• Silva Liévanos (1/5): Really bad experience. - The facilities are modern and seem well taken care of. The nonexistent communication from the owners and the fact that they fooled us: they said they would give us a discount because there would be some people working on the property, and that didn’t happen. The apartment was full of equipment, cables everywhere, they didn’t prepare the room for 5 people, we were missing one towel. Besides, it was really difficult to find the location in the first place because they give two addresses! We stumbled upon a group that were looking for the property, too, and they even thought it was a fraud.
• Anton (10/5): - This apartment is in a great location on a quiet street near the Lincoln, in the heart of Marina del Ray. It was clean and comfortable, perfect for our visit to the area, and Mark was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
• Joelle (8/5): Quelques détails à améliorer mais assez satisfaits dans l'ensemble - Le personnel très reactif, la taille du logement et son emplacement, les équipements comme la piscine et jacuzzi, buanderie commune à chaque étage, les petites attentions comme les brosses à dents et fleurs de douche à disposition. Le prix attractif et le parking compris ce qui est rare. Le code du logement qui n'a pas fonctionné du 1er coup mais les échanges avec le personnel ont été très efficaces et reactifs. Il manquait des petites choses dans le logement bien que nous ayons pu faire sans : 1 ou 2 serviettes de toilette additionnelles pour les cheveux, tapis de bain, éponge, essui, à defaut un balai car l'aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas, on a pourtant essayé de le charger. Pas pratique après avoir passé une journée à la plage car on répand un peu de sable partout dans le studio. L'ascenseur proche de notre studio ne fonctionnait plus les 2 derniers jours. Le building est immense et c'est un véritable labyrinthe lorsque nous sommes chargés avec nos bagages pour descendre au parking. Ce sont des petits détails à améliorer pour que tout soit au top car nous avons tout de même apprécié notre séjour.

• Nico (10/5): - If you are seeking the perfect place to enjoy the beach and surrounding attractions....look no further. I will stay at this place during my next visit. Super convenient, clean and a great host. 20 minute commute to and from the LAX airport. We enjoyed walking the area nearby bars and restaurants. Very Satisfied!!!
• VONGSALY (4/5): I wouldnt come back nor recommend my family or friends. - I liked that there are lots of food options around the area. The apartment itself was spacious. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Kitchen missing some items. But overall it was good. The place can use some update and cleaning. Bathroom showers. The table itself I felt like it was about to break if we touched it. Chairs was wobbly. This place has so much potential. The pictures online looks beautiful. However upon arriving it was just OK! Beds are theee most uncomfortable. The pull out bed has had better days. Linens smelled in the closet in a hamper. And this place is a far walk to the actual marina which I thought upon booking was close. The area itself had a homeless tent right outside the window. So walking at night etc I wouldn’t recommend even during the day for a woman. For the price you’re paying. Go stay somewhere else.
• Lakshmi Priya (5/5): - We were given a studio apartment with functional kitchen. It’s good stay if you’re booking for 2 adults. 1. The listing advertised an extra futon bed, but in reality there was only a small sofa. No futon, no air mattress. This caused significant discomfort for 3 adults. The host initially assured us there was an air mattress, but never followed up when we couldn’t find it. Instead, they suggested we check out early if uncomfortable. An unreasonable “solution” when it’s impossible to find another place last minute without extra stress and cost. 2. We were given only 3 towels for a 4-day stay with 3 guests, and despite asking, we never received more. 3. The parking situation was confusing with no clear instructions. 4. To make matters worse, the property address shown on Booking.com was incorrect. I only received the actual address one hour or two before check-in, while already into a 7 hour drive. Super stressful and unacceptable. Overall, this place wasn’t a good value for the money it costed. The listing should be more honest, especially when it involves more than 2 adults.
• Eevertti (10/5): - We LOVED staying here! The place was very clean and comfortable. The check in process was pretty simple, and we always had a place to park. Marina del Rey is such a nice area. I would highly recommend staying here! Mark's communication is great too!
• Kichiro (10/5): - This apt is located in such an amazing area - walking distance to places to eat, entertainment and even beach. Although it’s a huge complex of apartment, it was quiet and rarely seen people in and out. I will highly recommend this place.

Good driving distance from everything - 15 min from the airport and about 30 min from everything else (WeHo, Santa Monica, Hollywood) a little more for downtown just because of traffic. Convenient location with lots of stores/restaurants nearby. Pool, hot tub and gym were nice and not busy. It felt like we lived there! Also the bed was super comfortable. Really glad we chose to stay here and definitely would stay again on our next trip to LA! Thanks

Nous étions 5 et du coup une personne devait dormir sur un matelas gonflable qui était percé et se dégonflait toutes les nuits. Il manque des couverts pour manger a 5. Il doit y avoir seulement 5 couteaux, 4 fourchettes et 2 cuillères et 4 grande cuillère

La localisation est très bien, à coté de la Marina et d'un grand supermarché Location pour 4. Mais un seul lit double et un matelas gonflable ! Et pas de couverture pour le 2ème couchage (matelas gonflable). Après demande on a reçu un nouveau jeu de drap mais toujours pas de couverture.

• Nicole (4/5): Prijs-Kwaliteit slecht. Voor veel geld in een veel te klein appartement beland. - De ligging was prima, dicht bij oa Venice Beach en een grote supermarkt op loopafstand. Het is duidelijk een appartement voor 2 personen, dat als 4-persoonsappartement wordt aangeboden. Ben je met z’n vieren? Niet doen! Je ligt met je opblaasbare matras tegen het keukenblok aan, er zijn niet voldoende stoelen en lunchen of ontbijten in het appartement is al helemaal geen optie! Buiten zitten kan ook niet, dus dat is ook geen alternatief.

• Catherine (1/5): Logement qui n’aurait pas dû être loué - L’appartement n’aurait jamais dû être loué. Dans cet état, il y avait une fuite et nous avons dû laisser rentrer la personne qui s’occupe de la maintenance de l’immeuble et un plombier qui devait intervenir en urgence à 22h le soir. Nous avons été réveillé alors que nous dormions, et n’avons pas eu d’autres choix que d’accepter la situation. Après 30 heures de voyage, autant dire que cela n’a pas été apprécié du tout….

• Carla (1/5): Disappointing & bad experience from both the host and booking.com - Nothing Don’t even think about booking this property HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED The host is a ghost, they only communicate by message , I asked them to call me, they don’t call you. The information they put are all false, it’s not an elegant suit, it’s a tiny studio that can only accommodate one bed, we booked for 2 adults and 2 children because they they mentioned a sofa bed, we came in and we saw that we need to inflate an inflatable mattress So disappointing! Not only this, the parking is very complicated, the building is a maze , there is no lobby. After your cancellation period, they sent you PDF’s that need 2 days to study and ready to be able to access the building . SUPER DISAPPOINTING! Don’t book with them

• Luini (6/5): Pleasant - The curtains were incomplete. Light came in at six in the morning, and they had to get up. The apartment's crockery was very poor. Three glasses, all of different sizes… It seemed to be completed with whatever they found on the street. Zero investment in the apartment.
• Athina (9/5): Superb - Great apartment, everything is brand new, great location, the area is very nice, yet peaceful but also with restaurants and supermarkets, and close to the Marina. Nice building. Close by bus to Venice and Santa Monica, which were our main interests so we were very pleased. A little confusing accessing the building, we didn't bring a car but always had to use the parking entrance. I never saw a front desk or any staff. I had an accident in the pool area: I sat in a chair during open hours and didn't notice that was recently cleaned with bleach (there was any advice), so my clothes were all ruined, since there's no staff, I couldn't complain with anyone and that happened the very last day. It's a lovely area Marina del Rey, and I'm really happy we stayed there instead of LA, just keep in mind public transportation to get to LA isn't very efficient, with a car probably would be better. Since the apartment is just one space, I consider the kitchen needs a really high performance extractor, if you cook something all the space get smelly
• Dolia (10/5): Charming cozy studio with a fantastic design - Charming studio with a stunning interior design, beautiful kitchenware, and great appliances. The huge TV is positioned right in front of the bed, and the bed itself is by far the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The bathroom is excellent – even amenities were thoughtfully provided. A perfect option for both solo travelers and couples. The underground parking is a fantastic bonus. The beach, marina, and restaurants are all just a short walk away – couldn’t ask for a better location! Nothing - everything is perfect Early check-in/late check-out for additional price could've been a potential benefit both for the guests and for the owner.

First, the room we were given was completely different from the one we booked—the address and photos did not match at all, and it was clearly of a much lower standard. The management company explained that they have different locations but claimed they are all the same. The apartment we stayed in had extremely cheap towels and bedding. One room had only a single, not-so-clean blanket, and the other room didn’t even have a fitted sheet. The carpet was also very dirty. After we complained, the management company promised to come and replace the towels and sheets. However, when we returned, no one had cleaned or changed anything. Instead, they simply left a pack of towels and sheets at the door. It bought from Ross with the receipt, These items were clearly unwashed—how are we supposed to use them? We honestly don’t understand how this place has a 9.5 rating.

Our experience on 11 April was shocking: - Arrived at official 4PM check-in time to find cleaning incomplete (after dropping by earlier to drop our luggage). - Cleaning staff expected us to finish multiple loads of laundry ourselves - Wet floors throughout the property - Digital lock malfunctioned, temporarily trapping us inside - When contacted about issues, property manager became verbally aggressive - Forced to find alternative accommodation at 5PM The property manager later falsely claimed to Booking.com that everything was fine. The combination of unfinished cleaning, maintenance issues and hostile management created an unsafe environment. We felt we had no
• Mateusz (5/5): Passable - Cool place with a pool and full gym. Actually unit cute, well equipt with kitchen utensils. Owner responsive. When we arrived the trash was still in the bins in both the bathroom and the kitchen. I reached out to the owner that said they were sorry for the inconvenience and they would send wine and donuts to our door the next day. Never happened. The cleaning team came by to pick up the trash in the kitchen the next day but never put a new bag in. The trash in the bathroom was never picked up. Was expecting better for the price I paid. Side note; covers were too thin, but that's a personal thing.

The bath amenities were thought out so well we felt pampered. There is literally only extremely positive things to say abot this place.and Mark. The apartment is very close to the beach and surrounded by many restaurants and cafes, which made everything super convenient. The only minor issue was the parking, it’s a bit large and slightly confusing but aside from that, we absolutely loved the apartment. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. The building itself was also very well maintained and cleaned. non

This place was in such a great location - close to everything you might need - coffee, restaurants, groceries, pharmacy, Venice beach, Santa Monica, bike hire etc. The apartment was huge - much bigger than we expected and the beds were super comfy. • Ilona (6/5): Not as expected - - very clean apartment - the parking space within the huge parking garage was hard to find (lengthy video instruction that was sent shortly before arrival was not up to date because the gate through which we should have entered was defect; different entry codes in different documents) - the neighbors (it’s an apartment complex for residents) had a party with loud music and conversations (long after 10pm) - for the price and based on the photos as well as the description, we expected more - coffee machine available but no coffee (only instant coffee) - weak water pressure in the shower
