We made a last-minute reservation due to problems with our initial reservation at another location. We were so frustrated with the circumstances that we failed to notice the apartment's photos or that it was on the ground floor. We arrived late in the evening and had difficulty finding the entrance. We called the host, who was really kind and helpful, and with its assistance, we were able to get inside. The location is ideal for families with children as it is close to Guliver Park, which has an incredible playground, and also Oceanografic, our primary aim in Valencia. We discovered a fantastic pasteseria and paella restaurant nearby. The supermarket and the bus stops are really close. There was not enough linen for the second bed. Additionally, it was of low quality - worn out and too small size. We also found black hair inside of it, as well as on the main bed. Cleaning needs to be done with extra caution by the host. There isn't any sunlight inside the flat because the windows face a tiny yard.
• Joanne (4/5): Great location but apartment was disappointing - Great location with transport links, shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Host responded to messages accurately, politely and quickly. Toiletries were provided and there was ample crockery in the kitchen for us. No windows in the apartment (if you discount the small one above the front door, which did not open and the one in the bathroom, which was not external. Microwave was on a shelf 2 metres above the ground. We would have had to climb on a stool to reach and were worried about scalding ourselves or dropping crockery, if we did. Large cockroaches

• Gloria (9/5): Great economic option to stay in, recommended - It’s exactly as displayed in the pictures, good option to move by foot or bus stations are super close by. Host is super nice, easy to talk to and was very helpful throughout our stay. The A.C. stopped working, but the host fixed it for us the next day.

• Ana (10/5): Excelent location, modern and cute apartment - Excellent apartment, very cute, excelent location. New furniture, very well equiped, modern apartment, excelent location (2 minutes away bus station) closed to oceanographic, beach, city center. Supermarket is 2 minutes away, rent a bike 5 minutes away, cafe is 2 minutes. Very Nothing everything is just perfect ❤️
