• Bailey (8/5): Perfect for a one night stay to ING arena :) - Willy is the sweetest! I had a last minute person join the room and he accommodated wonderfully :) Even offered us the room with the bigger bed! We stayed in the room with the full bed though. If you need to go to ING arena, this is a great option! the two bathrooms (one with a toilet, one with sink/shower/bath) were dirty. Check in is also a bit late, but check with him to see if earlier check in is available!

• Christian (8/5): Simple, efficace, très bon rapport qualité/prix. - Ce n'est pas la première fois que je séjourne chez Nys Willy. L'emplacement est idéal à proximité du centre d'exposition. C'est un super rapport qualité prix. J'ai vu qu'une personne a mis des commentaires négatifs récemment. Elle n'y est pas du tout. Nys Willy propose une solution simple, pas cher et à proximité de l'Atonium et du centre d'exposition. C'est tout et c'est très bien !

• Alice (10/5): Would definitely stay again! - Would 100% recommend this place, especially because I’ve never found such a kind host. Stayed here because of a concert since it’s super close the ING Arena and the area seemed pretty safe. The bed was also very comfortable in my opinion. The bathroom and toilet are in two separate rooms, while the bathroom was clean the toilet space could’ve been cleaner, but overall it wasn’t that bad.

Good location to airport bus, meeting centre, walking distance to supermarket, near tram stop and near Atomic centre. the rooms lack lock. i couldn't lock my room, or bath room or toilet.

• Kyra (10/5): Fantastic location for ING with a super helpful host - great value too - So convenient for ING Arena, and great value. Literally, a 5 minute walk for the venue, so I think I was back in my room before most had got on the metro! William was really helpful and I had everything I needed in this lovely property. It's definitely a guesthouse vs hotel experience, but all the richer for it. I had everything I needed and I felt like I could ask for anything not available. For example, William make sure I knew how to find the venue as well as my way out of the area (which was easy with several public transport options close). He even picked up on my request for a restaurant recommendation - and left me a hand drawn map - as well as made time to look several options up together. I'll definitely come back on a next visit.
• Sms (1/5): Bad - I reserved a room with fridge, TV, terrace and private bathroom. But there was no fridge, TV and terrace. Also the bathroom was shared. It was unbelievable.

• Romke (8/5): Great stay with very friendly host, in spacious room 10 min walk to Brussels Expo. - I stayed at Willy's during my visit to the Expo Brussels. Willy is a great host, very friendly and relaxed. He let me use his fridge and I felt at home right away. The room is spacious, with plenty of storage space available and a little desk. Wifi is very fast, the room even has a partial view of the Atomium! The mattress is ok, but a little thin and soft. I would have enjoyed a larger pillow.

• Kelly (8/5): Perfect location if you have to be in Brussels Expo. - Within walking distance of Brussels Expo, sufficient (free) parking available on the street. Comfortable (single) bed. I didn't realize what "homestay" means; it means that you get a bedroom in the apartment of the host (with the host also living there) I arrived late so I went straight to bed but if I wanted to use the kitchen or living room it would have been with the host also present. I can't blame the host for this, it was "as advertised", I just didn't read/understand this in advance :)

It is a nice and peaceful place to stay. Ideal for solo travelers. Maybe a key to lock the room door would be a plus.
