• Alexiane (10/5): Un logement confortable, richement décoré et équipé, avec un hôte atentionné et réactif pour un séjour des plus réussi - Ce logement est vraiment incroyable, sans aucun point négatif. L’intérieur est vraiment très bien équipé, avec plus de commodités qu’il n’en faut (enceinte, télé, four, lave-vaisselle, machine à café, grille pain). Le matelas est très confortable. Ayant des problèmes de dos récurrents, il est rare de trouver chaussure à son pied sur ce sujet, et ici c’est chose faite. L’appartement est situé dans un quartier très beau et calme non loin du centre ville. La télé possède Netflix et d’autres applications de visionnage. Et la cerise sur le gâteau, l’hôte est très agréable, réactif et arrangeant (notamment pour poser les valises). Nous avons eu un problème de wifi assez tard dans la soirée, qu’il a résolu aussi tôt. La femme de ménage nous a fait un bisous volant à notre arrivé, ce que nous avons fortement appréciée en tant que bonnes parisiennes. Bref, pourquoi vous n’avez pas encore réservé ? Un logement sans point négatif, et c’est une française qui le dit !
• maxence (10/5): Un séjour à Bruxelles au top ! - Le logement est très confortable, bien équipé et spacieux. Situé près du tram et pas loin du métro. Seul bémol, les escaliers à monter quand on est chargé. Au delà de cela, c'est vraiment parfait.
• Paolo (10/5): Fantastico - Appartamento molto bello e accogliente, c’era tutto il necessario. I proprietari ci hanno anche fatto trovare dei fiori freschi sul tavolo, molto apprezzato. Il letto e i cuscini li abbiamo trovati un pochino scomodi.
• Irene Yu (10/5): Acierto en alojamiento 10/10 - To be honest, the week we were there, we loved everything. It was amazing how beautiful and welcoming it was as soon as we walked in. The size and amenities were perfect for two people. I personally wasn't expecting the bathroom to be so wide, the kitchen was perfect, with everything we needed, the living room was comfortable and had a good television. Upstairs was the bed, and we fell asleep very quickly. 10/10. It has excellent locations and transport links. Plus, the listing clearly indicates nearby amenities, which are also very easy to see on Maps. Patrick was always attentive and very kind if anything was needed. She's a lovely person, and thank you both so much for the stay. I hope to return because I've truly found a favorite place. Thanks -
• Alain (10/5): Le parfait séjour tranquille - Nous ne pouvions pas espérer meilleur logement pour notre séjour de 5 jours à Bruxelles. Je vais commencer par les seuls 2 petits bémols qui ne nous ont pas vraiment dérangés. Oui, c'est au troisième et il y a des marches (64) à monter mais une fois là-haut on apprécie pleinement la quiétude. On n'a pas une seule fois entendu les voisins ou le bruit de moteurs. Le deuxième petit bémol concerne la douche, c'est plutôt long avoir l'eau chaude. Autrement ça répondait à tout ce qu'on recherchait, c'est parfaitement meublé. Sincèrement je n'aurai aucune hésitation à y rester à l'année, tout y est. Le quartier est tranquille, agréable, à quelques minutes du parc du cinquantenaire. La cuisine est complète, fonctionnelle. Le lit très grand et confortable.

• Simone (9/5): Fantastico! - - Ottimo quartiere, pulito, tranquillo e con tutti i mezzi di trasporto pubblici a pochi passi ( tram, metro e bus ). - Proprietario gentilissimo e super disponibile in caso di bisogno. - Appartamento spazioso, accogliente e con tutti i servizi necessari per passare un buon soggiorno. - Letto con cuscini troppo bassi e morbidi e materasso non comodissimo. ( per i nostri gusti ) - Avremmo preferito una maggiore pressione dell acqua in doccia e una temperatura di quest ultima un po più calda, nonostante non sia fredda.

• Louise (9/5): Lovely spacious apartment - Lovely spacious apartment on the outskirts of town. Close to Merode Station. Clean and modern with excellent facilities and a very helpful host. The loft space bed was beautiful but we found the bathroom being on a separate level a bit irksome in the middle of the night. The wardrobe space was also on the lower level to the bedroom which wasnt ideal for us.

Gelegen vlakbij het Jubelpark, super park met veel actieve mensen en super gezellige banen voor een potje petanque. We hadden de fietsen en jeu de boules mee en dan 's-avonds nog even naar dit park. parkeren, wel voor de deur maar betaald. Deze keer geen parkeerkaart ter beschikking gesteld door de verhuurder. Het was voor ons de 2de keer en het is een beetje jammer dat je nergens, gezeten op een stoel, naar buiten kunt kijken. Al doet niet af aan het feit dat het een appartement met voldoende licht heeft via de dakramen.

Perfetta in ogni dettaglio: posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro, sia comodamente in metro che in modo divertente in monopattino, come abbiamo fatto noi. Dotata di tutti i comfort possibili e con uno stile curatissimo che fa sentire subito a casa. Complimenti sinceri ai proprietari per l’attenzione e la cura! È vero, si trova all’ultimo piano, ma per chi è abituato a non usare sempre l’ascensore non è affatto un problema, anzi… vale la pena fare quei gradini per arrivare in un posto così accogliente. In poche parole: consigliatissimo!

• Fernández (10/5): Comodidad, elegancia y práctico - Era un departamento grande con todo tipo de equitación. Muy limpio y muy lindo. También disponía de cosas para cocinar lo cual era muy práctico.
• Agnieszka (9/5): Feels at home - Space, comfort, cleanness, sunlight, attentive host, equipped kitchen, nice bedroom on mezzanine, privacy, peace and quiet! I'll return with pleasure. Challenging for guests with luggage (I had 2 suitcases) as the apartment is on the rooftop and the only way to get there is a (steep) stairway. 'Free' toiletries (soap, shower gel) were scarce and seemed like leftovers from previous guests.

Patrick was so accommodating and gave us lots of help during our stay as well as restaurant recommendations and advice for travel around the city. It was super close to both trams and metros as well as lovely shops and bakeries. Metro only a 5/10 minute walk and then only 10 mins into the main city. If you stay here, you have to try boulangerie gateau for amazing eclairs and baguettes. This place is amazing and we will be staying again next time we visit Brussels.

• Vladimir (10/5): Comfy, spacious, cheap: choose all three. - I liked everything about the room. It was large, with a lovely kitchen and a surprisingly comfy bed (usually the biggest problem for me in hotels). I will come back there when I am travelling with my wife.
• Guro (9/5): Exceptionally charming, clean and neat flat, calm, bright and EC-central. - Exceptionally neat and clean, all you need in the kitchen, great to have a portable bluetooth speaker at my disposal, incredibly charming to listen to the rain on the roof windows. Close to lots of EC related offices, not so far from restaurant areas. Nice host, clear explanations. Whats not to like? I will be back. One of my best stays in Bruxelles - flats are often worn out, but not this one, but the charm of an old building is nevertheless preserved. Well. The stairs are really long and nearly narrow. Greatful that the host helped me carrying my luggage at arrival.

• Roštan (5/5): Excellent location, but the building is poorly constructed, and the water feels strange. - The location was excellent, and the apartment looked just like in the pictures. Patrick was kind and made sure we had everything we needed. There was enough toilet paper for all 10 days. The building is very tall, and the floors feel unstable. You can hear the neighbors next door. The stairs are very narrow and steep. We were quite surprised by the poor quality of the floors, as you can feel them move when the neighbors walk in their apartment. The water in the apartment was unusually slippery, and we didn’t feel comfortable showering properly. During the day, the apartment was quite cold. Since we worked during the day, it would have been nice to have heated rooms. The apartment was clean overall, but some improvements are needed, especially in the bathroom, closet, and with the kitchen supplies.

• Anu-maria (10/5): A well-equiped, beautiful flat with great views over the rooftops. - It is a beautiful top floor flat in a very good area of Brussels, just a walk away from the EU quarter. There is a lovely view over the roof tops to two directions. The flat has everything one needs for a short or even longer stay, and the host is a very nice person. The only thing I could think of is that the flat is poorly accessible if one has trouble moving around.
