- Guest (1/5): Terribile - Mi hanno truffato, avevo già soggiornato li una notte pagando in struttura circa 30 Euro quindi ho prenotato su booking un altra notte pagandone 40. In reception dicevano che non risultava né pagamento né prenotazione. Presumo io abbia prenotato un proprietario fake, chiamo e faccio parlare i arabo da 3 persone diverse, risposta tutte le camere sono occupate anche se ho pagato e prenotato. Prendo il taxi con la mia pesante valigia e mi arriva un messaggio scritto di tornare in struttura e aspettare davanti al bancomat, torno con il teriori spese, stress e fatica e il risultato e che non c'è nessuno, richiamo e mi dicono che è tutto occupato. Ho dovuto prendere un hotel autonomamente e mi sono rovinato un giorno intero di vacanza oltre spese di taxi e disagio. Non riuscivo a contattare il servizio clieti di booking quindi ho dovuto cercare la mia compagnia egiziana, ricaricare per le chiamate estere e parlare con un operatore. Attendo il rimborso di 40 Euro anche se il danno e ben più grande ma a detta del servizio clienti di booking non possono dare di più.
