• Marius (10/5): Exceptionally amazing apartment and great service. Highly recommend it! - Absolutely beautiful apartment with everything you need and even more to make it cosy as home. Sparkling clean. If you want to cook and need spiced or want to grab a tea or coffee, everything is there. Very good location and great recommendations for dining around from the owner. She was extremely friendly, welcomed and rushed preparing the apartment, so we could check in a bit earlier after arriving in Nicosia with all our luggage.

Appartamento in palazzo fatiscente ma perfettamente ristrutturato, pulitissimo e spazioso. Disponibile caffè e te per le colazioni e tutto il necessario per cucinare (olio, sale, pepe,...). Disponibile detersivo e ammorbidente per le lavatrici. Asciugamani puliti e profumati, disponibili addirittura gli accappatoi.

• Jacek (9/5): - Świetne miejsce na pobyt! Mieszkanie jest super urządzone – przestronny, duży salon z kuchnią daje poczucie komfortu i swobody, a dwie oddzielne sypialnie zapewniają prywatność. Łóżka bardzo wygodne, spaliśmy jak w domu. Lokalizacja to duży plus – blisko centrum, więc wszędzie można dotrzeć spacerem, bez potrzeby korzystania z auta. Dodatkowo apartament ma własne miejsce parkingowe, co jest ogromnym udogodnieniem. W mieszkaniu było bardzo czysto i zadbanie o każdy detal. Kontakt z właścicielką bezproblemowy i bardzo miły – szybkie odpowiedzi i pełna pomoc. Zdecydowanie polecamy i chętnie wrócimy! Jak w wielu mieszkaniach na Cyprze są pojedyncze szyby, więc zimą, gdy w nocy temperatura spada do ok. 5–7°C, trzeba dogrzewać pomieszczenia klimatyzacją. System ogrzewania wody jest też dość specyficzny – pod prysznicem działa przepływowy ogrzewacz, natomiast w umywalce w łazience była tylko zimna woda.

• Andrew (10/5): Amazing apartment close to the city centre. - The owners are extremely helpful and accommodating. The apartment itself is fantastic, with all you need and excellent value for money. The apartment block is dated, however the apartment itself is very modern, clean and secure.

Elena was an amazing host and helped us with any requests and questions that we had and made sure that our stay was the best it can be. The apartment is close to many restaurants and supermarkets and in a very convenient location.

• Liz (6/5): Ideal location to walk into the centre of Nicosia and enjoy the history of the old city. - The location of the apartment for the centre of Nicosia was perfect for us, being about a 15 minute stroll (and on the way there's a lovely bakery/cafe/takeaway called LouKou - a definite must). The apartment was spacious and our host was exceedingly helpful and on hand at all times to assist with any issues. Parking was available at the apartment block. The entrance lobby and stairs are a little grubby and poorly lit at night times. We also experienced noise issues from the apartment below which was under renovation, however the host got on to this immediately and works stopped during our stay. There was some noise was the neighbouring apartment in the evenings.

• Michael (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location with great parking, the apartment is excellent with plenty of space and a homely feel. The beds are very comfortable and everything is perfectly clean and well maintained. I will definitely book this again if I'm ever back in Nicosia. The only downside was the buildings elevator which is definitely past its best and broke down on our final day but the stairs are perfectly acceptable and a safer option.

The flat is super trendy, super comfortable, sparkling clean & extraordinarily well equipped. Everything inside serves the comfort of the exhausted traveler. As you discover the flat, the tiny details of care & thoughtfulness will make you smile continuously. Don’t let the exteriors disappoint you-once you enter the apartment, you’ll feel like you are in a 5+ Star Hotel. The owner is very-very nice, he/she treats you as if you were family. We spent 4 nights here & had a very good time. The location is also very good, the central bus station & the city center are 15 minutes on foot.I highly recommend this apartment! • Patricia (10/5): Great stay in this comfortable and big apartment with many amenities and attentive hosts - Nice big and quiet two bedroom apartment in a modern area of Nicosia. Owner was very attentive to our needs. Easy instructions for check in. Parking place available. Very nice touch of welcoming with water, wine and coffee. Entrance door downstairs could be cleaned since it does not give a good first impression although once inside the apartment everything is excellent! A little far from the center. The walk would have taken 20 min plus, but with 37C temperatures we just could not walk and had to drive (parking next to the center is quite inexpensive so in the end it was not a major issue!)

Everything we needed was there and it was nicely decorated with comfy beds. Our host Elena was helpful and quick to reply and she had left thoughtful information on closest supermarket etc. She also sent photos of the street and parking to help us when we arrived. The shower had low pressure

The apartment is very nicely renovated, very clean, and they had some very handy amenities for us (nescafe, tea, Nespresso, laundry detergent). Air conditioning units in each bedroom and living area are all newer and worked great. Washing machine was also good. Very happy with our stay. The building itself is old and a bit worn down, as others have mentioned. But the area is safe and convenient.

Great to have dedicated free parking in a central location The common parts of the block were shabby and poorly maintained. Could do with a clean and a lick of paint
