• Lukas (10/5): Der richtige Platz wenn man mehr als einen Tag bei den Pyramiden verbringen will (was ich jedem rate). - Mohammad und sein Team sind exakt das, was man sich in Gizah, Pyramids Gate wünscht. Immer für dich da! Es ist eine stressige Gegend. Hustlers überall. Aber mit ihnen kannst du total relaxed den Ort erleben. Kein europäischer Standard. Aber top,sauber, leise, sicher.
• Rami (9/5): If you want the most intimate stay with the pyramids, stay here. - Location is hard to beat for the proximity and views of Egypts iconic pyramids. Cocktails with the Pharaoh and breakfast with the pharaohs is spectacular. Staff were very understanding of the stress of travel and very accomodating. Be prepared to climb many stairs. Hot water showers aren’t so great but a minor issue.

Ils nous on pris en charge et nous ont surclassé pour l'anniversaire de ma maman avec un gâteau d'anniversaire 🎂 et un jaccuzi dans la chambre ! La vue sur les pyramides est juste extraordinaire 🤩 et époustouflante ! Les 2 jours que nous avons passé étaient magiques. Mohamed nous a organisé une sortie aux pyramides, Saqqara et Memphis avec chauffeur privé et guide parlant français, Reda une femme incroyable ! J'espère pouvoir revenir un jour avec mes enfants ! • AMBRA GRETA (10/5): Colazione con vista piradi insuperabile!!! - La struttura era in prima linea come vista sulle piramidi, la colazione si faceva sul tetto dov’è il panorama delle piramidi era incantevole al mattino. Colazione dolce e salata molto varia, non potevo sceglierla, ti portavano loro sul tavolo varie pietanze. La camera con vista era spaziosa, noi avevamo anche l’idromassaggio. La struttura pulita.
• FRANCESCOTULLIO (8/5): Albergo ok. GIZA per niente - Posizione e comfort. Update gratis in camera con jacuzi Cambio asciugamani e pulizia, non sempre impeccabile, seppur ad un buon livello complessivo. Assenza di ascensore, rifiniture non sempre all' altezza. In ogni caso parliamo di peccati veniali, che però non mi permettono di dare il massimo. La cosa che invece non mi è piaciuta per niente, voto zero, non è imputabile all' albergo, ma merita comunque di essere palesata, anche se non influisce sul giudizio della struttura: GIZA!!! oltremodo sporca, strade maleodoranti e piene di escrementi di animali, poco servita e appena si esce si viene assaltati da decine di venditori e driver che ti assillano seguendoti ovunque! il primo giorno può anche essere caratteristico, ma quando gli stessi ti assillano anche il secondo, il terzo e il quarto, la cosa diventa pesante. Ristoranti, nel complesso (eccetto un paio di eccezioni) decisamente non all' altezza di un offerta turistica, soprattutto dal punto di vista igienico...

• Anna (9/5): - Incredible view of the pyramids from our room, and the rooftop for breakfast! Big room, very clean and comfortable bed with good AC. Provided with plenty of water daily. Staff were excellent and provided info on visiting the pyramids with zero pressure on opting for a guide. Large varied breakfast, area felt safe. Perfect for a couple of nights and walkable to all local restaurants. Sometimes you could smell the pipes in the bathroom. Door wasn’t soundproof as could hear other people at reception.

Nous avons également été très satisfaits de l’accueil, avec un personnel à la réception attentif et à l’écoute de nos besoins. Ce que je n’ai pas apprécié dans l’établissement, c’est l’absence d’ascenseur, rendant l’accès par les escaliers peu pratique, ainsi que l’annonce mentionnant une piscine qui, en réalité, se trouve dans l’hôtel voisin et n’est pas accessible.

• Natalie (10/5): Amazing location, perfect for visiting the pyramids. - The location is absolutely amazing and the staff are so friendly and helpful, no ask is too much! We went with our 5 month old and they brought a crib for us, it was perfect. There are quite a lot of steps and no lift though so be ready to carry a stroller. The staff go above and beyond, the breakfast is on the rooftop with views over the pyramids and is perfect enough for a few days stay. Our room was plenty big enough! 1 min walk to the ticket office for the pyramids and an entrance is right there too. Rooftop 7000 was great for dinner and sunset drinks and only a few minutes walk (we went twice!). You can also access the neighbouring hotels pool for free if you ask, perfect for an afternoon dip after a hot pyramids tour :-) Slightly dated bathroom could do with a refurb.

They arranged taxis for us to the museum, and organised a sunset buggy ride at the pyramids - the buggy ride was one of the funnest things I have ever done. The hotel itself is a great location (walking distance to pyramids) and feels quite modern inside. The rooms were great sizes and well furnished, and offered amazing views. The hotel also offered a halfboard breakfast and dinner, which made things easy. Thanks for having us :)

• Christine (8/5): - Sehr nette Menschen im Service und vor allem an der Rezeption. Sie organisieren alles, was man braucht. Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet. Unschlagbar ist der Blick direkt zu den Pyramiden. Man isst in der Regel oben auf der Terrasse sein Frühstück, Abendessen hatten wir nicht. Das Frühstück wird am Tisch serviert und ist sehr viel, aber gute Qualität. Die Lage zum Eingang zu den Pyramiden ist direkt um die Ecke. Um das Hotel herum ist es sehr einfach und teilweise auch wieder sehr dreckig. Das ist aber in Kairo an sehr vielen Gegenden. Man sollte eher Taxi nehmen.

Staff were welcoming and friendly they took care of taxis we needed to visit many of the attractions to see... On checking out early in the morning for flight home made up a breakfast box for us to take with with. Shout out to Mohammed who took care of us from check-in to checkout. Would recommend for a place to stay

• Michael (9/5): - Great location. Couldn't be any closer to the pyramids. The view from the room and the terrace were amazing. The Giza Pyramids entrance was within easy walking distance. Note that there are two queues - one to buy a ticket (which we had to do as the online ticketing wasn't working) and one for security. All the team at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and arranged transfers to the airport and the GEM. Everything was fine

• Anca (7/5): Good for pyramids and museum visit although not a real hotel. - Location near the entrance to the pyramids (a few minutes safe walk). Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. To me (70 year old solo female) the area seemed safe. Nice view from the terrace (but there are at least ten other hotels in that block with similar views) The room was very large and well equipped. The bed comfortable. There was a refrigerator and electric kettle. The breakfast was very generous and served on the rooftop terrace. The staff are nice, particularly Mustafa. It’s not really a hotel, more like a guesthouse. There’s another such guesthouse on another floor of the same narrow building.. There’s no elevator so you must climb 5-6 floors to the rooftop. However, The staff helps carry your luggage. Some travelers suggest staying one night only in Giza in order to see the pyramids at sunset and sunrise. I’m glad I stayed 3 nights as it seemed nicer than Cairo.

• Karen (10/5): Lovely stay and views and would definitely choose this property again if we go back. - Great property with a truly amazing view of the Pyramids. I don’t think any other property has such a close and clear view. A great terrace to sit and gaze at Pyramids. You can see the 3 main Pyramids and the sun sets over the smaller one so an amazing sunset too. The rooms were good with a large shower (not a bathtub that you have to step into thankfully). Also we had our son with us and there are 2 interconnected rooms which was convenient for us as a family. Breakfast on the roof terrace with a backdrop of the Pyramids. A few tables inside where you could have breakfast downstairs but no view. We had a room with a balcony and although there is a good view of the Pyramids the ground floor rooms view are not as good as the higher rooms.

• Gaetan (10/5): - Un très gros 10/10 pour cet hôtel. Le premier point fort de l'établissement est son emplacement. Vous êtes directement face aux pyramides et au sphinx même si ce dernier est un peu caché par un arbre. L'hôtel est situé au fond d'une cour ce qu'il le met à l'abri des bruits lié à l'animation de la ville de Gizeh. Nous avons pris une chambre avec vue sur les pyramides donc la magie a opéré du début à la fin du séjour. Le second point fort est le sens du service du personnel est digne des plus grands établissements, l'ensemble du personnel est aux petits soins de l'ensemble des clients et ça se ressent pendant le séjour. Nous avons adoré. Le standing de l'hôtel est globalement très bon, les chambres sont propres et confortables. Je recommande fortement, et si je reviens à Gizeh je retournerai dans cet hôtel sans hésiter. Rien à dire. Merci pour tout.

• Max (10/5): Ein super Botique Hotel mit außergewöhnlichem Blick auf die Pyramiden - Die Lage des Hotels ist außergewöhnlich! Direkt am Eingang der Pyramiden mit super Blick auf diese. Aber auch das äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal haben den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht!
• Lius (9/5): Amazing and memorable experience - The property is located in front the pyramid and the staff were very friendly and hospitable. The location is perfect for pyramids viewing as they are close with unobstructed visibility. I enjoyed my breakfasts at rood top. I recommend to improve the building lobby at ground floor.

• Thais (10/5): Amazing! From the view to the staff - I traveled with my husband and our two little kids from 16-19dec 2025, and we had a great time in Soul Pyramids View. The king suite is amazing, and the view is breathless. I do recommend it! The staff is wonderful and provided everything to make us feel comfortable at the hotel. Special thanks to the manager Mohammed Negy, to Mustafa Small and to Omar, who were very nice to us! Shukran, friends! Warm hugs from Brazil!

• Andrew (6/5): Greta location but try elsewhere for additional service including tours. - Excellent location - couldn’t get better! A little disorganised. Arranged airport pickup took an hour to eventuate and avoid their pyramid guides - such a lovely guy but certainly wasn’t a guide; he didn’t know a thing!
