Замечательный дружелюбный персонал, который готов прийти на помощь по любому вопросу максимально быстро и отзывчиво. Мне нужно было заказать шарики сюрпризом на день рождения дочери - без вопросов помогли, уже по приезду шарики нас ждали. Очень вкусный и разнообразный завтрак, хороший кофе. Сауна на берегу с доступом в озеро, там же можно взять Сапы. Большая бесплатная парковка. Красивый обновленный интерьер в номерах. С удовольствием вернемся снова. Спасибо вам ♥️

• Tilo (10/5): Traumhaft gelegenes Hotel, ein Ort der Kraft und Ruhe. - Perfekte Lage am See, super Frühstück, ruhig und friedlich. Wunderschön. Auch Ende September sind wir noch im Wasser gewesen. Das Restaurant! Schlechter Service, teuer, kleine Portionen aber vor Allem geschmacklich ungewöhnlich schlecht. Wir hatten Blumenkohlsteak, mit wirklich schlecht schmeckenden Saucen. Der Rehbraten wurde blutig (innen roh!) serviert und auf Nachfrage wurde er durch-gebraten, es dauerte allerdings fast eine Stunde Minuten. Unsere Empfehlung: Auf keinen Fall Halbpension buchen und auswärts essen. Es gibt wirklich tolle Restaurants nur ein paar Auto-Minuten entfernt. Aber auf keinen Fall davon abschrecken lassen. Das Hotel ist spitze.

• Peter (9/5): Man kommt jedes Jahr gerne wieder… - Die Lage direkt am See. Das aufmerksame Personal. Es gab mehrere kleine Events. Die Küche hat noch Luft nach oben, ist aber auf gutem Weg. -

• Martin (7/5): - Snídaně byla chutná, dostatečná. Obsluha na snídani byla milá a ochotná. Poloha hotelu v lesoparku, na břehu jezera výborná. Pokoj nebyl vybaven ledničkou ani minibarem, což je pŕi teplotách nad 30°C dost zásadní věc, nehledě na to, že se jedná o čtyřhvězdičkový hotel!! Ručníky byly drsné, starší, ne velmi příjemné vůně. Propagovaný wellness se skládal z jedné sauny a dvou sprch. Obědy a večeře na venkovní terase příjemné, ovšem musíte se předem objednat!! Hotelový host. Takže v den příjezdu, kdy jsme se ubytovali přibližně v 18,45 po nás chtěli rezervaci. Po trojím vysvětlení, že jsme se právě ubytovali, se místo pro nás našlo!! (obsazenost v té době a po celý večer byla 60-70%)!!! Takže jsme se pro jistotu na další dva večery objednali, jídlo bylo OK, ovšem zapomněli jsme na další, páteční večer (byli jsme na plavbě lodí po jezeře). Když jsme si následně chtěli místo rezervovat, neměli jsme šanci s informací od personálu, že mají dvě akce (ne pro hotelové hosty, ale "došlé z venčí") a pro nás že nemají místo a to i po upřesnní, že jsme stále hotelovými hosty a rádi by jsme se najedli!! Takovýto případ se nám ještě nikde a nikdy nestal a to se považujeme za poměrně dost cestující po Evropě. Závěr : porovnání ceny, služeb a sevisu s hotelem Savoia Excelsior Palace Trieste, kde jsme byli následující dva dny, po 5 dnech v hotelu Villa Rainer, ubytováni je až neuvěřitelné. Savoi byl o celých 100 EUR na noc levnější, služby a servis o 2 třídy lepší!! Pozn. Co nás opravdu překvapilo, že kolem Wartensee neexistuje na břehu trasa pro pěší a cyklisty! Skutečné trasy vedou ve vzdálenosti 50, ale i 300-400 m od jezera přes přilehlé vesnice, frekventované cesty. My jsme očekávali trasy po břehu, tak jak je povětšinou na Lipenské vodní nádrži.

I'd say it's the most magnificent hotel location on the whole lake. Inattentive staff, the most watered down Aperol Spritz ever, dull breakfast (We had much better breakfast at hotels that charge a third of Villa Rainer. My wife couldn't believe that we would get such a poor breakfast quality at such a price. When she asked for a hot chocolate, she simply was denied it. It seems like the staff know they have the best location and need not bothered with service.

• Martin (5/5): Naja, wird uns wohl nicht wieder sehen. - Lage, Seezugang ist sehr nett. Eigene Tennisplätze. Stand Up zur freien Entnahme! Personal sehr engagiert, hier dürfte es jedoch am Kopf hapern. Etwas komisches Hotel. Die Gastro ist an ein anderes Unternehmen verpachtet, aus Zimmer schreiben geht gar nicht, man wartet bis zu 20 Min, an der Bar sitzend(!), bis man nach einem Getränk gefragt wird. Und dann bekommt man einen Schaumbecher. Der Inhalt der Speisekarte ist eher nur etwas für magersüchtige B - D Promis, preislich sollten hier mind. 2 Hauben platziert sein, Fehlanzeige. Kinderfreundlichkeit: ein Reisegitterbett bekommt man sehr gerne aufs Zimmer. Kein Kindertaugliches Essen, keine Schaukel, keine Rutsche, einfach gar nichts. Ein Zimmer, wo einige Spiele vorhanden sind gibt es. Frühstück: meistens leergefegt. Vier Sterne und keine klimatisierten Zimmer!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut. Das Bad war nicht toll. Dusche in Badewanne. Teppichboden im Zimmer. Aber das haben wir vorher gewusst und es gibt Schlimmeres.

• Gernot (10/5): Traumhafte Lage mit historischem Charme - Die Anlage ist top gepflegt und groß genug, um jederzeit einen ruhigen Rückzugsort zu finden. Es stehen ausreichend Liegen zur Verfügung und es gibt mehrere direkte Zugänge zum Wörthersee. Der Ausblick von der Restaurantterrasse ist traumhaft, die Qualität der Speisen hervorragend. Die historische Villa versprüht sehr viel Charme. Eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer wäre wünschenswert. Ebenso ein kleiner Sandspielplatz für etwas jüngere Kinder. Zimmer und Bäder sind etwas älter, aber nicht abgewohnt oder unsauber. Unterm Strich gibt es keinen Grund für nennenswerte Beanstandungen.

Absolutely stunning food both berakfest and dinner. Hotel crew is very helpful and friendly. Whole place is devine and tranquile. Highly recomend. Very regenerative.

Lack of air con meant needing to leave the window open overnight risking mosquitoes and wasps entering, and music from the restaurant/bar at 06.30 waking us up.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in a serene setting while still being conveniently close to key attractions. It's important to note that the rooms lack air conditioning and refrigerators, so in hot weather, you'll need to rely on the bar for cold drinks. Unfortunately, this is where the experience took a turn for the worse. I have never experienced such unfriendly, impolite, and unprofessional service in a hotel restaurant in any country. The staff's attitude was appalling and completely ruined what should have been a relaxing stay. The breakfast was also very modest, far below the standard one would expect for 600 euros per night. Additionally, the water pressure in the bathroom was very weak, making it difficult to take a shower in a reasonable amount of time. However, the most significant issue was the restaurant staff's behavior, which left a lasting negative impression. If the hotel administration wants guests to return, they must address the quality of the food and the conduct of the restaurant staff. Improvements in these areas are essential for providing a satisfactory guest experience.

They even managed to deal with two heavy storms and cutting a fallen tree withou harrasin the guests much. Breakfast had varaity and was affluent. As it was high season and the hotel fully booked, the cleaniness lacked a bit. Thru the stay we did ocationaly did find gummi bears or dog granules rotting in the corners. The garden staff kept walking into an in the wellness area in garden boots. Coffee. Just awfull. Sombody please set up the coffee machines and order some other blend.

• Maarten (10/5): Will defintely visit again. - Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and did not get boring after a few mornings. Something for everyone from our 2 year old to us. The location is amazing and lakes access beautiful. The resort staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English and Austrian usually. Rooms were clean, but a bit outdated. Bed was comfortable but not the biggest.
