Waschtabs!). 2 Fernseher mit englischen, französischen, spanischen u. diversen deutschen Sendern, kleine Stereoanlage. Pool und Whirpool in der geschmackvoll angelegten und sehr gepflegten Anlage. Viel Privatsphäre. Terrasse mit Liegestühlen, Tisch, Kugelgrill u. Sonnenschirm. Diverse Strandutensilien vorhanden. Ruhig, da adults only. In der Nähe (fussläufig ca. 5 min.) sehr schöne Playa Flamingo, Supermärkte, Restaurants. Zum Ort Playa Blanca ca. 10 min. zu Fuss. Bushaltestellen ebenfalls in der Nähe. Pool wird täglich gereinigt, sehr gute Zimmerreinigung ca. 1x wöchentlich (danke Marlene!). Bei Problemen (bei uns technischer Art) sofort jemand telefonisch erreichbar. Reception bei Fragen ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit. Absolut nichts!!

• Leah (10/5): An absolutely spectacular stay in Playa Blanca, with a beautiful private santuary and everything you could want within w - This was one of my favourite stays in the Canary Islands and truly exceeded expectations. Perfectly located in Playa Blanca within walking distance to everything, it still offers a sense of privacy and calm that makes it feel like your own little retreat. The outdoor space is stunning and perfect for unwinding, and the pool and hot tub were standout features, especially in the evenings when it cooled down. Everything was exactly as hoped for and more. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place in Lanzarote. There was honestly nothing I didn’t like about this property! 11/10 experience.

• Katharine (10/5): Wonderful stay, would return. - The location was fantastic, right by a little parade of shops and very close to Playa Flamingo beach. It’s by a main road but not noisy. Feels like a little green oasis, the pool is lovely and the hot tub is a great extra touch. Great sleep in the dark bedroom and comfy bed. They had thought of everything, from beach chairs and umbrellas, to beach towels, to little extras to make your stay nice. The personalised loungers on your little veranda were wonderful. It was nice and quiet and you felt like you had your own space even though there were other villas nearby. It was much nicer than the pictures. We will be returning.

• Peggy (7/5): - Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr nett und wir haben viele gute Tipps bekommen. Danke dafür. Die Villa war an sich ordentlich gepflegt. Wir hatten eine Waschmaschine und eine große Kühl-/Gefrierkombi. Leider hatten wir aufgrund des Wetters einmal kein heißes Wasser mehr zum Duschen, da der Wassertank auf dem Dach für wenig Sonne scheinbar nicht ausgelegt ist. Außerdem lebten auf unserer Terrasse Kakerlaken, welche auch den Weg unter der Tür in die Villa gefunden haben. Den Whirlpool haben wir nicht genutzt, da auch dieser durch den vielen Regen mit Dreck verunreinigt war. Eine Spülmaschine in der Küche wäre toll gewesen.

Gezellig en prachtig kleinschalig complex met ruim huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Goed geoutilleerd, koffie, thee, Chocomel lekkers, toiletrollen, handig olie en azijn en peper en zout en schoonmaakmiddelen. Tuin met max toebehoren en mooi zwembad. Heerlijk ruim en stevig bed. Een absolute aanrader. Ik zou het niet weten

• Top Scottish Tours (9/5): Great Winter Sun break - Lovely accommodation, clean and welcoming. Loved the day bed outside, and the terrace area was well kitted out with everything we needed - table, chairs, loungers, BBQ and drying lines. 5 minute walk to a well stocked Spar store and some bars and restaurants, and far greater choices within a 10 - 15 minute walk. The only thing we could complain about was that people from the other villas walked past the terraces to get to the exit which took away from your privacy a little bit... If everyone used the pathways from the front doors of the villas it wouldn't have been a problem! Think some people saw this as a bit of a short cut.
• Georgina (7/5): Generally a nice property. Staff very helpful. - We stayed for 16 nights. Our room was serviced 3 times. This was inadequate due to fact we could not flush away used toilet paper. This meant we had used toilet paper in our bathroom for 5 days...a health hazard . Also fitted sheet did not fit mattress properly and kept sliding down. Noise from the road was also an issue. Reception only open Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm.

• Amanda (4/5): Pleased we were only there for 3 nights.... Outside area a lot better than the inside - The location was fine for beaches,shops and bars/restaurants. The outside space is lovely, large covered patio area with the addition of a hot tub, loungers, double day bed and a charcoal bbq if needed. Comfortable beds. 1 - The downside of location is there is a moped,quad and motorbike shop directly opposite the residence and you are nearly constantly hearing the engines running. 2 - Considering the resort manager went to see if the suit was ready for us, when we entered, there was a dead cockroach on the floor, directly as you walked in and a cup stain on a low level unit. (The cleanliness was something to be desired) 3 - What it doesnt show on the listing is the recycle bins are within 10 yds of the apartment which were over-flowing and rubbish was strewn around. 4 - The maintenance store (We ended up calling it the Bat Cave) is directly behind this particular apartment with the access leading down the side and the maintence person was constantly in and out. 5 - Broken shower shelf still attached to the shower holder (sharp edges) 6 - No matching drinking glasses. (This was rectified when mentioned) 7 - Hardley any kitchen utensils, the ones that were there, they were rather worn and grubby. (This was rectified when mentioned) 8 - No views, only close proximity walls from any of the windows 9 - What looked like 2 survilance camaras located in the apartment (We covered the lenses up to be on the safe side)
• Max (9/5): Great stay and reasonable value. - Great location and very peaceful. Very well laid out and very clean and well equipped. Generally very comfortable. The tv system should be upgraded to smart TVs for streaming Netflix etc. Some of the furniture is a little tired looking and should be updated soon.
• Linda (10/5): Chilled and can’t wait to return - Just back from a week here and hope to return again. Best word to describe it was chilled. The villas have everything you could need, from the beach towels , to tea towels, extras for beach days (camp chairs and parasols and cool box) and extras for your stay with the wonderful welcome pack. The Villa itself was spacious and ideal for spending the evening watching TV (take your fire stick and easy to connect for a quiet evening if you want).The sofa was comfortable as was the enormous bed! Days could be spend on your private terrace , well equipped with your own sun lounger, chairs and shade, or in the gardens and pool area which was always quiet and even when others around it was still peaceful and so spread out that you are not crammed in. The location is also excellent, near to shops for groceries , and a short stroll to the promenade if you want to venture out for meals etc. The host was so welcoming and lovely, sorting out return taxi to the airport. All the staff were polite and welcoming. In all honestly - nothing. I have stayed in far worse hotels which were so called 4 star. Have read some negative comments where people couldn’t find bins - had to walk past them at the entrance? I understand personal preferences, given the cost for this, it seriously is great value in my opinion.

The property itself is fine but the admin office is not staffed over the weekend/bank holiday so any problems arising you need to call a phone number

• katrina (4/5): - Location These suites are not value for money.... No reception at weekends, self check in which in our case was to an uncleaned suite! We made contact with Tanya who quickly redirected us to suite 3. Apartment is very tired, warped floors ( was told this was from recent heavy rain in the area!) Towels and linen need renewing, some very worn. Room cleaning and fresh towels are supposed to be changed mid week, had to ask for towels and toilet paper and for our suite to be cleaned which was at this stage was Thursday of our stay. Ants were a problem in the kitchen, they said they would spray but it was still a problem before we left! I know the road beside these suites is beyond their control but it is noisy and the quad bike shop opposite also can be loud. On a positive note outdoor garden is lovely, well maintained and hot tub a nice touch. Pool is small.
• Digbylove (10/5): Comodidad y tranquilidad - Muy buena limpieza, buenas instalaciones, espacio, comodidad, buena ubicación, mucha tranquilidad y privacidad y un gran equipamiento para cubrir necesidades particulares. Electrodomésticos nuevos y muy limpios y todos funciona bien. El baño es poco espacioso en comparación al tamaño de la villa. El inodoro es bastante incómodo. Muy bajo, y con poco espacio de movilidad. El espejillo auxiliar inexistente porque estaba colocado al revés de su uso en lugar inapropiado, imposible de usar. El jacuzzi exterior sólo funcionó un día. Los colchones tienen demasiadas 'capas' y bastantes sobrefundas, lo que es bastante incómodo porque se arrugan mucho y molestan
• John Arthur (10/5): A home from home place to stay. - We have just returned home to Masplaomas in Gran Canaria from a most relaxing Christmas break at Villas New Lanzasuites Plus in Playa Blanca and must thank Tania, the receptionist, the housekeeping and maintenance staff. Everything was perfect. Absolutely nothing. Everything in the villa was as advertised. The private jacuzzi and terrace is very secluded. The complex is near the great promenade, shops, restaurants, and pubs.

• Bedders (5/5): Tired - Location The apartment is very tired ,mold on various points , electric sockets hanging out of wall .both tv's stopped working, unfortunately on Christmas eve so took some days to sort. Pool heated (i don't think so). In the pictures they showed slippers and dressing gown, had to virtually beg for 1 dressing gown . Bedding poor quality and didn't fit properly. Bath towels that must be for under 10's

The suites were really well equipped and having small things like washing up liquid, scrubbers, washing powder etc was great. The welcome pack was a lovely touch too. Tanja was fantastic, so welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. She's a wonderful asset to the place. It was very quiet and it was great to have your own little terrace to lie out on. The hot tub was great too. It was nice to have trees and greenery around the suites. There was also segregated recycling which was great to see. The bed was huge and really comfy. There was an iron and ironing board which was useful. There was. plenty of wardrobe space too. There were Insect screens on the windows which was good. Oh and the Christmas decorations were a nice touch too. Nothing really, it was all great. The bike shop across the way revving quad bikes now and again could be a bit annoying but didn't impact the holiday.

• ERIK (8/5): Hadden leuke tijd, voelde ons snel aangepast. - Locatie was super, aan de zeepromenade. Kort bij voedingswinkel en toch niet in drukke deel van P.B. Was onze 5e keer in P.B. en telkens andere accommodatie. Lanzasuites voldeed zeker aan onze wensen. Niet te grote residentie, 8 huisjes rond 1 geklimatiseerd zwembad(28°) en whirlpool. Correcte prijsverhouding en lieve Tania aan de receptie. Mijn echtgenoot vind het kunstgras wat kitscherig maar beter dit dan slecht natuurlijk grasperk, gezien het klimaat ginder. En toch wel geluid buiten, niet in huisje, van de grote baan die er naast loopt.

• Judith (7/5): - Great location close to Flamingo Beach. Phase 1 and 2 have lovely gardens with shared pool and jacuzzi. Friendly staff. Villa 19 is at the rear of the complex next to a car park. Jacuzzi was not working properly on arrival but was fully fixed for the last couple of days of the holiday. A number of minor points were raised with the receptionist on departure.

• Erich (10/5): - Das Appartement mit Garten liegt 5 Gehminuten entfernt vom Hafen und der Uferpromenade in absoluter Ruhelage. Wir haben uns sehr über das Willkommenspaket im Kühlschrank gefreut und den Whirlpool im Garten oft genutzt. Das Service an der Rezeption durch Tanja war sehr freundlich und kompetent - besser geht es eigentlich nicht.

• Vicki (7/5): It was ok - Clean and good for up to 4 staying. Ok location but we preferred the marina end for restaurants. It was good that we’d hired a car so we could get provisions from a larger supermarket as the smaller local ones weren’t that well stocked. The smaller of the 2 bedrooms was very noisy when someone was staying in the villa attached. It must have been attached to the kitchen as you could hear the coffee machine very clearly and full conversations. The front room seating isn’t really big enough for 4 adult guests
• Amy (10/5): Amazing! 5 star accommodation. - Tanja on reception was so friendly and welcoming, and the accommodation was outstanding! The staff and management pay great attention to detail and have really given a lot of thought to what people need during their stay. A fridge stocked with drinks, a BBQ, beach towels and chairs, a cooler box, comfortable furniture, a hot tub, great location I could go on and on! Great work. We'll definitely be back.

The host was incredibly helpful, and even helped us secure a rental car when there was none available anywhere else. Would definitely stay again Nothing
• Tracy (3/5): Very disappointed with cleanliness - We stayed in villa 7 arrived late evening. Went shopping next day picked few items up place in kitchen after 30 mins all food was covered in ants. Was told slight problem with ants so put food in microwave. Did not expect to find ants all in the villa even in the bed. Complained several times did keep coming in and spraying but they returned every day. Was given a refund but very minimal for the amount we paid for the villas. Villas need updating and complex could do with a good cleaning. Swimming pool did not look clean either. Very disappointed with the stay asked for bed to be changed as it did smell, and ants crawling in bed, this was done straight away. Not clean
• Sandra (7/5): Great location and quiet relaxing holiday - Quietness, location, pool area, terrace with loungers, comfortable bed, good shower. Good choice of bars and restaurants within short walk or along the prom if looking for longer walk. Water damaged kitchen floor at fridge (warped flooring) and asked couple of times about having a large overhanging bush outside our terrace trimmed but hadnt happened before we left.
• Mel23 (6/5): Great location but the outside is better than the inside. - The location was good, and it was quiet. I expected so much more from the description. The welcome pack was okay, but so many people said it was "good". The hot tub was cold, there was scum in the water (unlike the communal one which was spotlessly clean). The bungalow was a lot smaller than I thought it would be. The tv in the bedroom wasn't working. There was no air con, just a noisy fan. There wasn't ample toiletries for our stay. There was no one around in reception for the whole of the weekend. They open Mon - Fri, 9 - 5. We arrived Thursday at 5:30, and there was no one around. We "checked in" the next morning. This was brief, and no "tour" of the accommodation was offered. We tried to message the reception staff over the weekend on the WhatsApp number we had been given, but no one responded. There was also mention of drinks in a fridge near the pool. I didn't see this. There was also a "poolside" shower room you could use when you checked out before your flight. It was disgusting. It required a good clean and a lick of paint. I was wary of even using the toilet. There was also a faulty or old hot tub dumped outside our bungalow by the maintenance staff, I presume. It was unsightly.
