• Midhuna (10/5): - The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. I appreciate the owner’s attention to detail and concern for keeping guests happy. I’ve never seen a place with a subscribed YouTube Premium account before. They also provided a medical kit, cling wrap, baking paper, and aluminum foil. It truly felt like living at home. They were also very quick to respond whenever needed. The location is perfect — you can view the Marktplatz metro station right from the balcony. There are also many restaurants and a REWE nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transport, shops, and everything needed for daily life. The host was very friendly, communicative, and always ready to help if needed, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. I especially appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and smooth communication throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for accommodation in Offenbach.
• Mary Christina (1/5): Don't Stay Here - It felt like a scavenger hunt to find the lockbox with the key. The room itself was up a filthy stairwell that smelled like marijuana and had puddles on the ground and garbage. I believe the room was on the 8-9 floor? First thing you notice when you walk into the room is overwhelming air freshener. When you start looking at the room, you notice then that it is not clean. There was dirt around the toilet and shower, and the rest of the place just felt a bit grungy. We left without staying the night and booked a hotel instead. Now the host is ghosting me.
• Ralph (6/5): Keine Übernachtung, wegen spezieller Umstände - Direkt an der S-Bahn Station Marktplatz gelegen. Sehr aufmerksamer, freundlicher und verständnisvoller Vermieter. Kostenloser Parkplatz, unkomplizierter checkinn. Das Appartement ist sauber und hell Das Appartement ist in einem größeren Wohnkomplex, der auf mich nicht einladend wirkt. Grafiti im Treppenhaus, sehr dunkle Flure. Ich hab den Aufenthalt abgesagt, da überall Hinweiszettel hingen über eine aktuelle Ungezieferbekämpfung. Der Vermieter hat sehr verständnisvoll reagiert und mir die Buchungskosten umgehend erstattet.

• Sylvia (9/5): - Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich .Es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Matratze war sehr wellig. Der Lattenrost hat durchgedrückt.

• Goran (9/5): 100% empfehlenswert, jederzeit gerne wieder - Eine ganz tolle Wohnung. Der CheckIn war aufgrund der sehr detaillierten Vorabinformationen sehr einfach. Die Wohnung blitzblank sauber, und komplett mit wirklich allem eingerichtet, was man brauchen könnte. Dazu ein eigener Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage - was sehr wichtig ist, da es weit und breit keine Parkplätze gibt. Ein sehr großer Balkon, und drinnen gutes und stabiles Internet sowie ein bequemes Bett. Die Lage würde ich, trotz leicht fragwürdiger direkter Umgebung, doch sehr positiv bewerten: in die eine Richtung sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß und man ist mitten in einer Einkaufsstraße mit Topangebot; 5 Minuten zu Fuß in die andere Richtung und man ist im Grünen am entspannten Main-Ufer. Das Gebäude selbst ist etwas ranzig; aber sobald man die Wohnungstür hinter sich zugemacht hat merkt man davon nichts mehr.

• Orhan (5/5): Never again - Location was good for us particularly for the concert location as the purpose of our trip Location is not secure as we saw a lot of weird people around and the sofa bed in the apartment was horrible for us. We couldn’t sleep all night

• Ralf (9/5): - Super einfache Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und alles toll organisiert. Appartment größer als gedacht und gute Ausstattung. Ganz nah an der Fußgängerzone. Das Haus an sich ist nicht so schön (jedoch ganz nette Nachbarn für einen großen Wohnblock).
