From the very beginning, the communication and welcome from Luca were excellent — he was very polite and showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment. The place itself is modern, cozy, and spotless — not a single thing to complain about. The bed linens and towels were snow-white, the bathrooms were extremely clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is very convenient, and both the building and the entrance are nice. We were even welcomed with a lovely complimentary coffee and cookies. Location is excellent. Host is very attentive and easy to reach. Elevator is too small, difficult for my daughter who needs wheelchair.

The host met us on site to hand over the keys and answer questions about the apartment and Milan. The apartment was immaculate and the view from the balcony was spectacular. This was our favorite lodging of our twelve-day Europe trip.... we only wish we could have stayed longer. The space was perfect for our family of seven. Having groceries and restaurants within walking distance was an added convenience. The metro stop was close which made getting to castles, cathedrals and monuments so easy. The AC worked well too which was essential in the warm June temps. We would absolutely stay here again. n/a

Constantin who met us at the property was very helpful and gave us tips about Milan. We also had a linen service and towel changes twice whilst we were there for a week. It was all perfect.

• Marina (10/5): Exceptional - I had an amazing stay at Heart Milan Apartments Duomo Missori. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The apartment was spotless and very well organized, making us feel right at home. It was well-thought-out with everything we needed, including toiletries, towels, and even slippers, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is perfect, close to all the key attractions, and offers great value for money. It’s an ideal space for a family of four or two couples. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the communication was smooth throughout our stay. One thing to note is that there is no dedicated parking spot, but there is a paid car park nearby, which was convenient for us. We were truly impressed with the overall experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan. A fantastic choice for accommodation!

• Cate (10/5): Exceptional - What an absolutely amazing stay. Greeted by firendly staff member, Jacob and shown around the apartment. The apartment itself was well appointed with everthing you need for your stay. Everything was spaccious, clean and comfortable. If you needed anything or have questions, the staff are quick to respond. I particularly liked the location, although some may think it is not central, it was quiet and jist a few 4 minute walk to the Metro, tram and many restaurants. Only 1 stop away from Duomo, but can easily walk there as well. If I ever return to Milan, I would, without a doubt, book Heart Milan Apartments. Thanks to all the staff for a great stay!!
