• elisabet (10/5): Descubreix Venecia a un preu raonable - Molt confortable en una zona on encara es manté mínima vida autòctona, però caminant a uns 25min de la plaça Sant Marco. Al costat d'un jardí i del gran canal... Res.
• Alessandra (6/5): Carino ma - Abbiamo prenotato la scrittura per visitare la biennale e per questo scopo la posizione è perfetta. Ambienti spaziosi. Pulizia ok L’appartamento è a piano terra e si affaccia su una stradina. Probabilmente nelle vicinanze c’era un evento perché, con le finestre chiuse, si sentiva musica altissima. In bagno non c’era nulla, mi sarei aspettata almeno un kit sapone, bagnoschiuma e per andare in doccia bisognava salire un gradino (un po’ pericoloso). In cucina c’è il frigo ma non la ghiacciaia. É richiesto di pulire i piatti e non lasciare nulla di sporco e di buttare la spazzatura.
• Richard (8/5): Excellent location - Cheap and cheerful - it's smaller than the photos imply but has everything you could need. Beds were clean and shower was decent. Fans were much appreciated as it was very hot. The street is a lot more quaint than it looks on Google maps. Location is excellent - some nice parks to both sides and shops and transport links a short walk. We arrived at 4am and checked ourselves in. Marcia was great for checking in to see how we were finding it and providing information. Bathroom feels a bit like a utility room with the mop/bucket and washing machine next to the shower. Blankets on the beds were scratchy and uncomfortable. The door takes some persistence to lock and unlock as it's heavy and uses huge deadbolts - my partner could not do it.
• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay in Venice. The host was great and very helpful with any queries we had. Would definitely stay here again.
• Zaneta (10/5): Great secluded place. - Cheap and cheerful for Venice in peak times. Good host. Great location. No direct sunlight so apartment does not get too hot in summer months. We really liked it. Secluded , but you leave your windows open for the night. So people may walk by your windows talking loudly. This was not an often issue. But this may happen.
• Catarina (10/5): Exceptional - Marcia is a lovely and helpful hostess. Location was great, close to the vaporetto. The washing machine has a quick program for sweaty clothes. You get to experience hanging clothes outside the Italian way. Hop to be able to return one day.

• Dalys (9/5): Superb - Really nice place. The coffee and some things for breakfast are great. You have to take the trash with you but they do not specify where are the containers.

Marcia was extremely helpful and always responded quickly to our requests. The shower is very small. The address on Booking.com is incorrect so check to make sure you have the correct one if you are staying here.

• Nadia (7/5): Great location for a short stay. - The location was excellent and it was situated on a quiet little street close to shops and the canal. It was sufficient for our 1 night stay. Self check in was convenient. The paintwork could do with some attention. No mention of cameras within the property. The ceiling fan was very noisy so was switched off but as there was no air conditioning, it made the small bedroom Feel very warm.

The location on the website wasn't correct, and the explanations of the host were not helpful at all because of the bed English of the host. Finally we found the place after she gave us a new address, different than that in booking.com. After that, the host was more concerned about not spending electricity if we were doing laundry, turning off the fan (no air conditioning!), and taking out the trash on the appointed day than for our convenience.
• Lena (8/5): Very good - The location of the apartment was perfect - very close to the Biennale, in a quiet (as much as possible in Venice) quarter, close to a lovely park. But all the sights were still very easy to reach by foot. We loved our stay here.
• Agnieszka (9/5): A perfect place for a Biennale stay over! - Perfectly located, with all the equipment you need, it is a great place for a Biennale visit. It is quiet, cozy and affordable! Nothing at all, everything was at its right place!
• Annabella (8/5): Very good - Great location. Easy communication with the owner. There áré cameras inside the apartment. In the kitchen there is no any hangét or side table for the guest.. A hangét would be important in the bathroom too.
• Nicole (8/5): Very good - A cute little Guesthouse set quite close to central Venice. Comfortable bed. Shower is small but adequate with good water pressure. Although an iron was available it wasn't suitable to use on our clothes as it would've ruined them (the metal part was burned/dirty). No extra facilities such as coffee or tea were available although there was a kettle.

We were deeply touched by her hospitality and felt at home throughout our visit. From the initial booking process to check-in and check-out, Marcia ensured we were well-informed and cared for, regularly checking in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly. She went above and beyond to assist us, even taking the time to explain details like the garbage collection system and writing a note in Italian for the collectors on our behalf. Marcia's dedication to our comfort was evident when she personally greeted us at the stop late at night upon our arrival. Her accessibility and willingness to help extended beyond the accommodations, as she provided valuable recommendations for shopping and dining options. During a shopping trip at the coop, Marcia unexpectedly appeared and assisted us in finding specific items, demonstrating her resourcefulness and local knowledge. Her warm and attentive nature made us feel like part of her family. The location of the place was ideal, being impeccably clean and conveniently situated near key attractions such as St. Mark's Square and the Bridge of Sighs. Additionally, essential amenities like the grocery store and park were just a short walk away, with easy access to the water bus stop. Our experience was so positive that we are already looking forward to returning in the future. We highly recommend booking a stay at Marcia's place for a memorable and enjoyable visit.
