Donald (10/5): Comfortable and a good location for any kind of food you could possibly want. - Location to CLM bone setting which was the main reason for this location. Need to keep checking on all math apps. iPhone map shows location where the bank of Islam is. As for the room. Could have used 2 chairs. I know staff would have made it happen if we asked. It wasn’t that big a deal.

Can put hooks on wall in bathroom for additional hanging of towels or clothes. Pillows maybe can replace with more comfy but firm ones. Prepare plastics for rubbish bin. Mirror in bathroom needs to be replaced.

Siu (3/5): Poor - The location is near to the bukit jalil stadium and the food choices and the convenience for family to have their breaksfast, lunch, dinner and even supper.. 1.The mattress all 4 sides bent coils, the bed sheet and bed cover is dirty with brown spot; 2. No hanger for both of our rooms; 3. No spoon provided although there is a cup available; 4. The room is not clean although the request have been hung at the door knob; 5. The cup that we use wasn't even cleanup although the first night of the room clean up done; 6. The room cleaner hygiene is totally not acceptable which cause our room to be smelly due to body odour. 7. Dirty towels as its not white or cream but it turn out to be greyish towels;
