- Iurii (6/5): Pleasant - The location is very good near many city attractions. The terrace was a nice place to spend the mornings with a cup of coffee or evenings with a glass of wine. The apartment is pretty big. The staff does not speak English at all, only Spanish, so in case of emergencies there is no possibility to communicate if you don't speak Spanish. In the bathroom there is a big mold spot in the ceiling. The noisy street, keep in consideration to buy some ear plugs.
- Kim (4/5): Great location and our stay was only one night - so it was OK - but problems with the unit. - Great location, nice sized apartment NO heat in living room (perhaps the battery was dead in the remote for the AC/heat. Sink in bathroom leaked so bad we were not able to use it. Had to use the kitchen ink to wash our faces, brush teeth, etc. It was reported but not attended to during our stay. Also ceiling in bathroom was full of black mold.
- Cristian (8/5): Very good - Nice place,good location !
- Bojana (9/5): Superb - Top location, appartment fully equipped. Leak from the roof in the barhroom (rain), quite loud at night (busy street life).
- Zaina (9/5): Superb - Tha piano Needed extra blankets
- Malia (9/5): Superb - Great location. Nice furnishings & appliances. A little noisy - lots of truck deliveries in the night & emptying of glass recycling.
- Sheri (8/5): Seville is a wonderful city to visit - Great location walking distance to a lot of sights. Noisy with the bars, restaurants & cars on the street.
- Tasmiah (1/5): Terrible customer service. Don’t recommend at all! - While the apartment is nicely located and it’s clean; the people who manage the property are terrible. Don’t recommend at all! Terrible customer service- they don’t speak English and that’s a problem for global tourists! So, then they should say that the apartment is for Spanish speakers only.
We were stuck in a tiny lift for 45 minutes- the lady on the customer service side couldn’t understand anything. So we kept in translating and talking to her. She said she is on her way and it will take 15 minutes but she never showed up! We called the lift company from inside the lift and they arrived and helped us to get out. She kept on lying that she called fire brigade but that also didn’t arrive! We were traumatised and it’s terrible that the owner/property people didn’t even apologise properly!
The main door lock is broken- the cherry on top was that after all this ordeal we tried opening the door of the apartment but it was too jammed, took us another 10 minutes to open the door. I read this in many reviews but it was still not fixed when we first got there.
I left the property and didn’t even stay. The owner/property also didn’t have the decency to refund us after what we have been through.
Booking.com should really reconsider this property! Unless they improve their service, it will be hard for non Spanish speakers.
