• Heiko (3/5): Nicht empfehlenswert. - Größe der Wohnung Nicht funktionierende Heizung. (11 von 14 Tage ausgeschaltet bei 11-15°C tagsüber und bis 4°C über Nacht. Sehr spartanische Ausstattung. 3 Gabeln für bis zu 4 Personen. Abgenutzte Pfannen, defekte Küchentür, lose Toilettenbrille, Küchenmöbel mit teilweise fehlendem Furnier, im Bad Handtuchhaken aus Schrauben .... Lage an einer stark befahrenen Straße und einem Güterbahnhof ohne entsprechend schalldämmende Fenster.

• Oliver (7/5): Für unsere Ansprüche hat es ausgereicht - Man konnte zu Fuß alle für uns wichtigen Punkte erreichen. Die Unterkunft war mit Auto gut zu erreichen und der Parkplatz lag auch gut Der Fernseher im 1. Schlafraum war auf russisch eingestellt. Beim dem im 2. Raum waren keine Sender eingestellt. In der Dusche befand sich schwarzer Schimmel und der Klositz war nicht fest. Da wir alle vom Dorf kommen war für uns nachts das Schlafen schwierig, da durch die Haltestation auf der anderen Straßenseite nachts eine Menge Güterzüge gefahren sind.
• Joseph (10/5): Wonderful Koblenz! - An excellent location just the far side of the Mosel. 2 big apartments that easily fitted our 2 families. V clean and well laid out with all facilities to self cater if needed. About a 10/15 minute walk into the centre of Koblenz. A safe area. V good interaction with the company/owner - even a lost phone! All good.

• Maria Graciela (8/5): - Ambientes amplios y entorno tranquilo Eran tres pisos por escalera. No había plancha de ropa ni secador de pelo. Los elementos de limpieza muy básicos
