- Nuria (10/5): - Paco y su mujer encantadores ayudaron en todo, llegamos tarde por la noche y nos esperaron para entregar la llaves y darnos tips de la zona. la cama de matrimonio muy comoda
- Andrius (4/5): Not recommended. - After booking was requested 250€, plus 60€ for cleaning. Not acceptable. After negotiating deposit was declined. Still paid 60€ for cleaning but need to take garbage out. Unbelievable and not professional. Place requires investment and not deposit. Also was forced to sign additional contract, not acceptable because when ordering i already agreed with all rules.

- Lodilou (10/5): Un appartement vraiment agréable, proche des plages et de Carthagène - Très belle découverte. L'emplacement est idéal si on veut profiter des plages de la Manga. Pour une sortie culturelle, Carthagène et son théâtre romain sont à 25 min en voiture. L'appartement est très bien équipé, vous aurez tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour parfait. Francisco est très gentil, serviable et disponible. La piscine est grande . Vraiment nous avons tout aimé. Rien
- Marina (8/5): Buena experiencia en general - - Buena atención - El apartamento muy bien, al igual que la piscina - Aire acondicionado en el salón y en la habitación - Ubicación cercana a La Manga y a Cartagena - Al recibirte, te dan información de playas, actividades, restaurantes y sitios de ocio cercanos - Fianza de 250€ (que te devuelven si no ha habido ningún desperfecto) - Suplemento de 60€ de limpieza (un par de sábanas para el sofá cama olían a humedad y en un rincón encontramos una cucaracha muerta. El resto bien, pero cobrando ese suplemento deberían cuidar más esto) - Nos faltó un abridor de vinos en la cocina - Falta una zona de césped en la piscina comunitaria - Los restaurantes cercanos cierran muy temprano la cocina (uno al que llamamos cerraba la cocina a las 21)

- Vanessa (10/5): Mejor imposible 😋 - Estuvimos como en casa, la limpieza y el mantenimiento de la propiedad son increíbles, pero lo que realmente hizo que nuestra estancia fuera especial fue PACO que nos llevó en su BARCO a descubrir algunas de las calas más increíbles de la zona a muy buen precio, su amabilidad y conocimiento del lugar hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera inolvidable, y además tuvo el detalle de traernos refrescos y comida, muchas gracias PACO, volveremos a repetir.

- Francois (8/5): Very good - We specifically rented out this place in the period of Jan1st as we knew it would be calm and didnt want (for the sake of our kids sleep!) to be in a posher place. This place delivered and we had overall a good stay. The beds are comfy, the amenities are ok and the distance to the local attractions in Cartagena is bearable (15min to Cartagena via the motorway), its all a 8/10 All this taken in account, this place felt somewhat expensive and we wouldnt stay here again.
