• Ailsa (9/5): Great value and comfort in top location. Wish we could stay longer! - Spacious and comfortable apartment in top central location between many key landmarks allowed us to walk everywhere. Cafes, restaurants and shop all super close-by. Host was excellent - very helpful and responsive.

• MARIA (4/5): Hace falta mejorar. - Ubicación super práctica. Limpio. Fácil acceso. He reservado apartamento para poder desayunar cómodamente. Pero en este caso, NO se podía usar la sartén por el mal estado. Y la mesa, la que veis en la foto, se mueve mucho, tuvimos que improvisar, usar el banquillo como la mesita delante del sofá y era Super Incomodo . No hay cuchillo, no hay tijeras. Espero que mejoren estos puntos, y otros tengan más suerte.

• Marta (9/5): - Świetna lokalizacja i przemiły gospodarz! Chętny do pomocy, udzielania wskazówek turystycznych, pomocny i serdeczny, dostaliśmy nawet mapę Rzymu:) Przekazanie i oddanie mieszkania odbyło się bez żadnych problemów, mogliśmy zameldować się wcześniej, aby zostawić bagaże i iść zwiedzać:) Wszędzie było blisko, mieszkanie zadbane, dla dwóch osób idealne. Czysto, schludnie, winda stanowiła dodatkowe udogodnienie! W mieszkaniu czekała woda i pyszna kawka:) Bardzo polecamy, na pewno jeszcze wrócimy:)

• TSUYOSHI (10/5): ローマに来たらまた利用したい - スペイン広場やトレビの泉などの有名な観光地から近く、周りにもお店が多くてとても良い立地です。 アパートの建物は古いが、部屋は新しく清潔でとても快適でした。 ホストのフランチェスコさんは親切で、チェックインの際には部屋の説明の他にもローマの過ごし方を丁寧に教えてくれました。おかげでとても素晴らしい旅になりました。 お湯のタンクが小さいせいか2人で連続してシャワーを使うと湯切れがおこります。短時間で済ませるかすこし間をあけて使う必要があります。 ３泊しましたがタオルは1人1セットです。途中で交換すると20ユーロとのことで我慢しました。これは文化の問題なので私の感想です。
• emmanuel (8/5): Très bien mais un peu bruyant - L'emplacement, l'accueil de Francesco, les petites attentions, le côté "moderne". Le bruit malgré les doubles vitrages. C'est dommage de pénaliser une belle expérience à cause du bruit qui passe par le cadre des fenêtres en PVC. Il manque de la mousse.

• Anke (9/5): Wir können das Apartement sehr empfehlen und würden es wieder buchen. - Sehr gute Lage, sehr sicher, sehr gute Unterstützung durch den Vermieter, große Sauberkeit und sehr gute Infrastruktur nächtliche Müllabfuhr und Geräusche im Haus beeinträchtigen den Schlaf, das Bett könnte komfortabler sein.
• Zrinko (8/5): Great, but noisy location - Centrally located, easy accessible, pretty well equipped apartment. It was quite noisy, 24 hours a day! Have to close all windows and still could not sleep well. For this price, we expected some "hospitality details", like in other apartments in Rome we visited before (at least free water in fridge).

• Florian (9/5): Topp Lage und Vermieter - Der Vermieter war extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, da man alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Wohnung war sauber und klimatisiert, was im Sommer in Rom Gold wert ist.

• Miller (9/5): Perfect location close to the Spanish Steps. Nice apartment with all amenities. - Location was perfect! We had everything we needed. Very clean and seamless check in. Only suggestion would be to have a couple chairs that can be moved to sit in front of the balcony. Nice to have balcony door open and enjoy the fresh air.

• Gabriel (9/5): I enjoyed my stay - Perfect location, renovated nice apartment well equipped, I especially enjoyed the kitchenette, both Clara and Francesco were most kind and helpful. The free transportation from the airport was great. The apartment has 3 large double glazed windows, nevertheless, in the evenings the noise from the wine bar down stairs was noticeable. Adding a few bowls for cereal or soup as well as a salad bowl could be nice.

• Richard (10/5): An amazing large modern apartment in a fantastic location - My host reached out to me and despite my 4 hr flight delay was cheerful and helpful. The apartment is large, clean and has everything you need. The location is amazing, whilst just steps away from main tourist spots, its quiet and has a sense of being a local as you look out over the beautiful street from the belcony. I travel alot and this was one of the better choices I have ever made. I hope I am lucky enough to come back again. I can't think of any negatives.

• Thomas (9/5): Lovely clean flat, brilliant location, Rome is a marvel and this is a great base to explore it. - Francesco was super helpful, showed us a map of the area, gave us some historical context, recommended places to eat. He also let me practice my basic Italian skills in a very kind and encouraging way which was great fun for me, although I should be clear that his English is excellent. He also gave me information before our visit which was helpful. The flat was perfect, location great, shower great. I didn’t use the kitchen facilities (we ate out constantly) but it all looked to be in good condition. Bit of noise from the street in the mornings occasionally. I’d argue the street is actually a lot quieter than many in central Rome, though.
• Ya (8/5): Overall, the apartment was clean, and Francesco was a responsive and accommodating host. The location was convenient, al - We had a fantastic stay at Francesco's apartment! The location was perfect, within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go, and the small elevator was a bonus. Francesco was incredibly welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. When I fell ill, he kindly offered to pick up anything I needed from the pharmacy. The apartment was spotlessly clean and ideal for a couple. We highly recommend this place!! My friend used the sofa bed in the living room, she found that the sensor light was quite sensitive to movement when turning on the bed, which could be a bit bothersome at night. Additionally, it was slightly inconvenient for her to pass through the bedroom to reach the bathroom during the night. However, these were minor inconveniences and did not significantly impact our overall experience. One thing to note is that there were garbage or cleaning trucks that stopped by around 4am, which might disturb light sleepers. This is not a fault of the apartment itself, but it's good to be aware of this if you are sensitive to noise.

• Gustavo (10/5): Exceptional -  The apartment is located in an excellent area. Literally a few steps from the Spanish steps and a short walk to Trevi fountain. Plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants around the area. At night the noise from the outside restaurant tables or not that noisy. The air conditioning had central vents, which kept it nice and icy during the warm weather. The Wi-Fi was exceptionally fast. Our host gave plenty of good food recommendations, which we tried and were on point. The light in the entrance of the apartment was a motion sensor and randomly would turn on every night around 10 PM even if we were in the bedroom laying down.

Perfect location right in the middle of all attractions, literally meters away from the Spanish steps, we walked everywhere. A charming and helpful host. Located right above a busy restaurant with noise until late at night. The bed was small and short.
