- Sabrina (8/5): - Lækker morgenmad med gode æg og god kaffe. Det var så hyggeligt med den hund, der boede der og de kolibrier der fløj omkring. De var enormt hurtige til at få vasket vores tøj. Vi fik det tilbage allerede et par timer efter vi havde afleveret det. Værelserne var dejligt mørke, så man ikke blev vækket af den tidlige morgensol. Det var lidt ulækkert at nogle af dyrene indimellem tissede midt på gulvet. Vasken på badeværelset er enormt lille og værelset er ret lydhør for en masse af de forskellige lyder der er omkring.

- Roy (4/5): Tegenvaller - Goede locatie als je een nachtje in het dorp wilt verblijven. Het bed is goed. Niet echt schoon, de deuren zijn zo dun dat je alles hoort en het personeel lijkt er weinig zin in te hebben. In potentie een mooi hotel, maar dan moet er nog flink wat verbeteren.

- Moni (6/5): - Super schöne Unterkunft, alles sauber in den öffentlichen Räumen, sehr freundliches Personal. Wir durften selbst das Gepäck eine Nacht kostenlos da lassen! Zimmer war extrem klein, stickig, kein Nachtportier. Für eine Notnacht vor einer Tour ok, sonst würde ich nicht nochmals kommen. Schade, denn die Gemeinschaftsräume und das Personal war super!!!

- Niklas (7/5): Schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage - Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) hatten ein kleines Zimmer mit Stockbett für die Kinder und zwei Einzelbetten für die Erwachsenen sowie einem kleinen Bad. Der Pool war zwar klein, aber sehr schön. Das Frühstück mit Obst, Eiern und Kaffee hat uns gut gefallen. Besonders toll ist die Lage am Rand von Minca: schnell im Zentrum, aber auch direkt ideal für Wanderungen, z. B. zum Wasserfall. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war doch sehr klein

- Rosanna (10/5): Lovely stay in Minca - We really enjoyed our stay at Coffee House Minca. The staff were super friendly and helpful (staying late to check us in, providing tips for the local area, speaking English when our spanish failed us, and organising a taxi to the airport on the way out). The room was comfortable - the beds were comfy and there was lots of storage space for our clothes. Breakfast was great each morning. We liked the location as well - in town and close to nice restaurants for dinner. We stayed in room 10 nearby where people have breakfast and as other reviews have mentioned, the sound of people talking travels (we were up by then (around 8am) so it didn’t bother us). One other suggestion for improvement would be to add a fly screen door, so that you could leave the doors open and let some fresh air in from the cool night. The fans worked well, but I think this would maximise the experience :)

- Amardeep (7/5): Pleasant stay - Good location close to the Main Street with all the cafes and restaurants and you can go through the football pitch as a short cut. The room has a window but no natural light comes through. The bathroom is spacious and well lit. No bedside tables or lamp! Staff don’t speak any English. Breakfast is basic but okay.

- Onnika (10/5): Nice quiet place - Nice quiet place just outside of town. Not many tourists walking by and except for the football field, there was hardly any noise. We had a small leakage after some heavy rain in our room, and the staff immediately offered us a different room without hesitation. Both rooms were good, unfortunately no windows. The fan was nice for in the night. Somehow the towels hardly worked to dry yourself after a shower. Although the swimming pool looks nice on the pictures,.it was small and I didnt see anyone use it except for putting their feet in.

They also gave us coffee and we’re so nice and understanding about the flight. Highly recommend, a wonderful place with kind people. We also really liked the driver they suggested for the airport pickup, Deibis. He is great.

The staff was very nice. We got great suggestions for what to do. The breakfast is good, a nice portion of fruits, eggs (with many options, toast bread and butter. Honey and Marmelade are occasionally also possible. They sell local honey which was very tasty. The rooms have a lot of humidity. It can be seen on the walls. It slightly triggered my allergy. The jungle walks around are amazing, none of our repellents seemed to work though. I wish I was wearing trousers on our walks.

- Andreea (10/5): Exceptional - Centrally located in Minca, at the beginning of the trail to Marinka waterfall, the guest house comes with all the rustic comfort of a place surrounded by beautiful and dense rainforest. The room was large, very clean and well equipped. We also enjoyed the laundry service, comfortable beds and the simple but tasty breakfast. The hosts were very hospitable and nice and ready to help us to make the most of our stay. The place is also very good for meeting other travellers, with a generous outside terrace overlooking the forest, the village and a local football field. Everything was ok 😀

Very helpful and friendly staff; great building with pool, bar and terraces; wonderfull area. The jungle starts at the other side of the hotel, waterfalls aren't that far away. Another pro: this family hotel collaborates with other local companies. We really recommend this hotel! Everything was good!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was surprisingly delicious! The double bed was very tough, but except for that we really couldn’t fault the hotel especially for the price!

- Rosanna (8/5): Central stay in Minca - - great location very close to Minca town - good value for money - very clean room/bathroom - breakfast could be a little bigger with more variety - bar closes at 7pm so not much going on after that - no hand soap in the bathroom - I’m pretty sure we were overcharged for the laundry service. We did some laundry and I bought some water at the same time- 20k pesos total. The lady at reception said to pay for laundry later, so I paid 4K pesos for water - laundry should have been 16k. On check out I was told laundry was 24k, 8k per kilo. I tried to explain that I was told it was 16k but my Spanish was definitely not good enough to convey this! We did a small wash after a hike so pretty sure it wasn’t 3 kilos. As it was only 8k pesos I didn’t push it but on principle not great.
- Rebekah (6/5): Decent - Great location if you don't want to be in the hills! Lovely staff. Great temperature in the rooms. No soap in the bathrooms. Wi-fi did not work at all. Bedroom a bit rundown. No side table lights. Only overhead which was pretty harsh.

- Katherine (10/5): Exceptional - My room at Coffee House Minca was very clean, and almost brand new. It is located close enough to cafes and restaurants to walk within a minute or so, but also very quiet at night. Breakfast is delicious!
- Katarzyna (9/5): Superb - The room was nice and clean. Nice location in city, not great view but it you wanna views you stay is upper sides. Hood vibes in hotel. There was no hot water at the shower :( and the wifi was not working at room only in common spaces. Still under construction so there are people going around.

- Sue (7/5): Comfortable stay in cosy room. - A clean room with nice breakfast We were a bit disappointed that our room didn’t have a terrace or hammock to sit out and relax. Also that it’s situated above the football park and not overlooking the forest.
- Tamara (10/5): Great little place in Minca! - Very lovely place! Beds were comfy and staff were awesome! Situated very well in Minca also. We stayed with our 3 kids and would recommend this place to anyone.
- Salvi (8/5): Very good - Small peace of heaven in development. The staff was lovely and very helpful. It is a family run small hotel. It has a small outdoor tub ( I wouldn't call it a swimming pool ;)) It's perfect for a dip after a long day hiking in the heat. Trust me , I did it and fell great :).The room was superclean and the washroom was fantastic.. that shower !! . The hotel has a small kitchen and fresh brewed coffee ( the coffee comes from the family plantation). It is right on one of the main streets with restaurants and coffee shops around, but it is very quiet at night. It seems like they are working to open more rooms, so it is a hotel in progress.

- Egidijus (10/5): Perfect - No issues at all. Clean, spacious, the staff is welcoming, location is perfect - you can do at least 5 hikes from there without taking a motorbike taxi.

The room was basic but clean, with a modern bathroom and plentiful electrical outlets. No AC but fan was fine. Good breakfast. WiFi didn't work in the room, only in the dining area. It would have been nice to have a low table or rack to put luggage on. There are steep stairs from the road up to the hotel.

The room was basic but clean, with a modern bathroom and plentiful electrical outlets. The breakfast was good, with fruit, hot chocolate, eggs, and toast. No AC but good fan was adequate. WiFi didn't work in the room, only in the dining area. It would have been nice to have a low table or rack to put luggage on. There were steep steps to climb to get up to the hotel.

- Lindsey (10/5): Fabulous! - Just awesome the rooms were fabulous the staff were wonderful! Breakfast was amazing right in town everything near and accessible. We loved it! The pool was incredible but they put an excess amount of chemicals at night which was a little hard on the skin.

- Finn (7/5): Good - Nice pool, attentive stuff. Breakfast is rather good in comparison with most hostels in Columbia. Price for doing laundry is great as well. All in all good value for your money. Cold showers, rooms are pretty smelly (mold). Pool is rather dirty most of the time.

- Natalia (8/5): Pretty little hotel with a pool, friendly staff - The hotel is in Minca downtown, really close to all the cafes, stores, restaurants, the bus stop etc. , as well as the entrance to Marinka waterfalls hike. I enjoyed cooling down in the hotel's pool and later watching a local youth's soccer game on the field bellow. The hotel is beautiful, the room was very clean, the staff super friendly and helpful. Maria and Pilar made my stay really nice, it seems they really are ready to go above and beyond to make their guest' stay perfect. One thing I didn't like was that, and it is not the hotel's fault, in the middle of the night in one of the houses not far away from the hotel people started blasting very loud music, it continued from about midnight to 3 of 4 in the morning. I was very tired and craving a peaceful night of sleep, and that didn't happen. No ear plugs could diminish the noise. I was told that is how happy colombians express their joie de vivre (alegria de la vida, in Spanish) haha... and it is normal, nobody would even complain about the noise.
- Balázs (7/5): Good transit accomodation for Minca activities - Good location, laundry service, kind staff, got contact for reliable transfer. Had no warm water first night, managed to have a shower in a different room. Day later we got another room with hot water. Rooms are really humid. Same breakfast for 3 days. Construction in progress.

- Alexander (8/5): Very good - Quiet and peaceful location but easily walkable to restaurants and cafes in Minca as well as the surrounding waterfalls Property was in a state of construction and so sometimes quite loud with drilling noises etc but when this is finished, it will be great
- Maikel (10/5): Go for it! - - wonderful hostess — helpful, socially open personality very friendly - pool - hygienic friendly people and accommodating (easy going in western standards, but for Colombian people 10/10!) - within 200 meter to nice restaurants, coffee bar and small shops for water and food for you’re day trips -Tourist, friendly environment No parking on own property for my motorcycle, but you can park in a quiet spot in het football field. Location discretion, stay on the main road till 100 meters after the football field there you see the sign on the hotel! Easy going stairs!! No worries go for it!
- Luke (8/5): Very good - In a great location down the Main Street, close to shops and restaurants. It also overlooks the football pitch and it was great to watch the locals play and see the whole town come out to watch and support. It is a pretty basic set up, absolutely no problems if that’s what you’re after.
- Amelia (8/5): Lovely, convenient place to stay. - Was a lovely place to stay right in the town, which meant it was walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The staff were really helpful and organised mototaxis to take us to the local waterfall. Breakfast included was nice. Very quiet for the night we stayed which meant it was very relaxing. Nothing, was perfect for a short pit stop.
