- David (10/5): Conveniently located farm state - This is a fantastic, spacious property located in a quiet rural setting, a short drive away from the city and all the conveniences the city offers, as well as having easy access to the Ballerina, Surf Coast and the Great Ocean Road. The hosts are wonderfully helpful and accommodating. There is nothing that comes to mind.
- Robyn (10/5): Magical family time at Kilmoyla Farm Stay - We really liked the location, the beautiful view, the cows and free-ranging chickens coming up to say hello. There was so much room in the house that everyone could find a place to relax and there were lots of fun things to do. Our family really enjoyed the spa, pool table and piano in particular and the giant drinks fridge was amazing. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of storage and every appliance to make catering easy. The furniture was large, comfortable and plentiful which made it very easy to relax and have a good time. The beds were comfortable with top class linen, pillows etc. Bathrooms were also well appointed, with lovely towels and extras for the spa. The outside living space was very inviting too, well laid out with more than enough seating/table space for everyone. Even our two cavvies felt welcome with dog bowls provided and a large secure yard. Everything inside and out was absolutely spotless and we immediately felt at home. The host (Theresa) was friendly, helpful and accommodating, even offering early check-in so we could get ready for a wedding which we were very grateful for. Communication was easy and they were very generous with everything they provided, including an excellent welcome hamper! Can’t think of anything we didn’t like, except leaving at the end of our stay!
- Anil (10/5): - Location and facilities. Very well maintained. Nothing
- Laura (10/5): This was the perfect home for a catch up with friends, we will definitely be back! - I really appreciated the excellent communication from the hosts, the cleanliness and spaciousness of the house, and the beautiful property and views. It felt so peaceful and relaxing immediately. Honestly nothing - we will definitely be back!
- Morgan (10/5): Family fun house! - Amazing house! Huge and also cosy! Felt very homey with lots of thoughtful touches- board games, pool table, wine glasses, stair baby gates, kids cutlery etc. Perfect for families! The cows were super cute too. Theresa is a wonderful host. Nothing! Property was great! Just need to be careful on the main road on the way in- a bit slippery when wet.

- Lisa (9/5): We had a lovely 2 night stay at Kilmoyla with our family. House is clean, spacious and private. - Location, space, house all perfect for our large family. Easy communication with host Theresa. That the sheep in the advertised pictures were not there, however totally understand reasons why. The cows did make up for it though.

- Rong (9/5): Our group had a great time, have a fun stay in, enjoying the activities and games and gathering - The owner has prepared some breakfast, and the location was good, and not far to the beach. which is good. When fitting a large group I mean 10 people. it needs 1 more bathroom
- Carmela (9/5): Kilmoyla - a hidden sanctuary near the Bellarine Peninsula - All the facilities and comfort you could wish for in a peaceful location with a lovely outlook. Well appointed kitchen. The garden swing chair is a lovely touch. As are the Outback Essence toiletries that are provided. Spacious and secure outdoor area for pets. Well managed and fully supported by the lovely property manager.
