• JeroenNLD (7/5): Next time I stay longer. - I had a room in the basement. was a bit noisy because of the AC units outside the window. Location is good close to the Metro , shops and a few restaurants. Room had a small kitchen. I only stayed 1 night, thus didn't use it. Room was a bit chilly but I didn't bother puting the heating on.

• Natalie (6/5): Location great, everything else drab and gloomy. - The location was great with a tube stop down the road and a 3 mins walk, with local shops and cafes/bars The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress sagged in the middle. The pillows were flat and need replacing. The shower was uninviting. We got a basement room which was dark and gloomy. There was building work going on in the room opposite which woke us and noisy neighbours above. No staff to complain to.
• Ioanna (4/5): - We liked the location and that the room was spacious. The staff was cooperative when we asked for a favour. The whole bathroom was flooding every time we had a shower due to poor design, the whole floor and shower room were completely flat. The corridor outside the room was filled with cleaning equipment, towels, and was messy and not well presented. One morning we woke up and someone was doing painting works outside the flat, and there was a smell in the air. No one warned us, and in my opinion they should have the flat vacant when doing works right outside it. The access to the flat was not ideal, if the elevator broke you could not access the room. Thankfully we discovered a way to exit without using the elevator but we did not have the code to enter back in through there, which was hazardous due to my present condition. Minor compared to the rest but there was no coffee machine which is unlike most places I've stayed in.

That in the price you pay, no one comes to change your bins or bedsheets unless you're having a long stay, and if you do require that service, it's an additional charge

The bathroom smelt dirty and the air conditioning was terrible. Weather in London was reaching over 30 degrees and it was cooler outside than in our room.

Shower pressure was great. The room was a lower ground level room but had a big window which gave great natural light. The bed was comfortable. The room was battered and damaged. It was disappointing. There were marks on the walls, missing paint. The flooring was uneven in places, on a closer look on my last morning a realized it must have been previous water damage so they removed some of the flooring and there was mould I think on the floor hidden by a rug, hence why the floor was uneven. The fridge had an odor when it was opened. The cabinet in the bathroom was broken when I arrived which sometimes affected the door closing.

• Robyn (6/5): Great location but stay would have been great if the Nestor team kept up with maintenance. - Great location The room required much needed maintenance. The room had a broken bathroom cupboard, blocked shower head, cracks on the wall and needed a paint.
• Josephine (6/5): We adapted to the spaces provided over the four days, but would have preferred a better kitchen area - location okay, expected noise level for London as next to a busy junction. We were in a front facing room so pretty noisy and always bags of rubbish outside. Probably a lot nicer in a room at the back. The bathroom/wet room was spacious and the fan worked well. Bed was comfy. The 'kitchenette' was dark with too many utensils and no working area. Couldn't wash up properly as there was no sink plug, or drainer for the dishes. The bedroom area could have been better with a small table and chairs provided, however the space was limited and pretty cramped already with an armchair and desk. The room seem designed for a solo traveller on a work trip.

Inoltre sarebbe utile un tavolino per pranzare o cenare anche pieghevole vista la presenza della cucina, mentre c'e' solo un tavolino basso da divano. Per il resto perfetto

• Jens (8/5): London erleben - Das Hotel ist sehr günstig und zentral gelegen und nahe der U-Bahn Station Earl's Court. Somit hat es eine direkte Anbindung zum Heathrow Airport. Zudem fährt die Buslinie 74 in die Innenstadt. Ein Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und verlief reibungslos. Wir hatten das Studio ganz oben und die Dachterrasse ist wirklich groß, müsste aber renoviert werden. -Ein zweiter Nachttisch wäre super -Kaum/keine Ablagefläche im Bad -Eine Handdusche wäe schön -Das Zimmer entsprach nicht der Beschreibung (Kein Schreibtisch oder Sitzbereich) Wir hatten Glück dass wir immer auf der Terrasse essen konnten. Bitte unbedingt die qm Angabe beachten

Globalement nous avons eu de grosses difficultés pour trouver un parking et avons bénéficié d’une amende de 80 Livres dès que nous sommes arrivés et que nous avons vidé la voiture…. I thought it was a washer-dryer machine but it was just a washing machine but it wasn’t the end of the world, I used the racks provided.

Room with a nice balcony, very clean room, very comfortable bed, kitchen has everything you need to get started. A hand shower would be good. If you only have a rain shower, you should have a shower cap. You need a rubber mat in the shower because the tiles are slippery. Someone might slip. For such a price for a room, more toiletries would be more appropriate.

• Nyree (10/5): Earls Court & The Knaresborough by Nestor - Location location location... to Earls Court station, which, by the way, has lifts and a ramp with a short 5 min walk to The Knaresborough by Nestor. The studio was very clean, comfortable, and quiet with a well equipped kitchenette. There are different sized studios, and mine was perfect. Oh, did I tell you the building has a lift... not many of the old buildings do. Earls Court is my favourite place to stay in London. Freddie Mercury lived up the road just off Earls Court Road, and so did Princess Diana's before she married Prince Charles, who, of course, is now King. Everything is in walking distance to The Knaresborough by Nestor. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets, parks etc. The correspondence between myself and Nestor was outstanding, with help from check-in, during, and at the end of my stay. It's not often you have ongoing correspondence. The care given to me was truly very personal service. Thank you to Nestor. I definitely will recommend this place. Five Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wasn't anything I didn't like but if I may suggest a few clothes hangers would be lovely 😊

• Pavlina (4/5): Staff is nice but the place needs refurbishing. - We chose the place for the second row within a year due to good location considering the price per night. The staff were nice and definitely trying to help out when we had problems. We were unfortunately targeted by a phishing attack via WhatsApp when our personal data was stolen as a result of booking with Nestor. On top of that I must say we noticed a downgrade in the cleanliness of the rooms/ apartments since our stay a year ago. There was a lot of dust, the floor was clearly not vacuumed in a long time as well as dust in / on the night stands. Also, we initially booked a more expensive studio on the ground floor only to find it looks nothing like the pictures. We arrived after 15:00 as that was our scheduled checkin only to find the room not prepared for us so we had to wait until it was. The room smelled faintly of cigarettes and the bed was absolutely broken and not suitable to sleep on. Fortunately, the staff were kind enough to arrange a different apartment for us in the basement (which is the "cheaper" one of the accommodation options but we were not refunded). Since this is a basement apartment it does smell of moisture and mold so would not recommend to someone who is allergic. Also the shower could use some squeegee to be able to dry the floor quicker, otherwise the water just tends to sit on the floor for hours even with floor heating on.

• Michael (8/5): Recommended base in central London - This was an ideal place to stay in central London. Our room was spacious and clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The lift and washing facilities were especially appreciated. The building is minutes away from public transport, shops, cafés and restaurants. Unfortunately the wifi, which had been working fine the first three nights, stopped working the last two nights. Also the entry code we were given did not open the front door. We and two other groups were stuck in the street, getting a Busy message from the phone number provided. Eventually (long story short) an employee emerged from the building on unrelated business and gave us the override code. This code could easily have been messaged to us before we arrived, saving some angst. These things are a pity as everything else about the accommodation was great.

Very smooth and easy check-in+access (door code) Aircon unit was throwing some sort of dust everywhere on the kitchen bellow. We had a loft room and there were at least three old or new water leaks and the walls were dirty around the kitchen. Dust and smudges everywhere. Very uncomfortable spring mattress (woke up with neck pain)
• Silvia (9/5): Great place near Earl's Court Underground - We really appreciated the location, close to the Underground, and the availability of the staff who helped us with wathever we needed.
• Adomas (7/5): Good - Nice and spacious room in a good location. Heated floor in bathroom and nice kitchenette. Internet was slow and there was no signal.
• Vicki (6/5): Great location, but much too hot in the apartment - I loved the location as so near to the tune and the balcony was a great element. It was super hot which was uncomfortable and puzzling as the outside temperature was cool (about 13-15) and there was no heating on. It was 25 degrees and the air conditioning only took it down to 19. For security it wasn’t possible to have the balcony door open at night.
• Raymond (3/5): I wouldn't bother.... - The location and the heated bathroom floor No internet... and I doubt there ever is Cutlery was chipped and cracked Only one bowl for 3 people Not enough cutlery After 6 months they still can't send to Outlook or Hotmail They got backed twice and my personal data was leaked. Bathroom is tiny The click clack bed was difficult to operate .... and this is easily the most expensive accommodation in the 3 months we are in Europe!!
• David (8/5): A 2 night stay so a place with fridge, kettle and kitchen gave the flexibility we needed to enjoy our time in London. - Great location. Would have liked a safe.

• Redha (8/5): Fair place to stay in. - Clean and near bus station and train station in Ear’l Court. Very small for family. Not 11 months children friendly.

• Lisa (4/5): Average - The room was much smaller than expected. Basic amenities no milk in room. Had some issues with communication and a requirement for an updated card even though we had paid in full
• Jarrod (5/5): Passable - It was a 5 minute walk to Earl's court underground station. Check in was easy and the host was very receptive. Bathroom layout meant that the floor would always get wet. Bed felt small for two people.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Very good - Great location, prompt responses via whatsapp from staff, practical kitchenette, good amount of space. Spent 7 days here, overall very happy with the value for money. No extractor fan in bathrooms or kitchen, broken floorboards.

• Mona (6/5): Spacious with good heating, but lack of cleaning services, small sink, and no towel replacements make it overpriced and - The accommodation offers a spacious interior, an excellent heating system that keeps the place cozy, and the convenience of a microwave. Additionally, the bathroom has an internal heater, which is a great touch for staying warm during colder months. While the place has potential, certain aspects fall short for the price. There’s no included cleaning service—you must pay £25 per cleaning. Towels and bed sheets aren’t replaced, and you’re stuck with small set of towels for your entire stay. The bathroom sink is so tiny that even brushing your teeth is impractical, forcing you to use the kitchen sink. Additionally, the shower isn’t sealed properly, causing water to spill outside the bath area. If you choose to stay here, come prepared with your own cleaning supplies and extra shower towels.

• Joanna (7/5): Nice kitchen facilities but uncomfortable sofa bed. Close proximity to other apartments. - It was close to the tube. Well-stocked kitchen area. Lovely staff. The apartment that for 3 guests has a sofa bed which is extremely uncomfortable. This was a very expensive price to pay for 2 uncomfortable nights sleeps. The bathroom is incredibly small. It feels like this apartment was broken into two and you could hear people in the second half very clearly. Couldn’t use Netflix on the TV.
