• Zlata (10/5): - Yes i went for stay at this apartament its really so good. There is close metro you can go anywhere and grab its very cheap. Apartment have amaizng view. Staff also good. I only have ussue with reception of this place they are very rude , when i do check out i want to wait at fasilites this apartament stay at the pool and there is wifi and reception woman she is from india sitiing first she isnt allowed me after i do check out i go down to tell her can i keep it my bag she said no its okay i accepted but i tell her my flight at evning and can i stay at the pool of this apartament she said no and she said you dont have card to used on elevator to go to the pool and i ask can i just go to the pool aira there is wifi to order grab at reception they dont have wifi and she said no and she call security on me . Its just crazy. She was i dotn want to to say bad words she is have no edication and no respect for people. I undestand i cant keep my bag but what us a ussue if i want at the pool aira they have big terrace to wait a little bit before i go airoport. Very cruel. Anyways apartament was good and staff was kind. They refounf my deposit and allowed to do for me checking after 12 . 00 pm and always answer for any my questions. Apartment was good staff was very helpful. The booking com this apartament its not related to the reception this tower its related to different company but still i want to share my experiance! Thank you i was happy to stay at your apartament!

• Anisa (10/5): had an amazing stay here - walking distance to public transport overall the room is cozy nice service from the staff the view from the room is nice the placement of television, it’s not in front of the bed need to wait for the lift as the levels are high the soap provided not really good

• Craig (1/5): Terrible place ran by terrible staff - Not a lot really. The bed is comfy enough. The towels stank of damp! The staff are exceptionally rude. I booked it for the rooftop pool but it was closed for maintenance for a month, something they failed to advertise. When I brought this up to them I was simply told "until 21st December close". I pressed further that they should advertise that to which I was told they did...just on a different app. I was finally told to "speak to the admin" as I'd asked to cancel my booking due to false advertising. The admin simply replied "can't cancel" and didn't respond further. Awful place, would advise anyone to look elsewhere. There's a reason it has an awful score on booking

• Nair (1/5): Bad - I didn't even get to stay there there. Room booked for two days. Instead a message was sent saying the apartment was under repair due to water leakage. Then I was asked to report to bookings.. I this awesomestay is a scam. BEWARE!

• Ian (4/5): Inconvient check-in process, otherwise fine. - It was clean and as advertised. The check-in process was very inconvenient. The building property has several different management companies that each have units to rent within the same building but this was a private owner that didn’t have a reception and was forced to call a private number and wait for someone to bring a key. Checkout was similar. Did not like the process, without the ability to call on a phone an international traveler may find it very to access the flat. Also was never given a password for the WiFi in the room. This was my second time staying in the complex and was a very inconvenient check-in process, I would not do it again and just go with one of the other hotels there with the reception.

• Irdina (9/5): Superb - the property is fine. the location is good. the view is nice. the bedsheet and the pillowcase a bit smelly, it seems like they did not wash the pillowcase. they dont provide parking for certain room (should give notice earlier), luckily outside can park.

The Room was leaking from ceiling. After multiple insistence, I was given another room, but the replacement room didn't have Wi-fi.

• Yas (4/5): Disappointing - The roof top swimming pool was lovely The apartment looks nice in the photos but in reality the room is very small and the bed was absolutely rock hard like sleeping on a wooden plank. I genuinely thought there was no mattress. The check in process was strange - you’re not allowed into the building you have to wait for someone to come and meet you. Then they ask for cash deposit. Even though the booking conditions say you can pay via bank transfer. We had to call Booking.com to eventually get them to agree to bank transfer.
• Carry (1/5): The check-in experience is very poor. - First of all, it is inconvenient to get the room card. The customer service staff's English is very average, and the price is more than 200 Malaysian dollars per night. One of the elevators in the apartment is dangerous. Mineral water and slippers are not provided in the room, and there is no door in the shower area. You can take a shower, but the water is spilled around the toilet. Finally, the deposit will be deducted at will.

• Florence (6/5): Pleasant - Location. And cannot hear traffic noise. It's a rather new place, so makes sense that renovation in neighboring apartment happens. Fortunately, the drilling started at around 9am ish and didn't go on whole day. I'm confident work will end soon.
