• Jeff (7/5): Was disappointed - Great location. Had issues with keys and accessing the apartment, the second shower was tiny and the bathroom stunk. One of our guests fell down the stairs due to size, shape and bad lighting.
• Jennifer (9/5): Great location and clean, modern loft - The Loft was in a great location for everything and the check in and out was easy. We loved the Loft but it may not be good for families with small children or taller people as the staircase has open spots and the ceiling beams are low (probably 5’6).
• Priya (8/5): Quick trip to Florence - We loved the setup of loft; the size of the apartment was perfect for a group of four; the amenities were as listed; and the location was perfect, just outside the city center but extremely walkable and easy to get around. There was some communication issues with the host, otherwise no major issues.

• Benjamin (7/5): Beautiful and fun character space in the middle of Florence, very clean and comfortable. - I love the idea of the loft apartment and the space. I loved the artwork and location and the fact it had a washing machine was a major bonus. Incredible character with great views across Florence. If you are taller than 5,10 then you will need to duck under the beams in the loft area, I hit my head a couple of times. It was a bit dangerous navigating to the toilet in the dark having to dodge the wooden beams and the fear of falling through the stairs so I recommend leaving a light on downstairs.
• Ashley (10/5): Would stay again at Fidu Loft! - Fantastic loft in a great location. Paolo was a wonderful host. During our first night the hot water heater was not working and Paolo stopped by to fix it upon notice. Since this is a loft, if you are taller you will need to duck for the rooms above. It is nice having a bathroom on the upper floor as well. The elevator is such a great amenity as climbing the flights of stairs is tiring. The window shutters make the loft nice and dark and my kids slept until 10:30am! Not that it was a major issue, but the floor on one side of the upper loft is super loud to walk on. Thankfully, no one had to get up in the middle of the night to use the toilet or they probably would have woken everyone with how loud the floor can be.
• Andrea (10/5): Magical atmosphere, strategic position, a must go if you plan to stay in Florence - Every aspect has exceeded our expectation, I mean, the house looked very good already on pictures but there were a lot of other things that surprised us. It was a magical atmosphere, the style, and the strategic position (a very good restaurant just few steps on the same street), everything just worked! My family still believe it was a dream... by the way the Brunelleschi's dome was down the street. We're looking forward to come again and stay longer.

• Moria (10/5): Exceptional - Magnificent, spacious apartment in the heart of Florence. You can see the Duomo right from the window. The feeling of being immersed in the world of old Florence. Original paintings on the walls. A combination of historical authenticity and modern comfort. All at the highest level. A few meters away there is a store with everything you need. The owner fulfilled our requests, we recommend it!
• Matthew (10/5): The Perfect apartment in the PERFECT location!! - We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. So close to everything you want to see - 4 minute walk to galleria dell’accademia in one direction, a 4 minute walk to the Duomo in the other and close by to heaps of great shops and restaurants including the central market which has beautiful food and produce. Can’t wait to stay here again! A trip to Ricordi, 2 mins up the street for delicious panini and pastry in the morning and/or beautiful pasta and affordable drinks with fab service is a must too!
