• DDA (9/5): - Sehr schönes Studio. Klein, aber man hat alles, was man braucht. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist perfekt. Preis/Leistung ist unschlagbar. Olga ist sehr nett, reagiert super schnell und hilfsbereit. Wir dürften etwas später auschecken und dafür sind wir sehr dankbar. Die Lage ist für uns war auch ideal. Es ist 30 Minuten zu Fuss von der U-Bahn-Station Kifisia oder 5 Minuten mit Taxi oder mit Bus. Allerdings bekommt man Taxi für solche kurze Strecke nicht immer. Das Studio befindet sich im 2. Stock. Dorthin gelangt man durch 2 engen Metalltreppen. Für uns war es kein Problem. Aber für Menschen mit großem Gepäck oder für ältere Menschen könnte es schwierig sein. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung wärmst empfehlen. Die Matratze ist leider etwas durchgelegen.

• Georgia (5/5): Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά πλην του κλιματιστικού το οποίο το άναβες και έσβηνε. - Όλα πολύ καθαρά και τακτοποιημένα. Ευγενική οικοδέσποινα. Δεν λειτουργούσε το κλιματιστικό και έκανε κρύο ακόμα.

• VAIA (9/5): Λειτουργική και οικονομική - Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική. Φτάνεις πολυ γρήγορα από την έξοδο της Εθνικής οδου για Ν. Ερυθραία, είναι κοντά στο κέντρο της Κηφισίας, με λεωφορείο η αυτοκίνητο, σε πολυ ήσυχη περιοχή. Το ίδιο γρήγορα φεύγεις, βγαίνοντας στον Εθνική οδό. "Έξυπνη" και λειτουργική διαρρύθμιση σε τόσο μικρό χώρο. Θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο πιο ευρύχωρο, αλλά εντάξει είναι για 1-2 διανυκτερεύσεις.

• Ciska (9/5): Good for weekend break in clean compact and well maintained apartment - Great location - easy to access- lots of shops and restaurants nearby - quiet and easy to access. Had all facilities needed.
• Ιωάννης Καλφόγλου (10/5): - Εξαιρετικη cozy γωνιά, καθαρό σπιτακι, προσεγμένα επιπλα και διακόσμηση, ασφαλής τοποθεσία και παρκινγκ ακριβώς μπροστά στην πόρτα! Τρομερό bonus οτι ειχε ολοκληρη κουζινα με μάτια και φούρνο, τον οποιο δεν παραλείψαμε να χρησιμοποιούμε για τα γεύματα μας ✨

• Εύη (10/5): Τέλειο δωμάτιο! - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ήσυχη γειτονιά, το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και στα πολλά συν ότι δέχεται σκυλάκια. Σίγουρα θα ξανά πάω όταν έρθω Αθήνα. Το μόνο που θα άλλαζα θα ήταν το στρώμα το οποίο όχι ότι δεν ήταν καλό αλλά βούλιαζε σε κάποια σημεία και αν έχεις πρόβλημα με μέση όπως εγώ ίσως είναι πρόβλημα.

Ottima l'organizzazione di Olga che ti manda un video con tutte le indicazioni. Wi-fy compreso e parcheggio agevole nelle vie adiacenti. Market e negozi raggiungili a piedi in pochi minuti. Una scalinata ripida e stretta per raggiungere lo Studios difficoltosa soprattutto con bagagli pesanti e un grosso cane nel cortile a pochi metri che abbaiava spesso

• Jelena (10/5): Exceptional - A lovely studio with a comfortable bed, everything new and spotlessly clean. Lovely terase for morning coffee. Parking is easy to find in the surrounding streets. Olga informed us on time about how to enter in the studio, so even though we arrived late in an unknown area, everything went perfectly.

• Alexandru (10/5): Perfect stay for a tired couple of travellers - In a quiet part of the city we found this jewel of a place. Small, but surprisingly, it had everything you could ever need. Perfectly clean Lots of amenities nearby, like good coffee and pastries/breakfast Not a very crowded neighborhood so you can easily find parking on the street. We stayed just for the night on our way home but could have easily stayed longer to visit Athens. Olga is a very lovely person! Thank you for having us! Everything was great!

• Joanna (10/5): Excellent Apartment for a Peaceful Stay Near the Airport - This is the most well-equipped apartment I’ve ever rented! The owner, Olga, was amazing—extremely kind and accommodating with all our requests. The street is one of the nicest in Athens: very secure, and I felt completely safe walking alone at night The location is closer to the airport than the city center. While there are bus stops nearby, the buses can be somewhat unreliable.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with restaurants, coffee shops, and other conveniences within walking distance. It's an excellent location, especially if you’re traveling by car. Everything was great!

• Sarah (8/5): Very good - This studio was clean and tidy. Check in and out was easy. The host is very friendly, helpful and hospitable! The neighbourhood was quiet. We enjoyed eating and sitting out on the rooftop balcony area. There were several dogs that barked at times. The location is far removed from the city center and getting there is not very convenient.
• Preeti (9/5): Cute well equipped studio apartment in a lovely part of the city. - We booked this room as a convenient area to rest our heads in transit to Meteora and it was perfect! Plenty of parking, great value for money, really friendly host and in the beautiful Northern suburbs with amazing restaurants and coffee houses locally at a fraction of the price of central Athens. The shower was also amazing! The kitchen was really well equipped with oven, kettle, hobs and breakfast bar to sit and eat. The fridge was a bit noisy as mentioned in previous reviews but you got used to it and can easily be switched off if it really bothers you. The freshly baked muffins on arrival was a nice surprise. Although it wasn't a problem for us with our backpacks, there are lots of narrow metal outdoor steps leading up to the studio which is on top of the residence and accessed round the back of the property. When we arrived the host was there to welcome us and show us up. Later in the evening we did need our phone torches to be able to navigate back to our room once it was dark. Also, if you are someone who needs a dark room to sleep in be sure to pack a sleeping eye-mask as the blinds are quite thin.

It is located in a quiet residential area which feels safe even at night. The house was clean and tidy upon arrival and the check in process was easy
