• Giacomo (10/5): Hotel con vista gem - Il ragazzo della reception è stato molto gentile, ci ha aspettato fin dopo la mezzanotte perché il nostro bus era in ritardo. Le camere sono spaziose, accoglienti e pulite. La signora ci ha portato una buona colazione e ci ha dato indicazioni per raggiungere il gem a piedi: sono 10 minuti di camminata ma bisogna stare attenti ad attraversare la strada perché è pericolosa, valutate se chiamare un taxi. La zona intorno all'hotel non è il massimo, ma è comunque molto vicina al gem

• Sandie Burroughs (7/5): - The room was lovely, nice and big for all 3 of us cases and all. Even gave us a heater as we were a bit cold in the evening. The lady who did the cleaning was excellent. She tried her best to understand what we was saying. It took us nearly 2 hours to find the hotel. The name on Your website isn't the name which is under. If it wasn't for our Uber driver staying with us, I don't know how it would have worked out. Poor communication between us and the staff, we had to wait nearly 2 hours for the food we order with the morning staff, but we had to wait for the afternoon staff to start before anything was ordered, no one informed us what was going. It was not good at all. Don't like giving you back your change unless you keep asking them for it. It's not good practice.😠

• Pal (9/5): Very good value for the price - Good location next to the Grand Egyptian Museum and near the Pyramids. Helpful and friendly staff doing as much as they can to quickly solve the issues. Clean rooms matching with the pictures with comfortable beds. Transfer from and to the airport and to places organized by them were always on time and according to our needs with reliable drivers (recommended to avoid difficulties finding the hotel, mentioned in other comments). We enjoyed staying and would definitely return. The hotel is next to a construction site but - apart from the view - it is tolerable, there was no huge noise or any other negative affect, we felt safe on the area.

• Francesca romana (1/5): A garbage hotel - Nothing Honestly I don't know who can give this high reviews, the "hotel" was dirty and the room had a huge smell of cigarettes. Is impossible to arrive there, no one taxi know the place and the name of the hotel outside is completely different, is in a street completely not finished. Is in a garbage, only rubbish around. And completely unsafe area.

• Ash (7/5): Breakfast good and friendly female staff - Staff was friendly, especially the Dania lady the morning staff female was helpful. She made my stay comfortable. The morning breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast lady cook was great too. I highly recommend breakfast here. Worth for the price I stayed for 2 days 28£. It's close to the GEM museum, little far from the city, moderately clean. Finding the hotel at first was a night mare. Male staff support is average. Single size looked bigger in the photo but it comes without a sofa and is smaller in real life.

• Aladdin (1/5): - I didn’t stay at the property When I arrived i found no one in the reception and no one knows any thing about my reservation And there was no available room to stay in And to solve the issue the housekeeping girl ( special thanks to her ) solved the issue as she got a room in another hotel in cooperation with yassin (special thanks to him) the receptionist in another hotel called the grand museum boutique and they got me a room Without those 2 guys i would sleep in the street I don’t recommend Eqama at all and i totally recommend the other hotel they are super friendly and helpful

• Sara (1/5): An experience I won’t ever repeat. One of my worst stays in Cairo. I can’t believe how fake those reviews were! - Honestly I don’t know who gives those high reviews to such a place. I liked absolutely nothing about this place. Those reviews are just ridiculously fake. The location is very tricky for an Uber to arrive or anyone at all. The room is not that clean and although they said there should be a kettle etc. there wasn’t. When we asked for one they got such such a dirty kettle and cups that we couldn’t use. There is hair in the bedsheets that didn’t feel they were properly washed or even changed, internet is crap, the bathtub doesn’t drain water properly, water flow wasn’t good in the morning. Towels weren’t very encouraging to use. I really don’t know where and how they do their laundry to bedsheets and towels !

Situé à proximité immédiate du Grand Musée Égyptien et des Pyramides, l'emplacement est parfait pour les passionnés d'histoire comme moi. L’inn offre une atmosphère chaleureuse et conviviale. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées, garantissant un confort optimal. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la propreté impeccable et le décor typique qui ajoutent au charme de l'endroit. Le personnel est incroyablement attentif et a toujours été disponible pour répondre à mes questions ou pour m'aider à organiser des visites. Le petit-déjeuner, copieux et savoureux, m’a permis de découvrir des spécialités locales délicieuses. En résumé, [Grand Egyptian Museum Inn] est une excellente adresse pour quiconque veut explorer les merveilles de l'Égypte tout en profitant d'un hébergement de qualité. Die Lage ist unschlagbar – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Ägyptischen Museum und eine kurze Fahrt zu den Pyramiden entfernt. Das machte es unglaublich einfach, diese beeindruckenden Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Das Gasthaus selbst ist sehr einladend und gut gepflegt. Mein Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, was mir nach einem langen Tag voller Entdeckungen eine perfekte Erholung bot. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer bereit, Tipps und Empfehlungen zu geben. Das Frühstück war ein Highlight – eine köstliche Auswahl an lokalen Gerichten, die mir den idealen Start in den Tag ermöglichten. Die gemeinschaftlichen Bereiche waren ebenfalls gemütlich und luden dazu ein, mit anderen Reisenden ins Gespräch zu kommen.
