• John (9/5): Fab apartment perfect for a week stay would definitely recommend 😃😃 - Perfect location only 10 minutes walk into the main centre Very spacious, clean lovely apartment and the bath was to die for Nothing!
• Melvin (8/5): Great location! It is next to cemetery. This is good or bad depending on individual - The property is nice and clean. Great location! It’s next to a cemetery and my view was the cemetery and I did not feel comfortable about it but maybe some people don’t mind this

• Yu Chih (5/5): 價格高於實際提供的住宿品質，性價比偏低 - 地理位置不錯 住了4晚，毛巾都沒補也沒多給，一瓶水都沒附（這應該很基本的） 冰箱裡不是很乾淨，房間充滿灰塵的假樹假盆栽其實很多餘，窗簾幾乎無法拉開因為對面是一大片墳墓⋯

• Bethan (9/5): Close to everything in Shinjuku - The location… it’s a short walk to all the attractions in Shinjuku and the station. The space, plenty of room for 3 travellers and their luggage, may be a bit tight for more than 4 persons

• James (9/5): - Fantastic location. So close to the Shinjuku station and nightlife but quiet and relaxed in the apartment and surrounds. Perfect for a quick visit to experience Tokyo at its most vibrant and also picturesque in the nearby National Garden Nothing to complain about!!

The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the train station and very close to the city center, making it easy to explore Tokyo. Definitely a place we highly recommend and would stay at again Nothing

A pesar de que llegamos al apartamento a las 5:00 pm y le solicitamos salir a las 11:00am como es habitual no hubo forma y tuvimos que salir a las 10:00 am lo que nos alteró todo el programa que teníamos

• Chiehching (9/5): 住宿離新宿心臟是超棒的位置。晚上超安靜，只是早上隔壁班在施工略吵，在新宿買完東西可以馬上拿回家放，再繼續出門逛街吃飯超方便 - 離新宿重要逛街景點超近，出了馬路就是ikea 、伊勢丹百貨+各大精品、迪士尼旗艦店、無印良品還有超多藥妝店，7-11、全家還有美食，超級方便的。扭蛋機店還開到晚上11點。房間內部在日本算超大的，還有浴缸每天泡澡超幸福，下次去日本還會再住這兒 窗簾絕對不要拉開，因為外面就是不該看的地方，除了這個不滿意，其他都非常好

• Amee (8/5): Great apartment on a quiet street, convenient to the busiest of Shinjuku. - Nicely renovated apartment on a quiet (!) street in the heart of Shinjuku. Walkable to all Shinjuku sites and very convenient to public transportation to get elsewhere. Two bedrooms and a nice sitting area gave us plenty of space to spread out a bit when we wanted a break from the hustle and bustle. Plenty of local restaurants and shops in the area when we wanted to avoid the more touristy aspects of Shinjuku.

The apartment is compact for 4 adults, need to strategize where we put open luggage and still have room to sit comfortably.

My travel companion and I had a hard time finding accommodation, but we were lucky to co - The room was spacious and had lots of hidden spaces to store our personal items. The kitchen came with plenty of utensils and cookware, which made things really convenient.

• Maria (5/5): Not worth the price. - Location was good but not great. You still have to walk several blocks to get to the station and to the shops. They have a washer and drying fan in the bathroom so we were able to do laundry. The property does have a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and kettle. However, cooking supplies were very limited. The managing company did respond relatively quickly to my questions during business hours. The walls on the apartment are paper thin. I couldn't sleep the first night we checked in because the neighbors next door were soo loud. You could hear them talking all the way to the living room. Check in instructions should have included the wifi information and heater instructions to the shower. We were visitn from California and everything is Japan is different including their heating system for the showers. We had no idea we had to turn on the heater in order to get hot water. We were not able to shower the next day for this reason which was very disapointing. The property is next to a cementery which was a little creepy. This is something I think should be disclosed.
• Wan (4/5): Disappointing - Staff messed up with booking completely. Firstly, for three times my registration details did not go through the web form nominated by the staff. Finally the necessary information was received via email a few hours before arrival. Check in instruction was provided with an address. However the staff discovered that a wrong address was sent and made a last minute change when we were on our way to the original one in the middle of not so enjoyable Tokyo traffic.
