• eugen (5/5): Never Again - The room itself was clean and the mattress was great and sheets clean. The other guests made noise, left a towel with some blood on the toilet floor, the toilet was never clean. There wasn't any soap and neither the shower and that was frustrating cause i use to travel light expecting to have some sort of cleaning products. I never had this problem cause i never used the fridge but i seen many ppleople used it and had the surprise to have the items stolen from the fridge. The whole building feels abandoned, didn't felt safe.

• Proincalza (6/5): Buena ubicación, muchas cosas por mejorar - puedo decir que la ubicación es muy buena las instrucciones confusas para acceder al cuarto, adicional , el cuarto no contaba con sistema de blackout o cortina gruesa y del exterior ingresaba toda la luz exterior, gracias a que un huésped amablemente compartió su cortina se pudo dormir

• Ff (4/5): - Удобное расположение Top Lage Great location Deutsch ​Das Zimmer roch stark nach Zigaretten, sogar die Kissen haben den Gestank angenommen. Es gab keine Heizung, weshalb es im Zimmer extrem kalt war. Die Bettdecken waren viel zu klein und kurz, was die Nacht sehr ungemütlich machte. Ein weiteres großes Problem war das Wasser: Warmwasser war nur für etwa 10 Minuten verfügbar, danach kam nur noch kaltes Wasser. Insgesamt ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt. ​English ​The room had a strong smell of cigarettes, and even the pillows stank of smoke. There was no heating, making the room freezing cold. The blankets were far too small and short, which was very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, hot water only lasted for about 10 minutes before running out completely. It was a very unpleasant experience.

• KHALETSKI (1/5): - Ничего Хуже не придумаешь. Целый день шел дождь, вымокли очень сильно . Пришли к месту где должен был быть ключ от нашей комнаты, а ключа не оказалось. Поддержка разбиралась два часа , которые мы в это время стояли на улице и не знали что делать . В итоге предоставили комнату по другому адресу , которая была ужасно грязная , карниз держится на люстре , пол такое ощущение вообще никто не мыл . В квартиру заходишь такой запах травки накуреной что ужас. Никому не рекомендую

We didn’t have electricity for the entire time we were there, we couldn’t see anything in the building and it was hot. Tried to speak with the agency through booking for a partial compensation, but still haven’t heard back from them.

• valeria (1/5): HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - I stayed at this property for two nights in Vienna, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. First of all, the room shown in the pictures had absolutely nothing to do with the room I was given. The advertisement was very misleading. Additionally, at no point did the listing mention that this was a shared hostel with other people. This is not necessarily a problem for me, but it is something guests should be clearly informed about before booking. I paid a total of €290 for two nights, which didn’t even amount to a full 48 hours. For that price, I expected a minimum level of comfort and honesty. Instead, the conditions were far from acceptable. I was only given two small towels, both of which had visible stains. They didn’t even bother to provide large towels suitable for showering. On top of that, there was no shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, or even hand soap in the bathroom. The customer service was also very poor. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. I had to walk around Vienna from 11:00 in the morning until 3:00 pm because I was not allowed to enter the apartment earlier. When I called to ask for help or any possible solution, she simply told me that there was nothing she could do and that “this is how it is.” The bedroom window was terrible, offering no sound insulation at all. I could hear every single car passing on the street, which made it very difficult to rest. I lived in Vienna for two years, so I am familiar with the city and its districts, and I know from experience that District 10 is not the best area. That said, if the owners are charging €150 per night, I at least expected clean, decent-sized towels and basic bathroom amenities, even if it was just a simple body wash dispenser. I don’t mind paying around €300 for two nights, but I do expect basic decency, cleanliness, and accurate information. My overall experience left me very frustrated. This stay could have been completely different

• Ladislav Dienes (3/5): - Blízko je zastávka potraviny ale rušná ulica aj v noci.😒😒😒😒😒 Komplikácie kým sa dopracovať viete ku kľúčom na ubytovanie je napísané v emaily kde nájdete kľúče a žiaľ musíte volať aj tak aby nejaký poslik prišiel a nevie nič ako sa tam dostať. Jedna zásuvka na celú izbu. Ďalší rodinný príslušník môže zabudnúť nabíjať si napr mobil po celom dni. Spoločná chladnička kde do rána zmiznú veci. Objednávka aj potvrdenie prišlo zvlášť postele dostali sme manželskú. Sprcha toaleta v dezolátnom stave špinavá upratovačka nebola vôbec ani kôš vyspať. Katastrofa úplne hoci sme len na dve noci chceli využiť izbu a vyspať sa.

• Marie (10/5): A place to relax in a buzzing area - Located between Reumannplatz and Hauptbahnhof, there are plenty of options to explore the surroundings or Vienna at large by public transport. The apartment is located on an upper floor, and (an admittedly rather cozy dimensioned) elevator allows access from street level without taking any stairs. Staying for a couple of days, the intense cleaning of rooms between changes of guests was well noticed and highly appreciated in the shared bathroom and kitchen. The room offers beautiful reflections of sunlight from the glass facade opposite the street and impressive sunsets over Favoriten's rooftops. The sheets are clean, comfy, and warm, and the pillows allow to skink into wishing to never wake up again. Any issues that have arisen have been properly taken care of in a timely manner.

• Miktia (1/5): Worst place/service for money. It shouldn’t exist on the market. - I liked that I finally could get inside after fighting with landlord. Nice kitchen. Cozy shower. They cheated on street number and put it wrong. Then they mistaken in code for doors and didn’t pick up the phone so only after 30 mins and changing the number we finally reached them. The location they provide is home for homeless people. The actual location that you can get only after payment is not so different - looking like it’s after the 3rd world war. Trash bags are laying on the way to the entrance. Elevator is so scary like you are in Oświęcim. After passing all the challenges we got in and - there’s no electricity. Bang!! After reporting it to landlord I felt like it’s my fault that I bother her for no reason and she knows everything already. In the evening landlord called me cos she couldn’t get into her own apartment and she supposed me to open the doors 🤡. Once on the new year night someone closed the building at 19:00 and nobody could get into. We started thinking to sleep under the doors 😉. Good that we lucky and after 20 mins of waiting on a wind some generous guy opened the street doors. A painting in our room just fell down on our eyes. Thanks that not on feet 💪🏿. When we departed from this place we were so happy it is in the past…sorry, no photos because we wanted to asap move out but believe me it’s most terrible place you can visit.

• Meszka (1/5): Bad - Nothing The photos on the website are very different from what is actually offered, the room was dirty, the sheets on the bed were crumpled, the room was not cleaned well, the contact with the landlord was poor The landlord does not accept any responsibility for the complaint submitted. His behavior is dishonest as we did not stay there after viewing the room and they do not want to refund our money. The bathroom is dirty, what's more, we found our own in a towel in the bathroom cabinet. The photos are heavily retouched to encourage people to rent, but in reality it turns out to be completely different Overall, I do not recommend it to anyone, I am disgusted by what I found.

• Krzysztof (2/5): Very poor - Location was quite good because it is close to train station, but it turned out that the address was slightly different than that provided in the information about the facility. The current address is 7 minutes away. In general, the stay was ok. Attention! Sharing a fridge in the facility was not the best idea, mainly because when we left our things there, someone stole them. The room didn't seem very clean, but we didn't have high expectations. In any case, I will not choose this place to stay overnight again.

• Stevodx (1/5): Stay away from this place it is truly awful. - Nothing Everything. The place was extremely dirty. The room was very small and nothing compared to what the photos looked like. There is only one room that looks like in the photos but the owner promotes all rooms are the same like in the photo. The shared bathroom is extremely dirty an no one is cleaning it. It smells bad everywhere, the doors don’t work properly and the host is very rude. We asked for to move the room that we booked and the host said he is full so we have to stay in that small dirty room. Stay away from this place it is the worst. The neighborhood is bad. Stains of blood everywhere. Horror experience.
• Bartek (5/5): You get what you paid for. - Close to the train station and busy Favoriten st. where you can get some street food, beer or groceries. Place good for few nights. This place is on the busy street. Day and night there is a traffic so you gonna need ear plugs. If you get that place in the summer be prepared for sauna like conditions. Opened window doesn't help really, and you need earplugs to get some sleep. Loose toilet sit, shower curtain cant be closed. Place needs some maintenance.

I had to book a different area because they didnt answer once i aeived and asked where the acrual unit is in the building. Booking this location is a waste of time and effort.

• Carine (4/5): Disappointing - I like the fact that public transportation was very good. The hygiene! The bedsheets were very dirty and had not so good smell. The curtains too. I couldn't use the towels because of the first impression I had about the room. And the bathroom wasn't clean the footmat was very unkept and dirty, no hand towels or good handsoap. Not to talk of the toilet, an apartment shared by many is supposed to have a top notch hygiene. The toilet neither had disinfectant nor soap wash after use. Nothing to clean the toilet with. I didn't enjoy my stay and I could hardly sleep well on those sheets.
