• Hilda (9/5): Superb - Outdoor BBQ area Private pool Air conditioned throughout although only needed it at night. Access to shops, restaurants, pubs. Square about a 2.5km walk along the sea front, we did this everyday. Cleaning service after week 1. There was nothing we didn't like about this property, it was ideal for a group of 7

• Gerrit (4/5): House was comfortable, service by Sabbia Suites below level. - Following your mailrequest from Sabbia suites to inform us on our comments, see below. We have rented the villa georgia from febr 25 to march 8. We found an empty house, which should be for 8 persons. However all the tables and chairs are only fit for 6 persons. The kitchen was not properly supplied. The pans were not provided for larger groups. When we contacted Sabbia by phone, there was not a single person to speak to us in the english language. We were urged to drop a whatsapp with the request. It is very strange that there is no english speaking person in the organisation, while 80% of the tourists on Lanzarote speaks english. This is a point to improve. After one day somebody provided the requested items. Secondly and perhaps more important is the failing hotwater system. It takes a couple of minutes before you have warm water to take a shower. After the shower you have to wait at least 2 hours before the following person can take a shower. So if you are with 8 persons it wil take a fullday before everybody could take a shower. This is not acceptable. Thirdly, we had the impression to rent an empty box. There were no items for the cooking or preparing a dish, the dishwasher and wassing machine tablets were not provided. Everybody renting the house arrives by plane and can’t take provisions for the kitchen with them. So you have to buy all these necessities, while you could also provide several things for the first days. It shows hospitality! Fourthly, the lighting in the house is only a floodlight. No smaller lamps with lesser kw bulbs are in the house the make a more cosy atmosphere. Fifthly, there is no instruction manual in the house how to operate the equipment. Also emergency information as doctor, hospital, fire and police department, including phonenumbers is not provided. Touristinformation on attractions is also something that would please your clients. When you arrive a bottle of wine could be a nice present to ease your renters.

• Thomas (10/5): Beautiful and spacious villa with seaviews - Absolutely stunning two storey house, spacious and modern. Beautiful outdoor area which was much larger than on the photos indicated. Would be easy to accomodate a large family; we were only two people. The house is part of a gated/enclosed community, meaning safe and quiet. The location is central enough to walk to restaurants and beaches. Beautiful walk and cycle path nearby. Nice pool, nice outdoor dining and lounge area. Nice seavies, especially from the upper floor. Free parking in the street or drive way. All in all a highly efficient lay out. Nothing really.

• Allan (7/5): Had a great time. Villa is great but some minor improvements would make it great - Size, modern, clean Lack of cushions on sun beds, WiFi rubbish, pool a bit dirty and no net to clean.
