• Chiara (9/5): L’Egitto genuino, lontano dal caos. - Sembra di stare in campagna, in pausa dal caos della città. C’è calma e intorno alla casa si incontra la semplicità della vita tranquilla, l’Egitto genuino che cercavo con i miei figli di 8 e 11 anni. In più il proprietario dell’appartamento, il Sig. Hamada, è molto gentile e fa di tutto per mettere i suoi ospiti a proprio agio. Ottima posizione se si vole fare l’esperienza in mongolfiera. Un po’ difficile da raggiungere la prima volta perché google maps non trova l’indirizzo facilmente. Ma poi la posizione è top!

• Margaret (10/5): very relaxing stay away from home. perfect for traveling with family and children. - everything inside the apartment is very modern. the host, Mohamed, who speaking very good English, lives on the ground floor, always ready to help out via WhatsApp or in person. he will bring whatever you need within an hour, sometimes even in minutes upon request. He even took us to temple of Hatshepsut right before it opened and picked us up when we are done. so easy to walk to the ferry dock to get to the east bank via public ferry (only 25EGP for "tourists") while enjoying the quietness on the west bank after a busy day. so many good restaurants and street food available depending on your budget. there is a supermarket 5 mins walk away which we went almost every day for grocery, cooking supplies, drinks and snack. so close to the hot air balloon launch site which means you can see the balloons every morning from the balcony! all pictures posted by the host are accurate. so glad we stayed with Mohamed for four nights. Will stay here again if we ever visit Luxor again. the road where the apartment is located on is very rough and unpaved, which is common in Egypt i guess (wolf restaurant was our pick up and drop off point for our driver) everything else is perfect!! They kindly helped to arrange everything we needed, and made us feel right at home. We could even see the valley and the early morning balloons from the window. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! I honestly liked everything, clean apartment with comfortable beds, good kitchen setup and amazing hosts

• Mark (10/5): Great Stay at The Muhammad Ali House - A very pleasant stay at the Muhammad Ali House. I have visited Luxor and stayed on the west bank in the past. However, this time I planned on staying longer while embracing the local culture. The Muhammad Ali House offers a spacious opportunity to live as you were resident. A short walk from the ferry on which you will find opportunities to rent a bike, buy street food, ATM's or shop in the stores in a more relaxed atmosphere beyond the east bank. The house offers new appliances like LPG gas cooker of which I used daily, a full fridge and a washing machine which I also used. Independent mini split AC's in each bedroom and a large kitchen and living space. Nile sat television offers news and entertainment in a variety of languages including English. Just around the corner is a lovely shop owned and operated by the family who live there where you can find water, home needs, canned goods, cooking supplies and a very warm welcome at reasonable prices, I went nowhere else. Muhammad frequently contacted me via Booking.com to confirm all is well and will do whatever is required to guarantee your stay is enjoyable. Muhammad Ali House is highly recommended. Nothing everything was great.

Suitable location as we went on a few activities including the hot air balloon. Lovely welcome and flexibility of check in and check out. Exceeded my expectations.
• Alyaa (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay at Muhammad Ali House was great. The area around the apartment is a bit away from the busy road, but still very close to the Nile, a few minutes walk. And that's what we see as a big plus. Here you can relax from the very busy Luxor and gain strength for the next day. I recommend getting up early in the morning and enjoying your coffee while watching the balloons from one of the balconies. It's a beautiful experience. The accommodation is clean, bright and well equipped, the house is surrounded by greenery. Communication with the owner was great and fast throughout the stay and we were happy to welcome the help and advice of the owner's father. We would love to stay here again.
