Guest Reviews

- Demirhan61 (8/5): I definitely recommend it. - The place is very clean and comfortable.Air conditioning is working. The kitchen and bathroom are clean. There is everything for people, including toilet paper and shampoo. All the employees are good people.A beautiful environment where you will feel safe. This is one of the two best places among the hostels I've been to.Thank you for everything. The beds are not very firm.

- Kleanso (10/5): Very comfortable and enjoyable stay -
- Matizepco (4/5): It is a shared apartment, not a hostel. - It is an apartment far from the center full of beds, it is not a hostel, the first time I went they were not very friendly, the person does not speak any English and they do not accept credit cards. The good thing is that there is a washing machine and the place is clean and has a spacious living room. There is a camera in the room, when you sleep someone can be watching your bed and that is very creepy. I have never seen that in any accommodation. They should take that camera out and leave it in the entrance or the living room.
- John (4/5): it was okay. - it was a nice place and nice people there is a camera inside the room, thats creepy. and in the morning i woke up because theres a diacussion between guest and owner right beside my bed.
- Attila (8/5): Very good - Using of washing machine is free, the room was warm and clean. The price was very low. Bad location and it was impossible to find the Bus that takes there because some of the buses have no sign at all so I had to walk every day.
- Backpack (7/5): I would not go back - Smiling staff
Washing machine Issue with the confirmation on booking
Guests do not respect the quietness of the dorm and play videos without headset.
Staff do not come often enough to check if everybody respects the place calmness
- Bilal (7/5): Good - - Old lady for the chack-in was nice
Available washing machine - Far from the city center
Lack of staff for informations, help etc
Lack of a hostel vibe
- Olessya (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, good location, good WiFi, comfortable and big kitchen.

- Subcan (1/5): Unsafe place for tourists ! Good for local people ! - Nothing! Very unsafe place for foreigners because of indigenous inmates living/ working for delivery companies ! I would not go there again ! Any mishaps owner lady and her son give a cold shoulder!
- Merita (1/5): Bad -
- Normantas (7/5): Good - Hostel conditions, fair price
- Mohammad (8/5): Very good -
- Joni_photography (8/5): Very good - Mir nata kaloj relax super Mir Faleminderit shpresojm te vim serisht
- Aleksei (10/5): Exceptional - This is the second time I’ve stayed here, I like everything, and most importantly, this hostel is warm, cozy and there are two free washing machines on the floor. Definitely the best hostel in Tirana
- Mohammad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wing (8/5): A good place to stay longer. - The building is new, so the apartment for only ladies is new. Unfortunately water was suddenly cut one day and that made the bathroom impossible to use. The staff was very helpful and kind. It's like staying in a neighborhood, no tourist distraction around. It wasn't very easy to find it; as mentioned in another review, the boys dorm is the one with the address. For the girls dorm, it's in another building, 5 minutes walk from the boys' dorm location. Overall both hostel locations are a bit outside the city centre. However once you become familiar with walking or busing to the centre, then it's fine. It's not convenient for those staying one night only. And it's good for those staying a stretch.
- Anastasia (7/5): Basic cute place to sleep and rest - Good location about 20-30 min walking from the center, very quiet, has a small kitchen Super basic, small, hard to find if u don’t know coz there is no board outside or so
- Kimonas (4/5): Disappointing -
- Matthew (8/5): Good -
- Pradeep (4/5): Disappointing -
- Rıza (7/5): Good - The staff was kind. There is a locker inside the room and they provided a towel. The area for sleeping (sheets, towel etc.) and the bathroom was clean. The location was a little far but easy to find. Good for the price. Some of the guests are staying here for a long time so they think that this is their place and don't respect others. Speaking loud, their stuff are everywhere etc. The kitchen and the beds are in the same room. It is always smelling inside the room because the guests cook a lot of things.
- Jm (2/5): Horrible experience - Crowded, the kitchen is one of the rooms, more than 20 people in 20 m2
- Ouakrim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anjum (10/5): Exceptional - All good
- Aigar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Constance (9/5): It’s a little secluded, but very clean and excellent value for money! - Really clean, nice quality sheets. The girls side is just one bedroom (sleeping 6 people) and the kitchen and bathroom. Really excellent value for money. I enjoyed it! I appreciated having only women around. The wifi was not working most of the time I was there’s The location is pretty far out. I didn’t mind it too much, but just something to consider. It takes around 35 minutes to walk from the central bus station to the hostel. The girls side is NOT what Google Maps sends you to. It is a minute walk away from the boys side (ie a whole block away). This felt a little confusing.
- Aigar (10/5): Host in Tirana - It is a nice and clean house with a large balcony and very friendly staff :)
The cost of this hostel is just an amazing 😍 The location is little out from the city center but its a nice walk :)
- Sahil (8/5): Very good -
- Carlos (7/5): Good - It is not a comfortable place, the beds and the kitchen are in the same room. Very few kitchen utensils, just a couple of pots and pans, there are no cups. There are guests who pay monthly and they talk on the phone loudly and even after midnight. They also snore a lot, it is really difficult to sleep well, and there is a rule regarding the check out time.
- Matthew (7/5): Good price, nice roommates - Lively group of roommates, and polite. Budget price is a great way to save money. I got a big locker and a towel, and free laundry. Overall great. Need a few more dishes and cutlery. A little far out from center. Owner did not provide a receipt for payment.
- Sun (8/5): Best for Backpackers and budget travels - Cheap and valuable Kitchen in bed room
No check in desk
The lady don't speak English but she manages n simpatica
- István (7/5): Good - This is a hostel. Do not expect too much, but the price is very good.
- Qaraisayev (4/5): Disappointing - nice and clean place
- Clodio (7/5): Good -
- V_vic (10/5): Very good place. - Place is very good. Hostel is located in a new apartment house in a good neighborhood. There is well equipped kitchen directly in the room. They provide big towels and change it every day. A the greatest thing is a really big locker for all your things. Wi-Fi works good too. A little bit far from the city center. Some electric power sockets didn’t work.
- Cantor (9/5): Superb -
- Hana (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent place
Very good
- Roman (3/5): Poor - Not much, to be honest. I was curious to see what a €6 hostel looked like, and the verdict is: you get what you pay for. The bedroom and kitchen were within one room so the smell of different people's cooking was nauseating. Add to that the draft from open doors and windows, the unnecessary air-conditioning and the ensemble of loud and inconsiderate guests and you get the worst hostel in history. The place is also miles away from central Tirana and getting anything to eat in the area is a mission. Avoid!
- Natasmi (7/5): Good - One guy was kicked out without being told the reason
- Kleanso (10/5): Would definitely come back - Amazing place. Very kind host. Very clean room. Will definitely come back another time. Highly recommended!!!
- Deni (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (5/5): Passable -
- Alma (10/5): Exceptional - safe environment security, peace
- Ali (7/5): Good -
- Alma (10/5): Exceptional - ☺️
- Eoin (1/5): Disgusting and full of bedbugs - Firstly, the bunk beds were in the kitchen, where people were cooking from early on to very late at night. Clothes end up stinking of food.
Secondly, I found a bedgub on my matress. When I explained to the owner, he brushed it off. I packed up and left upon finding that there was bedbugs, as my clothes/bad had also being lying on the bed that day, and I have read that is how they are transported. I will now have to decontaminate my clothes and bag.
- Serdan (5/5): Passable - It's cheap and clean The kitchen is in the dorm and there is no air vantilation so when someone cooks the smell stays inside the room for a while.
- Deni (10/5): Exceptional - price, and service
- Usman (10/5): Exceptional -
- Luiza (6/5): Pleasant - Good price The girls room doesnt have AC
- Luís (8/5): Very good - Excellent value for your money. The host was very helpful not only during the check-in, but throughout our whole stay. The space could be a little bit cleaner.
- Luz (6/5): Pleasant - Good price, friendly staff. Easy walk to the center of Tirana. The common area it’s the room as well. Lacks privacy and the kitchen it’s next to the bunk beds. But for the price; the beds are comfortable and the staff keeps it as clean as possible. Has AC in the main room and balcony access.
You get what you pay, nothing more.
- Marstin (6/5): Pleasant -
- Fm (6/5): Pleasant -
- Fm (6/5): Pleasant -
- Fm (6/5): Recommended if price is a priority!!! - Cheap accommodation costs.
Free towels and sheets.
Free use of washing machines.
Free laundry detergent.
Free natural water. The description of the accommodation facilities states that there are women-only rooms, but these are practically non-existent.
One living room in one of the two apartment rooms (1 LK) is designated as women-only, but should be considered a mixed room as men can also stay there. Moreover, there is no air conditioning in that room.
Laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent and especially toilet paper were often out of stock.
Few toilet & shower rooms for the number of people.
One toilet & shower room for 8 persons.
The other rooms were one toilet & shower room for 13 people.
Moreover, the toilet and shower were together, which was very inconvenient.
Location far from the city centre. The availability of local buses meant that it was not as inconvenient as expected, but depending on the timing, there were long waits.
No signage of the hostel name on the outside of the building, which makes it very confusing for visitors who are not familiar with the area.
Staff were often absent at all times, which meant that customers had to deal with new customers.
- Nika (8/5): Very good -
- Ouhiba (8/5): Very good - The upper bed is moving at each movement.
The kitchen is in the bed area with Aircon
- Anthony (9/5): Generally good, particularly for price - Generally good, free washing machine, great facilities for price. Not particularly spacious, Wi-Fi didn’t work well in the front room, but was good else where.
- Altin (8/5): Very good -
- Deni (10/5): Exceptional - a quiet environment, with rules, family environment, clean, there was free water, free washing machine, perfect
- Amálie (10/5): Really good experience! - Beds were super comfortable, owner was really kind, other hosts were also really kind and helpful. Nice place to stay. It was really good place to stay for this price.
- Mustafa (7/5): Good -
- Mari (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice staff, very safe place.
- Ahmet (10/5): Exceptional -
- Depcke (10/5): Frendly environment - Dimitry very nice host!
- Sam (6/5): Okay for 1 or 2 nights, would not stay longer - The price was quite low and the staff was very friendly. They are really helpful. The location of the hostel wasn't ideal, it was a good 30 minute walk from the center and it was almost just as long by bus. The beds weren't that comfortable and the bathroom wasn't that clean.
- Franco (10/5): The best price in Tirana - Dhimitri is a great host
The price is super cheap
It's easy to go to the city center by bus from the hostel (10 min aprox)
The lady owner is very kind too
- Franco (10/5): Feels like home - Dhimitri and the Lady owner are the best
There is a chill room to play games and drink People should not cook after 11:00 pm
- Franco (10/5): Dhimitri you are the best my friend, thank you bro - Dhimitri is always willing to help you and make sure your stay is comfortable and nice.
Is very cheap
Just 10 min from the city center by bus
The lady owner is very kind too
Very near to a grocery shop to buy beers or food
Very near to Maria Bonita
- Simon (9/5): Ask for Dimitri and he will make your stay easy. - Very clean, comfortable beds in a quiet area. Dimitri was very helpful. He and the owner helped us with an early morning taxi, we were so grateful for their help. Only one toilet for two rooms is a little inconvenient. There aren't many options for food in the local area.
- Galib (5/5): Passable - I have reserved my bed but when I get there owner said no more space and gave me 2nd floor of bunk bed. I asked why ? he talked nonsense. Acted as racist because of I am Turkish.
- Kaitlyn (8/5): Very good - The guys running the hostel were very sweet and helpful. They keep the hostel very clean and offer use of the washing machine for free. Comfortable beds and AC in the main room. They have a water cooler with mountain spring water.
It’s located in a family neighborhood and felt safe. The girls only room didn’t have AC. Thankfully I was able to switch to the main room that had AC.
- Kemausour (9/5): Superb -
- Przemysław (9/5): Superb - Dimitri was very friendly, good to talk to and helpful. The hostel itself was what you'd expect for the price, but everything in order, kept clean and tidy. There are big lockers available to use, a common room, balcony and a small kitchen The shower is very small and had no curtain so you have to shower very carefully not to wet the whole toilet area
- Akram (5/5): Passable - The price very good Far away for the central and not comfortable enough.
- Majid (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pier (7/5): Economic and friendly hostel - The price and the staff! Dimitri is extraordinary, understand immediately what you want. A lot of people inside a room.
- Fifi (7/5): The owner and manager are very nice, but the location is a bit remote - The owner and manager of this hotel provide good service. It is clean, tidy and has air conditioning. This hotel is located 3 kilometers away from the city center. The bus is very inconvenient and it takes 35 to 40 minutes to walk. The first time I searched the name of this hotel, I arrived at a location in the city center. After searching for a long time without success, I borrowed the WiFi of a cafe and contacted the administrator to find out that it was another location. Then I followed the location and walked for 40 minutes to a residential area. There was no sign downstairs, and I didn’t have internet and couldn’t borrow internet. I searched downstairs for 15 minutes before I met a guest who took me upstairs. This was really painful.
The kitchen is built inside the room without any partition, which is a bit inconvenient
What's even more terrifying is that I met an old Japanese woman here. She wanted to restrict me in everything and liked to preach. I felt like I was living a year in a day. This is not the hotel‘s problem. I was just unlucky to meet bad roommates.
- Jooyong (5/5): Reluctant to recommend it - Nothing It was located on the outskirts so it was difficult to access.
- Fumiko (9/5): A travel oasis where you can feel at home!!! - As a new hostel, it does not have a full range of cooking equipment, but if requested, they will respond immediately.
As it is located in a suburban area, it is a little far from the city centre, but this is not a particular problem as it is within convenient travelling distance by bus. The Wi-Fi communication environment is not stable. Sometimes it takes a long time or goes down when looking something up or uploading data. If the communication environment could be improved, it would be perfect!
- Fumiko (9/5): Superb -
