• César Augusto (8/5): - Las instalaciones nuevas. Cocina equipada. Buena ubicación. Cerca varios supermercados y plaza mayor. El departamento si bien tiene dos habitaciones es un poco pequeño para 4 personas pero no muy limitante se puede sobrellevar.

• Jose Manuel (7/5): Zentral, ruhig aber nicht für lange Aufenthalte. - Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und ruhig. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist recht klein. In der Fläche sind zwei "künstlichen" Zimmer gemacht worden. In dem hinteren Zimmer gibt es kein Fenster. Es war nach einer Weile recht warm in der Wohnung. In Sommer wahrscheinlich unerträglich.

• Montserrat (9/5): Repetiríem. - Ubicació i estat de l’apartament. Tot molt Correcte i bé. Molt tranquil per la nit. Tot i apagar la calefacció seguia fent força calor (al més de gener amb tmeperagures exteriors de 4 graus).
• Manuel (1/5): Pèsima estancia - Alojamiento cèntrico y limpio Un ruido producto de la construcción en la pared de al lado que hacía imposible estar en las habitaciones, martillazos muy fuertes desde las 8 de la mañana hasta las 6 de la tarde ( horario laboral). La gerencia del local fumaba en el pasillo, lo cual naturalmente afecta a las personas no fumadoras, las puertas con el sistema Noki o Nuki no funcionaban, por lo cual había que llamar constantemente al encargado para que nos diera acceso a las habitaciones!!. Personal de la estancia ( Paco ), en contradicción con el señor Iván, muy incompetente para realizar esta tarea, quizás por los años o por la poca disposición para resolver los problemas del alojamiento.

• Luis__1985 (8/5): Alojamiento turístico aparentemente ilegal - La ubicación y la limpieza. Una habitación no tenía ventilación al carecer de ventanas (algo que creo que no permite la normativa). Además, aparentemente se trata de un alojamiento turístico ilegal, había un cartel en la puerta del edificio avisando que estaban prohibidos los alojamientos turísticos por acuerdo de la comunidad de propietarios. Es una cuestión que Booking debiera controlar, ya que nos pone en una situación incómoda a los huéspedes, ya que desconocemos si el alojamiento cumple con otros requisitos que pueda exigir la normativa (como en materia de incendios).

• miriam esther (8/5): - La ubicacion Las habitaciones estaban separadas por un vidrio y a pesar de tener cortinas, cuando se prendía la.luz se veía, faltaba intimidad entre ambas habitaciones.
• William (6/5): Fantastic price/location, but problems with the nuki key and the heating/cooling were frustrating - The location was incredible - in the heart of the city, with shops and restaurants everywhere nearby, and the beautiful plazas with lots of excitement. On day 1, the hosts were fairly quick to respond when we encountered problems. The nuki key code failed to work multiple times the first day. When we arrived, it was so early that no one was there that could help us. We killed time until around noon and a host then spent a lot of time with us, presumably fixing the problem, but when we arrived again in the evening, we were locked out as it would still not work. At that point, the host did fix that problem. But, our heating/cooling was not working. The room was too hot. At noon, the host showed us something that we thought would allow us to cool the room, and also seemed to say he'd set the temperature lower. Nothing worked, and it stayed hot. We notified the host(s) another time or two of the problem, and it always sounded like it would be fixed, but it never was. Luckily being October, we could open the window in the evening to help cool things some, but being in the heart of the city, had to close it to sleep, and the condo would get very warm.

• Stavros (7/5): I liked the apartment but some details should be better arranged before the arrival. - The location was good. The people handling the apartment were in the office next to the room and were very friendly although they did not speak English. I liked the structure of the apartment as it is convenient for a family with a teenager. There is a stove and a strong refrigerator with all kitchen equipment. Bathroom was nice. The mattresses for both beds were excellent and the sleep quality was excellent. The apartment was not aerated and there was a lot of moisture during the first day. Take with you and use slippers! There is only one window/door that allows fresh air into the apartment. More toilet paper and towels should have been provided for the days that we stayed.
