- ALFREDO (7/5): En términos generales se pueden pasar unas agradables vacaciones. - El diseño, la arquitectura, la piscina y las áreas verdes del condominio junto a la cercanía de playas protegidas de la urbanización. Se puede notar ya el desgaste de los años de la estructura y las instalaciones, necesidad de reforma en algunos aspectos y arreglos del alojamiento, como el cristal roto parcheado en la entrada del bungalow o la cerradura de la puerta de acceso, por ejemplo.
