- Hernan Javier (7/5): - Buena ubicación y apartamento bien equipado. El apartamento está en un edificio residencial antiguo y las paredes no están bien insonorizadas, por lo que se escuchaba mucho ruido de los apartamentos vecinos.
- christian (7/5): Nice welcome to a nice appartment close to restaurants and beach. No view. Very noisy. - It is a nice clean apartment. Functional kitchen. Bathroom small but OK. Everything there including coffee. The window goes to the inside of the buildings and has a few meter view at the next wall. The walls are very thin. You can hear the voices, movements and especially the dog from next door very well. So definitely not for people who want a quiet stay. Note: It was Xmas holiday season. Maybe more quiet at other times.

- Miric (7/5): i enjoyed my stay in this place. it was good value for money. great location. had everything i neede - It had everything I needed and it is a great location. Working was easy and comfortable. Additional screen and office chair were really great to have. I did not like extremely strong smell coming from bathroom which in the small studio like that with one window is terrible. one evening was becoming disturbing as the smell was very very strong. I also think that cleaning could have been done better. The bedsheet and towels should be washed on higher temperature. Generally it was not spotless clean.
